There is no way I can solve Shay’s puzzle. I followed your guide and several others but I just don’t get the hexipal to drum. I am also at a point where I can’t check for Vella’s Hexigal anymore to see if my wiring is different

Irene 55575: The patterns on Shay’s and Vella’s hexagons are different for each game. This is how are figured out the “harp playing mode”. On the family portrait in Shay’s mom’s cabin you can see 6 different symbols, one for each corner of a hexagon. Just so you know what they look like. Then go to Shay and his hexagon. It’s already set in a “dancing mode”, so you can see where the wires are for dancing. What you should do next and it was a KEY for my game, put Shay’s hexagon on the charger device ( right next to Vella’s sister) and you will see the “dancing mode” in symbols! Take care cause you can only see those symbols once, so write them down! Then match the wires of the hexagon with the symbols and tah dah! Now you know which symbol stands for which corner of the hexagon! Then Shay finds a piece of paper with symbols for the “harp playing mode”. You’ll still have to figure out 2 more symbols but that’s easy to do by guessing one or the other.

Addie: So I did all the steps and I distracted Alex and turned the ship to manual with grab and Gary. The death ray still won’t work even when cella’s in the open room. Is there an extra step that I have to do with shays puzzle?

Stasia Theo: I don’t understand how you know where to place the wires, I’ve tried all that I can. How do the symbols from the photo connect to the ones that are shown on the cha going station? I’ve been trying to get it to work for about 3/4 of an hour. Help, pls!

Winson: So weird, I made the exact same pattern show up compared with the picture but it didn’t work.
After being confused for 20mins, I solved it but apparently the dark triangle at the bottom is meant to be switched with the light triangle at the top for the Hexipal puzzle? Huh?
