The best costumer service we’ve ever seen in our life for a game, they responded WITHIN AN HOUR LIKE and its bc of a bug, which they fixed too! They didnt just give up on the game which we love! When we emailed they were already getting a ton of emails so they did a really good job responding to them! It wasnt just copy and paste it was responding to what we said directly. Okay enough about their amazing service and response time, the game itself is so fun. Its a good game to play in ur free time and its not pay to win at all. Like, the premium currency you can legit get by squashing bugs on plants (which come literally 10s or 20s times a day) and a bunch of quests, daily quests, and other ways. Its a time stealer game, if ur not into that we dont recommend but if you like investing time into a game we recommend. They have daily stuff every single day. Daily quests, rewards (well actually the basic reward is every 4 hours) and even a daily event where you can see the rewards and choose whether or not you want to grind for it. The ONLY complaint we have, which isnt terrible its just our preference (doesnt need changing) is that you can only use a repeatable or machine a certain amount of times then have to repair it. We wish it was infinite considering how it uses both time AND resources, but its all good. Wish that instead of parts it could either be JUST weed or maybe money. A doable suggestion we have would be to make it so everything has a price, but since the board and selling to the public is recommended and most useful, maybe make it so you can sell any item for CHEAP CHEAP like ur getting ripped off if you sell it, and no exp, just as a way to get rid of some items if you have too much.
You should make the land you get bigger kinda like hayday so you can fit all the cool stuff you can get.
Love this game but recently its been telling us we need to restart our game and not loading us in, we have a lot of time we’ve put into this game.
Game is awesome except for the people that are already passed lvl 100 because they are taking over floydlist.
Us and our wife love the game so much and really spend alot of money and time in the game and really bond over the game togetherness . But we were just wondering if you guys are still planning on doing any updates or fixes because ours kicks us every so ofter and her glitches when she trys to open a crate she won in the tournament it says error then screwn goes black. We tryd the 420 verion of the game but we couldnt add each other so we stayed with this ome and lovenit so ao much we are just hoping you guys are still going ro update it and all that. Other then that amazing game we really found somthing to do togyand it has been so fun making memories staying up late playing for hours at a time. Any feedback would be great.
Since the early sims, we hadnt came across an app/game that is this immersive and fun. And if you dont have time to play for a dsyyour seeds grow while youre gone. Contests are great. Support is unmatched theyre proud of their appand for good reason.
Love this game!! Hate that it updates on a daily basis and it takes up a lot of space but its easy fun to play and we love the stains it has.
We’ve been playing this game for almost a decade now and its one of our top favorite idle and weed games to play. We’ve played it across several of our devices, and the game has never caused us to be disappointed. Its only improved over the years and no matter the level youre at, it keeps the game play fair. Whenever bug issues are reported the team takes it very seriously, replying in a quick manner and making sure youre compensated. The creativity and originality of the gameplay streams across all of their services, and we couldnt recommend them enough!
We remember playing this game a while ago and now getting back into it, its just as fun as remember it lol.
This game is so much fun and so much potential we would really appreciate it if they had some updates to expand a map add some new things to it. Im still not all the way at the top but we can see the pretty hard enjoy the game when we have everything. They should make more space on the map and add some new plants.

We love the game. We have been playing it on and off over the past few years. One thing we will notice is that it gets very repetitive and that draws us away from the game but that is to be expected from this type of game. We do not have any recommendations on how to fix that. One last thing we will mention is, we love the bubbling sound of when you enter and leave your grow room. We find it something to chuckle at. Over all good job.

We’ve played grass roots for years now. We’ve gotten a new phone twice and both times thought we lost our game. Even linked through Facebook it wasnt loading our progress. BUT we messaged tech support and both times they were able to recover our game for us! Love this game and its kept our interest for years.
The game is fun, and you dont have to spend a bunch of money to be competitive. But the farm is too small, an expansion would be awesome. Poor Daves got nothing to do!
This game is amazing and the way everything is done is so much more satisfying then some of your newer content, sadly we are unable to get into the game for a bug or something , but it honestly is one of our most favorite games of this style we love it genuinely maybe a little more story even add a bigger place maybe some small things or just update it for newer devices , please dont abandon this masterpiece.

We dont normally do this, but we feel it is definitely deserved! First off, this is one of our favorite games. Its very addicting and you dont have to spend a fortune on in-app purchases to actually have a decent game experience. The real reason Im writing this review though is to commend their awesome tech support! We had trouble transferring our game data to our new phone and we reached out to them and they got back to us right away and sorted it out with no hassle! So they get a 5 star rating from us!

We’ve been playing this game since we were in the 6th grade. We know that probably may not be a great thing but man we had some memories with all our friends playing this game. We randomly thought abt it a couple days ago and seen that it was still in the App Store. Been playing it consistently and now our wife plays it lol. Oh how the time flies. :)

We love this app. It has real and original name strands if you smoke weed which we like because it gives us a real sense of selling weed. Also, you can sell edibles which is nice because flower isnt the only thing you sell. Some things we would love to see on this app because we love playing this so much. We wish we can trade with other people online like if we have northern lights can you trade it with something else And they can click yes or no. And also if there is an easier or faster way to get cash because we feel like we have to purchase cash in order to play more frequently . Like we cant do this because something takes 7 hours to makes this. We want to play more but things take forever to make or we cant decorate our farm because we dont have cash.
No joke we love game they hook you up with prizes and gifts free no need to watch buggy videos just play the game and let the buds grow man make money and grind it out but for sure on a scale 1-10 we definitely rate this a 10.
Ever since the update/fix/patch where players were given the 1000 pot bucks and a slew of other items as a compensation for a previous problem our game has been bugged. Every time we go to click on the goat or trailer it brings up our position from the last contest it wont let you progress. When you click the purple button everything goes blank with an error message that pops up saying unexpected error has occurred it make us restart the game and sometimes we have to redownload stuff to make it work. We have tried everything from deleting the game and installing again to trying to log out and back in. Please help.

The game wont load we’ve tried for two days and it wont load and open it wants to restart and clear cache which we’ve done but it still wont open.
We have been buying the $5- $10 promo deals but when we get charged that $9.99 deal turns to a $17.98 purchase.. It has done that a few timesif possible Id love some feedback for the subject..: )
Assuming the developers are reading this, just a thought, put out a small update, and follow it with some advertisement, the best idea would be to sponsor a mobile game YouTuber and have him show how cool the gam really is, we love playing this game, but we wish there were more active players, we think if you guys did this people would be giving you guys bank for guano! We absolutely love the game, got addicted to it first day in. However, Im not sure if this is an issue with us or with the game, we often keep getting error when trying to open the game and would have to close the app and reopen it. We didnt think it was a big deal, until the other day. We ket trying to open and reopen but nothing was working. We would get the error message, which gives you the option to restart or clear cache. Since restarting no longer worked, we tried clearing caches. It said that it would redownload the last 40mb download that we made a couple days prior. We were okay with that, so we chose to continue. Nothing happened. We kept staring at the loading screen for about 10 minutes before we gave up. We tried different wifi networks (including our house network, office network and 4G) but none of it worked. Im afraid that uninstalling and then reinstalling the game will take us back to the start, but at this point, it seems like our only option.
We just changed our iPhone we got a new iCloud account for this new phone, how can we use our old Data on our New account or make a backup IDK. Please help us.
This game is really good we have spent time & money without a problem on Bud Farm but there is so many glitches and bugs we go in daily collect, plant and put workers to do their thing do karmas but we get out and come back 20 min and Im back where we started earlier.. Like if we never got on we want to be able to expand our farm and be able to zoom out and see it grow like on other games it will make this game so much more enjoyable in our opinion but anyways you guys should fix it us and bf love competing when were free and its so good we dont wanna delete it for little fixes. We have been playing bud farm for years and its one of our favorites. However once you reach a certain level and get enough gizmos there is no space available so yall should make it so that we can expand our farms and spread everything out a little more!
