We just passed about 20 levels and we havent lost we will keep going.
Our game keeps on getting froze up and that is really becoming an ongoing thing and that is so annoying and irritating and it really needs to stop and get fixed right now.
We have matched a lot of Cyan candies and we are not getting credit for them. Our meter will not register when we match them. Can someone please correct this technical issue?
This is the best app ever! We have played it for a long time but it doesnt get old! If you are interested in having this game dont even think about it just get it! You will love it!
It is very much like candy crush ,but for younger kids but in genaral ver good.
Im on level 1359. So we like this game. However lately Im getting close to being done. We beat levels then have to play them again. We’ve had color bombs go off and nothing changes. We even paid $5 a few days back and a lot happened like what we mentioned that we felt like it was a waste of money and wont be purchasing anything until we so having to redo levels and Im not getting cheated.
The ads have become absolutely ridiculous! Where there used to be 5 or 15 second ads, now most are 30 seconds Seriously thinking about deleting this game because of the ads.
Too bad that those of us who choose not to purchase bonuses etc. Are lumped in with those that do. We think that 117 over 18 ( us ) games won seems just a bit unfair because we are number four in the line. We do not purchase awards or bonuses. So you should care apples to apples not apples to golden apples.
We tried to cash in on our piggy bank today. Charged $7.57 by Apple but we didnt receive our 100 gold bars. Trying to resolve through PayPal. Impossible to connect with Apple or with the candy crush people. Our addiction has been squashed. Now Im wondering how many times we’ve paid for items we have never received.
Updated our app again and we can no longer exit out of the race 5/20/23 update *just deleted this game after having it for years we will not play a game that forcing us to be in a race we dont want to compete in! We like the older version better.
May 2023 update is all ads. Only forward advancement is ad watching, which are error filled screen freeze ads, or purchases. Was a really fun game now only ad filled time wasting screen freezes.
Charged our credit card twice. Cant get a hold of anybody. They will never respond to you. They have done this twice.

Normally we absolutely love playing this game. It is so addictive and we have been playing it for so many years. However, something is wrong with the game and we have been unable to play for the past 3 days. We have reached out to them and all we get are automated responses directing us to their community platform. We visit that and there is no help for our issue. We have tried all the normal avenues the game is the most up to date, our phone is up to date with the correct iOS that supports the game. We have restarted our phone and the game. We are logged in the list goes on. Nothing helps! We wish we could get an answer from a live person because this is the one and only game we enjoy playing daily. Not happy.
We love this game, but since yesterday it wont allow us to play. It seems to be frozen since the last update.
We’ve been playing for years and its a daily ritual for us to play with our morning tea. But lately the animation has become glitchy. Every day it seems to be a different aspect of the game. Today its the fishes – whenever we use one the game freezes for a half a second or so. If we use a multiplier like the color bomb it freezes for that amount of time per fish! We dont know whats changed but we hope you fix it soon!
We play every day and tonight it launches but will not advance. Cant select a level. Appears to have a glitch of some sort.

Good, fun, and addicting game but recently been very glitchy. When we use the all the specials, seems like the game pauses then goes and pauses again. Maybe game need update.

We have been playing this game for a while now and we have never had freezing issues before. Also, the Cammies yellow candy hunt is still displaying even after the event is over and every time we in our game it pops up. Game keeps freezing and stutters when a fish is made. This started over a week ago. Annoying. Makes us not want to play.
We have been playing for several years. Now when we release a fish or more the screen freezes. Then it moves in ultra slow motion. Not sure if it is the App or our ipad. But nothing else we play or do has this problem.

So we play soda.. Its our favorite.. We honestly spent quite a bit of money on it. But the last update is TERRIBLE.. Everything seemed normal and then as soon as we use the fish when it goes to split and use the fish it glitches horribly. We know this is not the first complaint you guys have got because we have seen quite a bit of complaints about glitching with the new update,on Facebook. Please please please take a look at it and fix the newest update so we can still enjoy the game.
The game is great its easy to play but you loose your extras very easily. Click on something to use anx at least half the time that item does not work but you lose it in your list of items your purchased. The helping Hands are the worse and when you contact then you get no reply back we guess enough people play now they dont care when people lose 2-3 things a day.
We find it frustrating and disappointing that when youre so close to winning and you use a fish booster that instead of targeting the candies, that would make you win it just randomly chooses another row. It doesnt make us feel like they really value the players a.k.a. Customers. Theres so many other games out there that dont do that that we cant see why anybody would play this one.
We have had this game for a week. Every day we have to delete the app and reload it. Frustrating. If it wasnt for it freezing it would have gotten a higher rating. This game is fun , but horrible with freezing. You need to do something about fixing it. We tried this time to just remove it from our phone rather than deleting it, but it stays frozen in the App Store.

Game is glitching and freezing during play.
Played all the time yet for the last two weeks it is been glitchy all the time. Its like they fix one thing and it makes something else go wrong. It is supper annoying! Updated 5 days ago and still having issues. At the moment we cant play at all because its like it never downloads fully.
