Playing all through out middle school and early high school, we were unsure of our future and where Id might end up. All we knew was when we loaded into this game It felt as if we were leaving the confines of the classroom, ripping through the air in an F/18. Nothing mattered more than putting that bird down on the carrier. Having found our old device we came across this gem today. Fast forward several years later Im starting our piloting career later this fall. What a way to look back on what inspired us and motivated us to push through flight training.
We love all of RORTOS games the graphic the physics the start up jingle Just NICE!!!

Instead of the F-104 the AC-130 is new.
This is the best f 18 simulator we’ve played. It has high graphics and amazing planes. This game is awsome.
If you like fighter jets you should play this game. There is another game like this one also made by rortos its called air fighters.
Dont know if this company still makes games? But this one need a refresh! Add better missions, flight combat, damage, real problems, hydro failures engine problems, etc, we need something to compete with dcs!!! Thank you and good night.
Hey guys. Would you fix this bug because every time we play the replay in any camera mode that we tap on. The landing gears keep on disappearing every time we play the replay button. So pls fix that and we hope you guys read this too. Thanks guys.
This game is awesome, and if you are like us and look at reviews it would be smart looking at this one. This game is exactly what you want, Ill tell you that. Great graphics, 0 lag, and it is very fun. Our only problem is the selection variety. You can only play as an F/A 18 and only fly in 1 map, the islands without paying. Everything else you need to pay for. We really like flight simulators with many planes/maps to choose for free. If Rortos reads this, PLEASE add free planes/maps in replace for some ads. We know you wanna make money but make it another way, Im not gonna spend money on this. Thank you for the great game, but we would be so happy if you add options.
Cant save replays thats the only big flaw we had a epic one where somehow we last second nailed the landing and was proud wanted to share it with friends but we cant . (Albeit we forgot to put the fricken tail hook down) or isnt there one since every f20 raptor comes with one and carriers use arresting cables so you actually dont run off in to the ocean only failure or our epic landing.
Alright so before you download this game,just know thatif you dont pay for everythingYou wont get anything. The free missions are repetitive and bland,and while we love the flight system,having to pay for new experiences and even a new plane is very discouraging. Dont get us wrong though,what can you expect for a free game, the devs dont really get anything from it unless people pay. However they seem to update the game in relatively short timesbut nothing changes. Bugs are still there and the graphics are pretty low quality as always,the free missions dont change,nothing gets added for free. If you dont pay you wont play. This is the problem with all of this developers games,they are so greedy. Every game we swear. They charge 35 dollars for a mobile game!
We cant play 1 single mini game because we didnt finish the landing training, we DONT EVEN WANT TO LAND!!!!! We just want to fly around and do what we want, but we cant because we have to do something we cant do! Game developers please fix this but for now we take back what we said before, it is way to hard, we’ve been doing this for so many days that Im going insane! We just cant do it.
Worst game ever we can’t even land a plane. And I. Am really good at flying planes the rudder is like the plane doesn’t even have one.
We keep on clicking accept but it doesnt work.
We love this developers game Extreme Landings, so we gave this a shot, and immediately spent $7 for the simulator. Unfortunately this game is much less realistic, the controls are much more gamish, things like inverted flight are impossible which is stupid, because this is a jet game. Barrel rolls are not done with free stick control but instead with a flic of the stick so it’s super unrealistic. We would avoid.
Can you make MOST of the planes free?
Well, we seen comments that says this game is bad. We play a lot of pilot training, and plane simulators. We think the developer did a good job in this game, this seems like it was kinda the devlopers first or second app he made and this game is realistic, fun, and really entertaining so we will give this a five!
Love the however it would be better with the backbone controller.
We find Carrier Landings to be one of the best flight simulators to ever come along. This is something we do at least once a day for 30 minutes or more. The aircraft that are in the simulator are pretty close to the real thing. We wish some of the instrumentation that are in the cockpit worked, but the ones that do, navigation, altimeter and speed indicator and HUD work just fine. In the flight simulator portion of the program Id like to see more realistic graphics for scenery such as if Im flying in Europe some landmarks and realistic mapping. Also North American landmarks etc. At the end of the day we give it at least a 8 out of 10. Mike Denicola.

Its very nice but it could be better if yall made more planes available for free than just one. And also we think that in the real world like 3 more ships are next to the aircraft carrier so if yall added that it would be nice. Otherwise, we love it!!
Still the best find simulator game out there the closest you can get to the real thing without being in the real thing.
Graphic are not the best but we love the feeling of flying a jet in the cockpit. Really cool. Id love to see them update the graphics and make it so its not simulation. Make the game feel like your flying into some place would be cool.

This is a good game for fun and pass time but its not the realistic simulation we were looking for.
This is the best simulator… In some ways better than x-plane. We have a learning curve…. And we are a 500 hrs pilot who is IFR current. It would help if there was instructions eg. How to fly a harrier jet. The rest, well it takes experience flying to score well…. And some of the parts are tricky. Air refueling, with the throttle it is very difficult to maintain controllable slow airspeed. Real jets are probably easier. Great sim. But not realistic enough real planes are easier to control.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS GAME!!!! It will not let you refund any in-game purchases which is a huge waste of money to the game. We tried refunding all of our in-game purchases but it just won’t refund, we kept pressing the refund purchases button and it says Item Activated, but when you restart the game, all of your bought items are still there. We WANT TO REFUND EVERYTHING IN THE GAME!!!!!

We love the game because we love it.
Best game ever but its time for some new graphics and you should add the f 15 to the inventory and also add the thunderbirds f 16.
Its a fun game to play and pass time but we wish there were more planes like the sr-71 blackbird and hyper fast experimental planes like the X-15.
First off why does about every thing cost money you cant even play the flight sim without having to buy a pack it is pretty fun but it is defenitly a pay to play game.
The app is great and tons of fun. The air speed is hidden behind the camera and ear portion of our iPhone 11. This makes it difficult to truly know how fast you are going. Makes taking certain landings hard. We wish there were an option for it to be moved. Also some of the controls are too far to the edge of the display. Making it difficult to use them sometimes. Especially with our case on it.
Would be a game so far, but our only complaint is a huge complaint and that’s the position of the speed gauge. With the knowing your speed it’s a useless game. We have an iPhone 11 and the speed gauge is obstructed by the phones head speaker. The game won’t let us rotate the game if we turn our phone around. And even if it did we’re pretty sure the same problem would occurs with the controls. We give the game a 2 star only because of this issue.
This game is so good we love playing this game we love the missions but we wish there was combat like guns missiles in the game.
Parts of the display is cut off and no recent update for iPhone 12.
So we download this game at first we didnt know that we got this one please allow us to select more planes because we didnt get enough we should only get five we mean four so we only got F 18 super hornet and we want new planes now so please tell us when they have them so all we want is the Hrcules but we cant get it because it cost real money but this game is pretty fun but we want more planes we know a lot of games come with more planes this one no and we really want it so when you do get it tell us if they added more planes that are free and when we saw that you broke our heart really broke our heart so bad And please add Multiplayer combat simulator and we wish flight simulator wasnt cost real money.
Really we learning the controls and had four adds pop up not good so we deleted the app cant deal with this ,I cant tell you what to do with your adds . Firecat 1.
