In Castaway Home Designer the player is the mayor of a tropical island, but also the personal interior designer for all the citizens. Hi we love your apps castaway we were playing and playing it for hours now and we been playing like when Im playing we play like we have a job please make people for our house if you make people in the game we will down load all of your games.
This game is so addictive the way you can put things anywhere and how there are so many interesting items and levels please keep up the hard work and please on favor more dragon themed items please dragons are our fave and we would like to see more items than just a dragon skull unless there are more and we dont have them yet :) we are olny on level… Ten? IDK but thank you for your hard work and time of making this game and making people happy and if the developer reads this PLEASE keep on doing what tou do and making more fun and interesting and intertaning games TYYYY! ^ ^
Its a really fun casual game. You let a few videos run to earn the furniture, then you decorate the little houses. The decorations are interesting and fun to collect. The only change we would make would be to add more camera control. We would like to be able to take pictures from more angles because its fun to design a house for a friend but sometimes the pictures dont show how cool the decorations are because of the limited angles. Also we LOVE the space themed stuff and the little fuzzball pets. Great job, guys!
Im trying to play and wanted to check out the other packs, but it doesnt fit our screen. It cuts off the option to buy. We have an iPhone 11 Pro Max if that helps.
We absolutely LOVED this game the first few days we played it. Its different enough to be interesting, and its fun to redesign all the rooms based off the backstory you are given. HOWEVER, after the first few days we noticed the game seems to stop collecting money after about 5 minutes of not playing. So unless we check the game every couple of minutes we cant make any more than about 600k. It also seems like our money keeps disappearing. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS SO we CAN KEEP PLAYING!!!
This game is so fun and we love to decorate the houses! But, whenever we return our money seems to disappear. We have 1 million, we check back and we have 200,000. We almost want to stop playing because this bug makes us so mad. Please fix!!!
We think the game is really fun but we have an iphone 12 and the bottom gets cut off a bit so we cant buy anything with our pearls which makes it 10 times harder to play. Pls fix this so we can actually play!!
Every time we try to watch a video or do a booster it just loads the longest we’ve waited was 10 minutes just out of curiosity. And we cant even see our whole inventory screen.
This game is not formatted for XR at all. The bottom is missing unable to buy anything cause we cant select the options. So frustrating!
This game is exactly what we were looking for! It’s cute, it’s customizable, no mini games, and only a little difficult so we’re happy with it. We would only suggest we get less fish in our booster packs xD Every time we see a fish after opening one we do a mental face palm. Oh! And more seats please! We never have enough seats or matching beds.
Hey! We luv this game and enjoy playing every day, but lately we have noticed that our money keeps disappearing. Every time we log back into the game after having not played for a few hours, it says we have earned like 280,000 diamonds, but then we only have 280,000 in our bank, even though the day before we had 500,000 diamonds and had not spent it. Also some of our houses that we have bought and refurnished have deleted so that we have to rebuy them again. Its making us very annoyed because we have bought the soccer house at least 3 times already and every day have to re-earn enough diamonds, then buy and decorate the room again. Can u plz fix this problem, because it is our only problem with the game, and we will play much more if we no longer have this problem!! We just need the game to save better!! Thanks so much!!!!! Its a cute and fun game but our game has reseted automatically six times now and we’ve given up. No way Im redoing the houses that we’ve done again when just before we went to bed we had more than half of the island opened. Fix that and youll have a great game.
When we were young, we used to play this game ALL THE TIME. It’s a great game but there might be some bugs/ crashes.
We love house decorating and this is like the best house decorating ever except that our money glitched and is like negative 298479573887 well a high random number so we cant use our money. Plz help im trying a redownload right now so we hope it works.
We love this game, but once you play it for a while and buy more houses, you lose all your money and it takes way too long to earn enough money back to keep buying houses.
It was good at first, but then later in the game you have no money and you have to wait forever to get more.
Let people design a few houses on their own, have a character to walk in the house with, no in app purchases.
A fun idea. Easy to learn controls. Love the card setup. Extremely crashy though. Crashes during and after ads and at random times. Would be nice if you could design outside of the island as well. But great start. Will be looking forward to the updates!
We liked Castaway Paradise, so we figured we would like this game. We dont… At least, not the way it is. Its a design game, sort of. By design they simply mean that you can collect items and arrange them in a pre-made house. You dont collect items by exploring or anything, just by completing house tasks. You cant build or expand a house. You cant move the houses around the island. You cant design the actual island the way you want to. You can just put stuff in a house. Honestly, this just should have been an add on to Castaway Paradise, not an entire game in itself. Thats the one thing that ever bothered us about Paradise, you couldnt design the houses, or move them, or expand them. We really encourage the developer to consider merging these two game ideas to make one amazing and awesome game. You could have something really really great here.
We do wish that we can actually play the game, but it doesnt look at all every time we try playing, it just freezes the iPad and we hope you have you restart so we absolutely do not like this game!
We enjoy playing, find the premise simple enough, and we dont even mind it being ad driven but what we DO mind is spending 30ish minutes watching ads to boost our gems and then suddenly 17 MILLION gems just disappear from our total! And when we spend time watching ads to get booster packs and then after opening them certain exotic items (the black tile from Glam Rock for example) disappear from our inventory (repeatedly!). Then when we tap the support button to let devs know, we get a bad gateway notice. THAT, we do mind! We have time on our hands and we enjoy playing this simple game but we dont like feeling cheated by it. Ill be happy to update our review with more stars if our issues are adequately addressed.
The game is great for passing the time, and even has some challenge to it!!! Fun.
Really enjoying this game. It’s one of the few games you can enjoy fully without paying real money. Tons of options for ads if you want special items. Nice controls and easy to learn. It’s a bit hard to make money once you get farther, but it’s not impossible. We really like it so far and can’t wait to see what they add next!

(Consonants) Example: "Place a very rare or higher item" Please have an editor fix these mistakes. Other than that, the game is really fun and we like the colors.
Look this game isn’t bad but we just did a home design about a sleepover than we bought a new home and it was the same thing and it was already completed! Now we know what ur thinking, "she probably just clicked on the same house" but we didn’t!!! The 2 sleepover houses r right next to each other and the second one automatically completed its self!!! Now we just wasted over 450K on some house!!!!!!
Once this game came out we got it, and we logged in one day and we had negative 200 million gems. We don’t know if this is a glitch but we want it fixed. Once they released the reset feature we hadn’t explored enough to get the reset button unlocked. We want them to make it so you don’t need anything to get the reset button. We like this game and we want this comment to get to the editors so they can let us continue playing.
This game has potential, but ads are seemingly required for progress. What’s worse is these ads can be broken at times and require the user to restart the app, cause then to lose progress in obtaining an item.
Downloaded game so it said it’s no where to b found on any screen of our fone.
Complicated with slow animation. Was difficult to hold one’s attention and tricky to understand. Not very interesting.
We love Castaway Island or whatever so we were excited to try this out because it sounded promising but it’s really boring and confusing. No storyline or goals from what we could tell. We deleted it after about five minutes.
We tried this app since it was recommended for us, but we font understand it. You can only move certain items we had this for like five minutes before hating it out of confusion. We apologize to the creators because they probably worked hard on this, but maybe they need to invest more time in it. It might open up great opportunity.

This game is actually really cool and not what we excepted. Other games with the title are suppper boring and you have to wait for the packages but with this, you don’t!
