We enjoy the game and that it has a lot of different modes to offer the players, but we cant feel the same for a lot of the paid to win side. Dont get us wrong, we dont mind spending some money on a game, but a lot of the better heroes in the game require an unaffordable amount of money (for most). We understand micro transactions and all the completely, we just would like to see some of the better/newer heroes a little bit more accessible to the players who dont have access to as much money. Otherwise we love the game, thanks for consistently improving the game.

Been playing this game for about 10 years with 6.5 years on our current account.
We loved this game and been playing it for a long time Im almost at peak but let us tell you something this game has become all about pay pay pay just to get anything cool you dont even have to grind for anything anymore, its become bland and boring we miss the old version. Were you had to grind to get what you wanted not be hit with endless pop ups to buy stuff.
Game has changed a lot over the years stupid easy to progress now dont change it for the crybabys cause they cant roll good heros.

We played this game for years since we believe when Cupid came out and since then its not the same its pay to win and it makes it to easy we enjoyed it before when you only could get heroes by gems or by special events now its eww if there is somehow a castle clash 2 and they took out pay to win it would be amazing.

Been playing this game since we were a little kid and this game is allways addictive and fun .just a great game overall.
Ive had this game for years loved it and put it down to the ridiculous amount of greed for it. After years it was hard to adjust getting back into it but we kept trying. They do offer alot more for players however it is even worst now to get money from you. Imagine spending your money at a 0.5% gamble at getting the hero you want this game makes no sense at this point. Creators are consumed by greed.

Ive been playing this for so many years man we have been off and on throughout the years but when we sign back in after a while you guys always give us a special welcome back gift and we love that lol we think Im gonna be playing for a while especially because you guys update frequently this is an amazing game to sum it up! We have an iPhone 16 pro max and we love this game- its a throw back for us. But with our phone we cant use Diamonds or press the speed up button because of how low the button is- Can you guys PLEASE lift the button up more or accommodate to different phones and/or remove the swipe up bars from iPhone on your game screen like other games.
We played this game a ton.. Started playing 10 years ago. There was a golden age (in our opinion) before they added epics, and around the time Rambard was released.. Where we just played constantly. We find that since the beginning of the game, but significantly worse now, this game is EXTREMELY pay to win. If you want to genuinely do well, or reach any leaderboards in this game, it is extremely difficult to without paying.. With f2p by the time youve gotten yourself a dragon, a new one is out.. Its rough.
Yall should try a 3rd person hero view and play as the heroes in a seperate verson of this game or as a feature of the game it would look hella cool and could probably be a game changer.
Game is cool plenty of things to do just needs to fit the screen things are covered due to being zoomed in (iOS 18.3).
First of all, releasing new heroes isnt going to cut it. You need to release new big updates, and a suggestion is troops. Either with a new building that takes a resource like the blue crystals, or by upgrading the current troops to level 10 and allowing them to have a mini ability or something like that. For the new building, you can Reeses 3-6 new troops and in total have 24, 12 from the new building and 12 from the original building. Overall, just upgrade this game, make heroes balanced, not just broken and nerf them, also make the insignias not random anymore because they are just for heroes and doesnt really more sense than that. Other than this: MAKE SURE THAT IN THE FUTURE, we BETTER HAVE THE ABILITY TO PUT MY APPLE ACCOUNT ONTO MY PC, we DONT CARE HOW MUCH EFFORT TO PUT IN THE SERVERS TO DO THAT, YOU CCAN USE THE IGG IDS TO SIGN IN, YOU CAN USE THE WEBISTE TO LINK THE ACTUAL ACCOUNT, DO BETTER, we NEED TO PLAY ON PC NOT MOBILE.
Ive been playing this game on and off for over 6 years now, and we can still confidently say, it is MILES ahead of its competitors. Clash of Clans and other similar games cant even compete with the generous rewards this game gives you FOR FREE! You dont have to spend a dime to enjoy just about everything this game has to offer, and its expansive slew of ways to get rewards is incredible. It also offers a lot of ways to double your rewards by just watching a quick 30 second ad. But the ads are completely opt-in and unobtrusive. We just have one critique about the game and that is the UI. Theyve been expanding and adding on to this game continuously over the years, and we think that, especially for a new player, but even coming from a seasoned player, the UI at this point has become quite overwhelming. We think its great that there are so many buttons and menus to open, almost all of which lead to some additional system that offers more rewards, but we think it would be really beneficial if they added a way to customize the interface or even if they just made most of the buttons (particularly in the upper-left corner) collapsible. Its currently quite busy and can be quite distracting. We still consider this to be in our top 3 mobile games of all time, and we are absolutely astounded by the fact that they havent sold out to make this game insanely pay to win or an insane grind. We just recently started a new save by switching to an IGG account, and our warehouse is already filled to the brim with more loot than we know what to do with. If this were clash of clans, Id have had to purchase the vast majority of these things with real money. Their decision to prioritize the players enjoyment and rely on ad-supported revenue instead of pushing and pushing the player to spend money right away makes us believe they really value the player and want to see this game succeed and not just milk it for as much money as they can. Im so glad we started playing this game those years ago and Im happy to still be playing.
We have been a fan for a few years now and the reason? (One of anyway) Its a online strategy (and war) game. Sure it is like CoC in some aspects however it is not a spin off. How many heros U get in CoC? 4! Here? Idk 200+ also gems (you can actually efficiently get them without waiting like 3 months (Unlike CoC) well Ima end here for times sake ttyl -Good game.
This game was absolutely amazing when it launched but now its just a pay to play essentially and it takes so much longer to get the newer heros and we absolutely refuse to spend money on this game we want more decorations for your base all in all Id say this game is dying.
This game is antiquated, outdated graphics and lacks user control during battles that are common in newer games. This is more of a collector or park sim game than an actual RTS or strategy game. Whales and Krakens long ago made the game pretty much broken for those who cant afford pay 2 win. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this game and instead give a game like Galaxy Of Heroes or Monster Legends a shot. Although both of those are p2w just not as bad. This game is very much about gambling and low odds of rolling a newer good hero.

This game definitely has a better hero unit system than Clash of Clans, more feeling like the heroes are a centerpiece for your troops to rally around rather than an accessory for your army. The game is EXTREMELY generous with premium items, almost to the point where we wonder how they even make money. A refreshing change of pace in the mobile market.

There should be a ways to turn a lvl 1 hero back into a card because youll have 2 of the same cards a wont be able to use one.
We really like this game because of the infinite amount of heros they have but we cannot see them but the same shadow knight silhouetted of every hero and the game is not really enjoyable , please fix this.
So when we started this game we didnt have anything you have to grind , time , being patient in this game because , in this game those are the key for the pro path ill explain now! 1st path [ grind ] : so what does this mean is when ur gold vault or ur blue things are not full , youll need to raid other bases!! 2st path : [ time ] : so what does this mean is having patience more like having 2k gems and spending it on useless events , and not spending it on good events more like : [ pirate boty ] , [ GOD thunder ]!! 3rd path [ patient is more likely relatable to the 2nd path , but this one when having king coins youll have to wait for the discount store!! ] we hope this helps beginners and also old players. We played this game growing up, reached around 200k might years and years ago. We played on android and switched to ios and now we can't use our account that's a decade old. We try to log in from time to time and see what's happening in our favorite mobile game to just be bombarded with 20 pop ups of all the different dumb rewards that they have added for doing nothing along with the countless un needed mechanics, so much that we can't even recognize this game anymore. Should have stopped when pets were added, oh well, clash of clans is better these days we suppose.

Just an overall good game. It does have a lot of pay to play to it but if you play consistently and know the events you can definitely become good free to play. Though if you do want tonpro.
Couple quick pros for the game: not pay to win, TONS of stuff to do, very intricate game mechanics and combat variables, genuinely fun and well balanced gameplay, and a dev team that pays close attention to feedback from the community. The only complaint we have, and the reason for 4 stars is because there is simply too much complexity to the heros equipment, augmenting, leveling, and crafting. Its almost overbearing how much there can be to take care of for each individual hero, it makes the game feel semi sloppy trying to locate and level things up. Other than that, no complaints. Very happy with the game, but things could be less complicated.
They hassle money from you every time you log in. And it feels Ike they restrain a lot of the game unless you pay up. Other than that Ive been playing for around 5 years and have spent maybe around 25 bucks . And obviously havent gotten far in it because Ive been grinding to level up and move up in game. So please just make it less pay to win. It would be more enjoyable. We open all our other games before we ever open this one. Its usual always our last game to open and we just get the dailys and then close it bc we know we wont get far if we dont pay an absurd amount of money.
Been playing this since Siren came out. We like this game, but in terms of balance its eh. We mean blue and green heros become obsolete once you actually play the game. Edit: in 2024 the game is over-bloated with mechanics and UI.
Game used to be a big favorite of ours as a kid but the game has added a lot of updates and items changes making the game no longer fun to play or get back into. Its a complete money grab sad to see a game with so much potential thrown away.
It used to be a good game; a clash of clans ripoff kind of but with an emphasis on heroes, but theyve just added a ridiculous amount of content and new powercreeped heroes. Theres now even a second, higher tier premium currency its just gotten so bad.

Ive played this game countless times over the years so much so since we were a little kid just about 8-9 years old which is more than 6 years we love every bit of it and how its f2p friendly and its super nostalgic to see it again.
Three stars because our game keeps crashing and we had to uninstall and reinstall it and it isnt working it keeps closing.
Ive recently pick up the game in the last couple days from being an older player. The monetization of mobile games arent that great, but we had a lot of fun previously, and am currently having some fun now. Some of the issues are the balancing of power levels and the clutter of stuff and dead accounts. There are many dead accounts and many of the players are high level which create two groups of people. Ive lost our old accounts and so we have to work our way back up. We still am having some fun though, but the age of the game definitely holds it back.
This game USED to be 5 stars. Once we reached a certain point it absolutely becomes pay to win and there is such a large focus on the heroes but that had been washed away by adding a new must get hero every other week. We miss the good ol days of pumpkin duke being the GOAT and actually having a community to complete events with where you could actually tell what was going on. Now you plop your heroes in an event and have absolutely zero idea whats going on because there is sooooo much going on, which should tell you how the power scales and how there is an actual problem with it. At this point they are just trying to squeeze every dollar out of veteran players, we dont recommend even downloading this game anymore.
The troop system really needs to be updated !! Other then that we love the game.

We love this game and been playing for a long time and what has always bugged us was that there is alot of heroes so we never know which hero is better and we had many options so we would always struggle and use all our brain cells to pick out which hero is better, ANYWAY if the game can make a hero ranking system so people can know which hero is better than we would really appreciate it, we all would appreciate it :) thankyou.
