We absolutely love this game. We’ve played it off and on for about 8 years. We have addressed the issue to tech support before and they basically told us they refused to do anything about it. There is a massive influx of sexually inappropriate content in the public chats. Solicitors and begets asking for teen pictures and sexy role play chats. It is much too big of a problem to simple block these users. It is consistent and numerous. We would be mortified to have a child of 9 on this game simply because of the toxic environment. As we said. We love the game itself. Theres so much to do, plenty of opportunities to get ahead without having to pay-to-win. Its fantastic, but the fact remains that it is completely inappropriate. Either add moderators or dismantle Broadcast and only allow massive chats among guilds.

Ill give it 2 stars since its been so long and we appreciate the game for its uniqueness. That being said, throw IGG out. Their ONLY priority is making money. Maybe if they used their brains, they would update the GAME to be more fun, captivating, more game modes, or at the VERY LEAST, more or proportionate rewards to ones strength. Some of the game modes are actually quite difficult, and the reward youll receive for it makes it not even worth playing. Completely outdated in this sense, which is interesting because they can manage to update the game once or twice a month and add new EPIC heroes. Give us a break. They do this because it works, players need to say enough until they focus on the essential gameplay and balances. Best part is, they occasionally have an improvement survey, where players can input feedback on updates or the game largely. Do they just not listen, and if not, why even HAVE an improvement survey? Wanna improve the game? Read your one and two star reviews IGG, we all have the same complaints at large. Add more modes, make the rewards actually reasonable, and maybe take a step back from your money hunger. If you actually focus on making the basic gameplay better, players will want to remain playing, and spending and trying to be the best. As we see it, there is little to no incentive to do that anymore.
Dont waste $$$, exorbitant prices for silly stupid upgrades its big rip off.
We’ve been playing this game well over 7 years now and most likely even longer. But we come back to the game after a 1 year hiatus and they completely replace the premium currency from Gems to Rhinestones. We put serious money into the game but the fact that they completely phased Gems out to force you to purchase rhinestones is ridiculous. We had over $2000 worth of gems but now theyre completely useless except for finishing a building upgrade. Super disappointed at how low the developers have gone.
We’ve played this game since we were in 8th grade 2016. We got our siblings to play with us and we instantly found a guild that would be with us forever. Made such great friends and the gameplay is fun. Its more affordable than clash of clans was. We didnt have to spend things at an absurd price and wait stupid long. The heros are fun and really cool all with great design and everything is powerful in a different way. The game is just down right fun. Addicting. And ever lasting there is so much in the game. The events are yes sadly the only problem we have with this game. To progress and unlock a lot of things it comes when you spend money. But thats ok.
Is it now possible to transfer our old account from android to iPhone? We no longer have an android account but we are really eager to play on our iPhone. Other than that Im a first year player and we have really enjoyed this game over the decade!
Been playing for a long while, started when we were little playing with our Dad. But even after account changes and mountains of knowledge the game really does embody pay to win. If you want to get good in a reasonable amount of time you have to fork over a good chunk of your check. Nonetheless the in depths for you to gain a tiny edge and win is absolutely beautiful and unmatched by any other game. Thank you for many memories devs but please do make it more accessible to the average person. We understand that its good to make profit but make it fun and accessible for people who cant pay 100s of dollars like myself to get good. Thank you devs and goodbye.
Im giving an honest review about this game. This game has too many modes and the little rewards spread out among these modes, resulting in a great deal of clicks to make. IGG should only keep important game modes where majority of players participate in and increase the rewards for these modes to keep players interest high. Just saying.
We wish that there wasnt a cap for donations, it makes for upgrading things take so much more time for guilds.
We played this game for well over several years. We are at a point where we have done what we can do for free to play. We have enjoyed playing with a few frustrating times but we now wanted to delete our account so our information is not just floating out there. They are very thorough about this process so people just cant hack a persons account and delete it which is good. We have been told that the account wont be deleted off the system but rather our access to it will be deleted. Why does the account have to be left in their system? We are not satisfied with that, so be careful when setting up your account! If you want to delete it your information will stay in their system forever! Thats not right! Plus we have tried twice now to delete our access to this account to no avail! They want the exact registration date of us starting the game. We started on an android device of which we no longer have access to as it has been taken to hazardous waste. We explain that several times and yet they keep responding that as soon as we give them the correct month and year they will process our request. How many times does it take to understand that we dont know that information. Maybe next time we will write all this information down just for this reason! Very dissatisfied with the customer service!!!
Please switch the layout back to how it was before this new update. It was much nicer and easier to locate and identify what youre looking for in your inventory. Now it looks so generic and unappealing and cluttered. A lot of unnecessary changes are always made in this game as much as we enjoy it. At least put in a feature that lets you change the inventory look because this new inventory is not appealing at all. Not a fan of it at all.
We’ve tried updating the game literally 7 times now and its just not updating.
We have been playing the game for more than 5 years and enjoy it. The game is balanced enough that you can play it without having to pay if you are willing to put in the time. Now the forced adds ruins the game play. Simple sign in rewards collection require you to watch a 30 seconds adds. We have seen many other areas where you are forced to watch adds in order to collect rewards. Having adds to earn extra rewards is good thing for both the players and game developer, but please remove the adds that forces you to watch adds for things that were given to you for coming back to the game every day.
They added non-skippable 30 sec ads. It ruins the game further. If you havent started playing this game, DO NOT. It is a money grabbing scheme.
We have played this game over 5 years with 2 separate accounts. We had made it quite far in the game and was thoroughly enjoying it. One night while farming for gold to upgrade our walls, we got banned. Saying it was bot activity since we attacked over 100 times in an hour. We’ve been dealing with their customer service since June of 2021 and it is now May of 2023 and we still receive the same answer each attempt we make. They say that theyre sorry for not having a good answer for us, but they refuse to lift the sanction. Its not just a ban on our in-game accounts but on all devices attached to our name.
Good game but right now it wont let us get on it without updating it so we click on go to AppStore to update and it just say open we’ve tried everything but it still wont say update also on our other device its doing the same thing and we’ve had it on multiple devices and it doesnt update it might work if we delete it but we would lose all our progress we just hope this works soon bye.

We’ve enjoyed playing this game for a few years until recent update. Now we cant log on to event page . Keep getting error messages log in failed . We have talked to someone tech services and he keeps saying to log and reboot iPad it does work for a while then does the same thing again never had this problem before the update can anyone figure this bug out very frustrating everything else runs good just that page giving it 2 stars until they patch update.

We’ve been playing this game on and off for many years and honestly, it was good at first. Pretty simple. You level up, fight, etc. But now there’s just way too much going on. We understand they wanna bring new content to their game but they could at least add it at a slower pace. Also, this may just be our personal preferences but we definitely prefer the old layout. Everything is just so confusing now.
Just downloaded for first time on brand new device and account. Loaded someone else game. Customer service did nothing and didnt seem to care that we had access to someone elses game account. We did not get any log in options or create character option of even s tutorial… Be warned.
Dont say you werent warned. This game is in its death spirals. Dont waste your funds on it. Play another game that isnt obsessed with monetization, micro transactions etc. Used to be an ok game but now the graphics are mobile gaming 1.0, boring, hard to tell what is even going on with so much screen noise from too much unnecessary information. Constantly releasing new heroes to replace the ones you just finally got. You get the point. There are vastly better games out there, from developers that actually listen to players.
We played this game on android and progress pretty far then switched to iPhone and we cant get our account since there is no google option to login..
We’ve been playing this game since the 3rd grade, graduating high school in a few months now. Our account was grown big over the years but like we said before we were in 3rd grade when we started, we were using an android device at the time and continued to play in the android server. About 2 years ago we switched to iPhone because in this day and age everything is easier on iPhone and so we have no need for an android device. It would be great if IGG gave us the opportunity to switch our servers from android to iOS. We hope some day that opportunity comes. Until then our review is staying at 2 stars.
Good game. Pay to play and really buggy (I.e., missing soul crystals at time of events)
Each update introduced a new hero which is able to kill all previous ones. So it doesnt matter how long you have played, you will be nothing in the upcoming update.
This game is wonderful, entertain, gorgeous. A game that you can play all day long. The graphics are amazing. The only must play game of our day. The one game you can enjoy without being forced to spend money if you dont want to. Thank you castle clash.

We lost our account after playing this game for 6+ years and we had no way of getting it back so now we have to officially start all over from the very start we just hope they have a better way of keeping your account connected even if you switch devices because theres no way we were going to remember our ip number but other than that its a good game.

This is the most p2p game we have ever played in our life. Theyve also just completely ruined most aspects. Nothing is worth spending time in besides heroes and theyve made base building and using troops obsolete. The best heroes are only available to people who play so you literally cant beat them. Like its impossible because these couple of heroes completely destroy any other hero. The user interface is awful and frustrating. You would think for a game thats been out for this long it would be better but its worse.

The typing anything can make the system think your cursing we guess **** we type there system like th**e we dont understand why it blurs it out just wondering if its a bug or thats how the game suppose to do blur out random words thats not even cursing. We’ve been playing this game since 2016, yet Im never bored of it. We got bored of Roblox, injustice, dragon city, etc but this game is hella fun. Its crazy how ima graduate high school in 2 years yet we still play this game. Im actually writing this review instead of studying for our chemistry test.

This is definitely not 9+, maybe 14+. The chat is constantly filled with creeps and bots saying and implying all kinds of sexual things. We read a reply on a different review saying were working on social chat from 4 years ago. Like its been 4 years and its still the same! Its disgusting. Also the way to evolve hero’s is so tiring, you need 3 cards to double evolve svallin, but we’ve only ever rolled one svallin our entire time of playing. Its so hard to get multiples of certain hero’s. We love the grinding aspect and the game itself is not bad ill spend hours everyday playing, theres just certain things that need work. Many of our friends say there is too many game modes, we honestly hardly pay any mind to certain ones besides dungeons, hbm, heros trial, team ones, raids, and arena. Idk its a great game, just money hungry and very expensive for packs that arent even good. We would consider spending our money if it was actually a worthwhile pack, but most of them aren’t. Like the people who make these packs dont even play this game and just throw in what they think is good when its really not. But like we said its still a good game, takes up almost 5 hours on our screentime every few days. Easy to grind at early levels and nice reddit community. Super fun once you get the hang of everything. Just issues we feel if worked out would leave this game in a much better state than it already is.
