An abandoned cardboard box stands in front of a once beautiful house. A cat needs help and is waiting for you! In Cat Rescue Story, you take in cats, care for and feed them, play with them, treat all the kitties and when the cats are fully cared for, you can find a new pet lover for the cats. At the same time, you renovate and decorate the old house and make room for many new kitties. An exciting cat game with many challenging tasks!
In the old house there used to live an old lady who took care of all the cats. Now you are in her place and take over all the tasks. Every now and then a cat comes to your front door and wants to be taken in by you. But do you have enough space? Make sure that you have done all the chores in the house, the rooms are tidy and decorated and the treatment room is ready for small examinations. A vet is at your side to help with the cat care.
In the course of the story, you will not only learn a lot about life in the village, the villagers and the cats, but you will also solve the mystery of your great-aunt’s disappearance.

We feel like lots more could be added, but look on the bright side, the animations are great, and the designs too. We would really recommend this game for younger children, we havent seen anything inappropriate in it and the story that goes along with it is great Edit: we loved the bundle glitch where you didnt have to pay anything! It was fun for us and our bestie!
- It would be nice if we didn’t have to sign in to our Apple account EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We open the app again! This seems to only be an issue when you use it as a way of saving you progress in case you get a new IOS device though, because we didn’t have the pop up before hand. Though, it really can be annoying to deal with. – Some of the tunnels just do NOT work AT ALL in the chase mini game, forcing us to go all the way around. And thus have worse scores… It seems this problem only occurs in certain levels too? Other times those same tunnels in OTHER levels worked just fine for us! So this really does seem to be a bug. – Even the more common game currency is a bit too hard to obtain at times. Forcing us to pick and choose between feeding them or the cats’ other needs. This hinders us from adopting them out as well! To you know, actually get more money to take care of the others in the first place! We feel like this could be easily tweaked somehow, we just don’t have the exact answer on how to balance it better.
It is the best game ever we suggest you play.
Hello we like to say that u have tried so many times but when we try to load into the game it pauses half way then exits us out.
We’ve always been looking for animal sanctuary or rescue style games, but when we search on the App Store little pop up. We saw this game in a tik tok and we love it. We especially love that cats you adopt away can visit you! Thank you for this awesome game!
We love it, just very tedious and it gets updated pretty slowly but great game with a great concept.
So as myself Im not a cat person but we think dogs and cats are cool in General so this game is soooooo fun tho like the minute we get in the game Im like o our god this is amazing and played for like 40 minutes and left but Im definitely going to play later so good game love it.

Cute game. Buggy. Cat kept coming back after being adopted, so we refreshed the app and it undid a bunch of our progress, and took away all our food/water/litter. Kind of disheartening to lose progress.

This game is absolutely adorable! We love almost every aspect of it, we do wish there was an easier way of getting hammers and coins. We’ve been stuck unable to feed our cats, we cant get them to be adopted because theyre not fully fed, and we cant renovate the place without hammers in order to get more coins and more space for more cats. Its a big mess.. We really want to continue playing this game but we feel like we cant anymore..:(
There is a cat that sent a to its adoptive home now shes back in the shelter but her face name isnt at any of the feeding areas.

This game is awesome. We love it so much. The cats are so cute. We love the story lines. Its literally one of the best games we’ve ever played. We really think a lot of people should get it. Its free we havent seen a single, and yet even though it just started playing. And the cats are just so adorable. We can hardly give them away but we wanna unlock more cute cats and give them away to new homes and take care of them and we think this game deserves five stars. Thank you for making this game.
Our cats that we have already gotten adopted get stuck on the adoption screen, two cats have been stuck and its just a bit annoying. We also wish that the adoption options would change depending on what you have available. Like if you have no data of ever getting a legendary cat, people shouldnt be asking for it. Through our whole experience with the game we havent gotten certain things and yet people ask for it and we literally cannot get it.
The app doesnt load sometimes, it just sits in the first screen doing nothing and sometimes kicks us off. That issue needs to be fixed and then itll be the perfect app.
So when we get into the game it just has a cat sitting on a sign. So the sign says cat recuse Story. And the shape of that! So the sign is green and there is a house shape in the background. It also says tilva or something!
We cant seem to play with our cats! Plz fix so we dont haft to give away our fav cat :(
This game is so good, love it!
Im addicted to this game its AWESOME. We definitely recommend this, but the one thing we dont like is that you have to buy mostly everything with your coins and it drains your coins because it is so expensive. Everything is 15,20,80 Coins. You have to buy so many things in the game to take care of your cats. Anyway you should get the game its amazing you get many different cats thats all!!!
We love this game. We love how you choose who adopts what cat and you really take care of every cats needs. The only problem is that the controls of the play aspect is really difficult. Ill be trying to get the cat to go one way and itll go the complete opposite direction. Even for us, the play aspect needs to have better controls and it needs to give more time.
Love the game but crashes a lot. The graphics are wonderful and love the medical/spa portion. Its easy to play and the story is fine. Just wish it didnt crash so often.

We really enjoy this game and all of the cats. We just wish your person could adopt a cat to stay with you. If its already there than we havent found it yet. It would be even better if there would be different types of sicknesses for cats. Like swimmers syndrome, worms and more. Otherwise we have really enjoyed this game and we recommend to any cat lovers.
As an actual cat owner myself, this is definitely a game any cat lover can sit down to enjoy. Cute graphics, engaging cats to take care of. Of course, we do have some issues with the game. For one, the struggle to getting coins. Getting them through only the minigames or adopting out cats doesnt seem viable. There needs to be another or more simpler options for players to gain coins if theyre to keep their cars supplied to get them adopted at all. Second issue is the way we refresh for adoptees. We cant afford to remove ads but its very painstaking to having to use the ad option to refresh the list. And eventually the ad option actually does break for us, unfortunately, and we either have to wait several hours or even the next day for the ad refresh to work again. Overall, we do enjoy the game but there needs to be some quality-of-life accessibility options. We hope to see the game improve and the issues be taken into consideration.
We figured this would feel like a standard grind to win mobile game, but we were pleasantly surprised. The game reminds us very much of the veterinarian and pet games we played on the DS as a kid. We often miss those games, so finding this was like a little gift from the universe. We love that it doesnt spam you with ads, and you dont feel like youre forced to buy things to progress. If youre patient and actually taking time with the cats, the game progresses pretty naturally. The graphics are cute, and the cats running around all the time are so goofy. Overall, cute and fun.

This game is the best game ever. We have had a lot of experience with cats since we had so many cats and the 3-D look on the cats the way they meow and their movement is the best! We also thought that how you could adopt him was cool too. But we wish that you could get more hammers when you got the cats adopted. Because hammers are hard to get plus we wish you would get more money also some of the prices on the things you can buy in the marketplace should be down more but besides that its great. The cats are so cute and realistic looking and we like the way how you can dress up your house and theres a story that goes with this app. So if you really want a cat game and you love cats this is a game for you cause its the best thing ever!!!
Let our start by saying that we love this game. We dont normally spend money on apps but all the cats look really cool. That brings us to the only problem so far; The shop is glitched so we cant spend any real money to get the cats. We would like a few more legendary cats but we understand that the game is still being updated with playable content.
We just started playing and we are in love with this game. We dont know how to get more cats. We can only get four D:
Great game with NO ads but since the recent update the adoption screen has been super buggy. It gets stuck and will not change what traits are highlighted when you swipe between cats, even if you close the screen and re open it it is still stuck only highlighting the traits of one cat, also when you adopt out the person you adopted to is still displayed on the screen with their exact request hiding the new person with the new request. You have to fill the new one but you cant see it. The only way to fix it is to close the app or load the laser game. And it will still get stuck the second time you open it. Edit: there is another glitch in the game the epic bundle is able to be purchased for 0 diamonds.
Love this game!! Its super fun and engaging with the coat colors and trait matching. The only downside we would say is that theres some kind of issue with the matching traits highlighting when the adopters needs are met. This is kinda messing up the adoption process for us but other than that the game is amazing.
We really like the game. The animation is smooth, the designs are adorable, and we like the decorating aspect of the game. But, then we got a dilute calico cat. Then we were confused as it being a male. Calico and tortoiseshell cats are almost never males as they are genetically impossible without mutation occurring. As silly as it is, it kinda makes us dislike the game as the realism of it dropped a bit.
First off, we want to say we adore how this game was put together. The art style, the models, the story, the sounds/music, theyre all great. The mechanics of caring for the kitties (while repetitive) is nice, and the mini game is interesting and fun. After playing for some hours now, we do unfortunately have some pain points. – PLEASE make it possible to switch between cats without having to go back to the screen where you view the entire house. It is so tedious to have to click back and forth when all Im trying to do is give our kitties and extra pet to try to level them up again. We’ve discovered that you can switch cats in the mini game without having to exit which is a plus in this regard! Just please make it possible elsewhere. – The repetition of caring for the cats is tedious. There are only a few needs, and almost every cat needs them met. And not only do you have to groom/treat them once, more often than not, you have to do this several times for EVERY cat. Each cat we take in has the possibility to need groomed/treated a whopping 8 times (maybe theres a cap to this but we havent noticed one). – Maybe its just because Im early in the game, but we almost feel as if we cant make any money. Or if we do, its not much. Sometimes you have to complete grooming/treating four times on a single cat, meaning we could possibly spend 120 coins caring for a cat (and thats not counting the coins it takes to water/feed/provide litter!). Then, if Im lucky, Id make all those coins back but probably no profit since the average amount of coins per want is about 30. – Please add more ways to play with, treat, and groom the cats. The motions are repetitive and sometimes we just feel like we dont want to take the time to run around the house chasing mice (especially more than once for each cat!) – Please lower the chance to get animals other than cats in the stray shelters! All of our catnip is getting eaten up. We didn’t have any other animals for quite some time and now it feels like every other time the shelter is ready, its something other than a cat. – Why do we have to sign in with our Apple ID every single time we open the game? Cant it keep us signed in? We know it sounds like Im picking it apart, but overall this is a really cute, wholesome game. Its just that some aspects of it can be very repetitive. Keep up the good work otherwise, and thank you for this cute game. :)
