We like the game a lot but when Im reading the game gets confusing. The game will describe the character as a women and a princess but when your talking to them the game says him or he. And the game keeps calling people, nothing yet which we assume means the game hasnt added the name yet.
Was a very good game, great storyline and really long.
We think this is one of the higher quality CoG games on the App Store. We enjoyed the cast of characters and the mythological setting. We didn't really feel as though our personality traits or abilities came into play that often, but it may have just been hidden well. Definitely recommended if you like story games.
It's long, well-written and you have a number of important choices that impact the ending. One of Choice Of Game's best.
This is by far the best game we have played from the App Store. The writing is enthralling and we can't put it down. The best part is that, depending on your decisions, you will never get the same game twice.
We started playing this game at our partners recommendation and havent been able to put it down. The writing is fantastic and detailed with the write mix of story flavor and choices. We adore the fact you could play as a gay champion, it was incredibly validating and made the story that much touching for us. Thank you for creating such a fun filled game. Off to play it again.
This was a great game and definitely worth the money. Now all there is to do is hope that there is a sequel soon.
This is no joke our 45th download of a choice of game and we would say this definitely is in our top 5. We will admit that we are a little biased because we love this type of genre but there are tons of different choices and many different outcomes that makes this game amazing.
The story in writing or excellent, there are many paths you can take. It reminds us a little bit of Hercules. Definitely recommend to all CoG fans.
We just had to go ahead and review this game because in the short time we've had it we've fallen in love! It's short but not too short where it makes us bored easily. And it's not an extremely long COG that makes us too scared to go back for achievements. Also we love the options for the romances with the prince/princess! The fact that you can choose their personality is amazing and we wish it was in more COGs to be honest! Another thing we'd like to point out is the fact that if you get into a lesbian relationship (only tested the lesbian one so we're not sure about whether this shows up for gay relationships too) with the Princess, the story mentions how the nobles will offer their children up as surrogates essentially! We really enjoyed that little part because it really adds depth to it and makes it so it's not just a story with interchangeable pronouns but with actual changes in dialogue based on sexuality! Well this review is long enough so we're gonna end it here with one last thing: we would not complain if there was a sequel to this made.

It is a good game it isn't the masterpiece that everyone makes it out to be. There are some things like some choices don't really do anything while others that look like they don't actually matter but they do a lot. It is a good game but in our opinion, it doesn't hold up to other games like Hero's Rise and Choice of Deathless spoilers At the end you can save destiny or not, and you really have to want to do either. There is no go between. If you mess up and ruin everything then everyone gets mad at you even if you tried your best. Also the gods seem to mess with your destiny even though it is supposed to be bad. It is also really hard to have faith in the gods as a player when you know that they are jerks. We wanted to be faithful but we knew the truth. It is also really hard to deviate from previous. Good world building but bad way to make your champion develop as a character.
