Prince Kaspar’s castle has many rooms in which the individual chess pieces are introduced. Depending on how much prior knowledge you bring into the chess game, you can have every piece introduced to you at your own pace. There is plenty of green space on the sides of the chess board during the lessonsuse it! And then Ill raise the star rating.
We have been trying to learn to play chess for years and no one could ever teach us until we downloaded this fabulous game that teaches you strategies and more and makes a complicated game entirely exciting we are now playing our friends and winning. Also when the game froze we were immediately consulted back with information that worked customer service stellar. Thank you again for sooo much fun!!!!!,

Both our son and we started learning Chess through this app and it’s a great!
We love the animated characters in this game. We do feel it is not for beginners but we also feel the beauty of the game will want beginners to learn from here. We have been playing for 4 decades and this game has come along way from our first chess master computer game as it is so much fun.
We’re not a beginner, but we do not recommend this for those that are. Almost immediately, on the get paun to the other end and cause checkmate goal the computer level is way to high, it’s very hard to beat (and this it isn’t even an actual game yet, just training). They expect you to know how other pieces move before you’ve learned about them (to cause that checkmate we’ve mentioned earlier. Please fix this game.
In two people mode black pieces are upside down. Instead it should be rotated on each turn. Easy to correct.
