This game is beautiful and we REALLY LOVED playing it UNTIL it got so glitchy that we had to constantly close and relaunch it. The inventory items would be blank and then the screen would cut to active spots on a black screen. This is honestly one of the most delightful games Ive played and its a shame our overall experience was ruined to to a very very glitchy gaming experience. We honestly wish we hadnt paid for it.
Cute story, but there are several instances of missing graphics, at one point entire scene such that we couldnt continue playing.
Game is full of bugs, DO NOT PURCHASE! Items disappear from inventory & scenes are blacked out frequently. Stop charging for a game thats messed up. Now it shuts down our iPad every time we try to open it.
We cant finish the story because we didnt get the key after the hidden objects in the tree. What now? If we start over, will it appear.
The screen blacks out, with only a few items shown. Sometimes the picture of the tool disappears. Simply impossible to play.
We played all the way through the game and was enjoying the bonus game until we came to the part to get the reindeer to get up. We tried everything but we cant get it to work. Help please.
So great to finally see a game not about ghosts or monsters. Please make more normal themes like this.
Once again Elephant Games delivers a gorgeous game. Because of a loss, our Christmas spirit fled, but upon returning to this game in the middle of January, we are delighted. The story is enchanting, the cats marvelous, the music deep and rich, the puzzles a mix of challenging and simplesomething for everyone. The graphics and music are eye and ear candy (a new term?). We love the idea of animals in Christmas games. Animals gave warmth and comfort in the story of the first Christmas, we believe, while humans shut the doors. Dear developers, thank you for such cheer in the middle of a very long January. Elephant, blessings to you (and reviewers) for keeping us engaged while we wait for better days that ARE coming. Thank you for such cheer, for such a delight. (And we even missed one piece of puzzlemy first everso a replay is needed but it will not be a chore.) Thanks to all and to all a good night! Moxieruby.

Our review has been deleted over and over and we are tired of it. So this will be very quick! The game was lengthy, gorgeous and adorable. We were furnished with a very nice variety of HO scenes and puzzles. There were plenty of collectibles for those who love them. Each location had a plethora of enjoyable tasks to accomplish. Our only quibble was that the touchscreen sensitivity needed to be heightened a tad. At times it was difficult to pick up inventory items and collectibles, and then to apply inventory items as well. Still it was a terrific game. Our final rating will stand at 4.5 stars. Happy holidays to everyone, especially our wonderful DTE. UPDATE:after deleting and reloading the game we were able to complete it. Not sure if there was a fix, but we are happy to say we were delighted with the game once we could play successfully. There are a variety of interesting puzzles and this game would have easily rated a 5 star, however we are giving it a 4 due to the hassle. The puzzle piece in the chest in the bedroom cannot be collected. It appears to be there, but when one tries to collect it, it is no longer visible. We even resorted to the strategy guide but it only indicated the piece should be collected. Tried restarting the game, but no help. Please update immediately.
We just wanted to Thank the Developers for putting out the Christmas game. This has been a hard year for everyone in the world, with that being said this game brought back memories of this time of year that is joyful. As far as the first part of the game the graphics are always exceptional. The story line was good. The games were interesting. We had to rate the game 4 stars because the Bonus chapter was not something we thought deserved a 5 star rating. Cats as the characters were a little disappointing because of the reality and relationship to Christmas should be humans. Merry Christmas to you all and wishing you all a better 2021.
Twice now when we turn the game off for a day or so the game starts from the beginning again. Just give up trying to finish.
