Fun app that encourages walking. There is a mode to play even if you arent able to walk. The little Stepets are cute.
We are on a fitness journey. We just downloaded this game today and absolutely love it. There are so many goals and pets to collect- as well as infinite space to decorate. Its something nice to work towards. We really wish the developers would continue working on the game as it seems there havent been any updates since 2023 or so. Id love to see holiday themes or more mini games for the pets. Also, the step counts seem to be a little lower than our watch / step counter. Other than that, its great.
Please add Fitbit as a data source. Other than that this game is very cute and has been fun. The no ads package is actually great and there really are no ads.

A realllly great game this game actually wants us to go outside take a jog for 20 minutes and then upgrade our pets.

Love the cute pets to collect almost like a Pokmon Go app. Except without having to take scan and fight through battles. This game is nice and relaxing to play and interact with. Each of the pets have their own unique and one-of-a-kind character design and personality traits. This game has been really fun for us to play! Also getting to design your own island is really fun too. Best part is that its free and you dont really need WIFI to play the game either, which is great! If anyone wants an easy, nice, and relaxing game while also getting active, this game maybe just for you! We would like to put in a request to the developers for this game we were wondering if possibly in the future, is there anyway that the Stepets can interact with objects and with each other? Also being able to buy clothes and customize their own outfits as well? We think it would be a really cool interactive pieces for the game play. We give a lot of credit to you for making and creating an amazing, cute, healthy, and relaxing game, THANK YOU.
The game is cute and fun, but we found that you have to close the app and walk or else it wont register your steps. Other than that its great.
We think this game is great and a fun way to encourage a bit of exercise! However, as it leans towards a more childish audience, we do think some more caution should be taken with regards to ads. We have seen a few explicit ads on this app, but thats our only concern. We think it might be nice if there was a grid for placing furniture and/or we were able to place rugs underneath furniture. It might also be nice if we could move the furniture a little more freely! We love this app and will continue using it.
We love this game sm! We just wish that there was like an automatic hatching system. We ended up using it less because we would forget to hatch the egg and waste a bunch of steps. If the egg was automatically hatched and replaced with a guy that was ready to level up or an egg you had waiting, that would make more sense. We know that might take the fun out of it for some people, so maybe making it an option in setting or something. Because yes at first we did not want to miss hatching our egg, but three months into it, we dont really care if we miss it. That said its a really great game! We would recommend it to anyone wanting to walk more, the characters are cute and engaging and the aesthetics and world building is very fun. 1000/10.
Im a huge fan of any app with ad-free/full version option that is permanent which this app has! Unlike other walking apps there isnt a ton of pressure to walk but it still necessary for your pets to grow. There are also mini games which are simple but fun and the decor is pretty cute. For being early access this game seems very promising! We look forward to seeing what comes in the future.
We were looking for an app just like this, and so far Im hooked! Even paid for the pro version. A request: -Can we get the option to change the app icon? Its a bit cutesy for us; if we could get the option to change it to something more subtle, that would be awesome.

We literally adore this game so much. The pricing for the no ads is unbeatable, its such a fun game. Whether it is aimed towards little kids, we still enjoy this so much. The little animals and the furniture you can add to your world is so cute!! Im in love with this game.
Ive had this game since last year and we have just over half of the pets and nearly all the furniture unlocked- its so simple yet darling and Ive recommended it to our friends and family! Our only thing- its more of a bug than anything. In the mini games section- the match 3 thumbnail shows you blocks that arent in the mini game- like cherries and the oranges. Its a minor thing, but itd actually be really cool to see an update where you can use your coins to buy different mini game skins- just to keep things interesting! Seriously, we actually love this game and the Dog is our fave.
We absolutely love this game. It is so cute and it gets us up and walking. We do wish we were able to move the pets where we want them vs having to just accept where the game puts them though. Cant wait to see what all the pets evolve to.
This is the cutest way to get us moving, can even play it on the treadmill during our physical therapy sessions. Got over 1K steps in under the first hour playing. Just love this.
This is the only game we dont use that much,but its so much FUN! We really like that you can add furniture! But we think in the futureyou should add houses.(SORRY IF ANY GRAMMAR MISTAKES ).
Ive been playing this game for a couple months now and seeing all the cute animals rlly encourage us to walk more. But ever since we got to the million steps milestone our gems have been in the negatives?? Right after collecting the milestones gems it went to -139 gems and everytime we get new gems it gets lower.
This game is so cute like this is the most cutest game when we saw it we buy it. Im such a fan.

This game is pretty cute. Ive been working on step counting lately and games like this have helped us be more motivated. We like decorating the space and the cute pets and y forms of them. We also LOVE that is has a list of which you have- since we like collecting.
Game is basically paywalled behind a $5 minimum charge to get rid of ads that interrupt you after almost every action you complete in-game. We love the game and the concept other than that aspect – Wouldnt mind some ads, and we understand how that works for a free game. But its too much.
The game is really cute. They give you a lot on the free version. Wish they would have offered the one time only discount a little later, we didnt want to pay before we knew if we liked the game and we would gladly pay now, but Im not sure its worth $10. The two most annoying parts of the game are that you can really only up your pets experience with the game, and with all the pets we have, its too much time. It seems to always default to the fully evolved pets to ask for pets or food. Second, the match game also has several issues with it not accepting the L shaped matches as a 3x and if you double combine with hearts and the food it wont forward the green bar. There are a few other annoying parts; having to go in and out of the interaction interface with each pet, the length of time it takes to pet the animal, and that you cant move the squares of land. It auto selects a long strip and is like to move them to a square so we can see our little pets easier. All little things that we personally would change if we were in charge of the game. The animals are really cute and we enjoy hatching them and getting new ones each day.
We really like the app but recently when we went back in our coins and diamonds that we had all turned into negative not sure whats going on.
Love the concept of this game! For us personally, Im a pretty busy person and cant give much time to the game itself (interacting and playing mini games to raise the characters and progress). Id love it if it was mostly activity-based, and maybe the mini games could just be for the coins and extra stuff? Id still do them, but wouldnt rely on having to stop and get on our phone in the middle of the day to progress in the game. We.e., Id love to be able to walk or maintain a certain heart rate for a certain amount of time in order to raise the characters instead of playing mini games! Again we love the concept, we know it took a long time to develop.
Ive been playing this for since about June. Ive felt motivated and Ive enjoyed the app very much. However, we are on level 13. The game has just stalled. All our new animals are never asking to be pet, feed or played with. Its all the old characters that give diamonds. But theres a catch.you can only earn one diamond a day. If you EARN 2 you get coins. We hate the coins. They arent fun for us. We enjoy the animals. If we could buy diamonds of items for the animals to interact with they may be more fun. Our main disappointment right now is the lack of progress. Ive lost interest. Ive left the app for two days and expected everyone to need a feeding, a pet and playtime. NOPE!!! Only 3 pets and they are our senior pets. So disappointing and disappointed.
Been playing it for a bit and its very cute and fun, motivating to get steps and collect different designs. However we ran into an early bug, when as a player we were offered a discount one-time payment to get rid of ads. It was in our budget and we wanted to support the game, so we opted to pay. The purchase button didnt work! Even after restarting the game and trying different approaches. We emailed the devs thru their website and got no response. Ironically once the discount expired and full price offered, the Purchase button resumed working (we were sent to the payment screen). The ads are a bit muchyoure stuck for at least 30-60s when they come up, rather than sprinkled more lightly throughout the game, so we just quit and stop playing when an ad starts since the wait just isnt worth it to us.
We downloaded this a couple of days ago. The common eggs are free and easy, requiring only 500 steps to hatch. But uncommon and rarer eggs require gems to purchase, incubators that are needed to evolve the Stepets require gems (10 gems for one incubator, up to 40 gems for 5 incubators), and each habitat space can only hold 3 animals so you need to expand a space, requiring 5 gems. So even though we walk 10,000 steps a day, Im at 8 gems and two spaces holding 6 baby Stepets who all need incubators in order to evolve . The game is generous with its basic currency, coins, with which you can buy decorations for the habitats – but you get 1 gem per ad watched. Although this game is free to download, if you are a player who cannot or chooses not to buy premium currency using real money, just be aware it will be immensely slow going! We give it 2 stars for wanting to motivate people to walk and for being very cute – and take off 3 stars for requiring premium currency to progress. We would give 5 stars if like Fortnite being playable even if you dont spend premium currency for outfits you could actually play Stepets and advance for free, but decorations cost premium currency.
This looks very cute but we couldnt get it to sync our steps with Health app. We had the checkbox for connecting to Health checked but we t seems to still require Motion and Fitness tracking to be enabled on our phone, which we dont want because we dont want our phone double counting the steps with our FitBit.
Hello, so we tried this app and it is not accessible for us because we are visually impaired and blind and we use a screen reader on our phone called voice voice is a screen reader, that reads texts and items on your screen. Well, when we launched this app. All we asked us to do was to allow to send notifications then what voice does when an app is totally not accessible it says direct touch area, our phone say that, and sometimes with voiceover, you can turn voice off and tap on a certain part of the screen to get to a certain part of the game and it will make a sound but all it did was take us to the terms of service and privacy policy we wish you guys could put more texts on the screen as matter fact we wish the whole game high text on the screen. And earlier this year we pre-ordered this app, and when it was released ever since day one Ive hated this app even though it sounds so amazing.
The app store deleted our review and im angry but we really like this game, its super cute!!!! We have been playing your games since we were little and its fun to see the different types of games you guys make! We think all of the pets are really adorable but our favorite so far is the butterfly pet we named ours mari :3 we have a couple of suggestions btw! We think it would be cool if you guys added more foods to the game, like different fruits/veggies and stuff, since right now you can only spend coins on furniture. Each pet prefers a specific type of food and feeding that food to them will earn more hearts. Also the ability to pick up and move your pets would be nice, since sometimes one pet will stand in front of another one that we want to interact with :p you dont have to add these things of course we like the game a lot already though! Thank you for making this game.

We love this, everything is super cute and it encourages us to get our steps in. It gives us a lot of neopets vibes and we love it. We wish we were able to change the time our day changed over, its somewhere around 6pm which is hard to collect the step prizes or if there was a mailbox so prizes could auto-collect.
Ive been on our weight loss journey and lately our runs/walks have been a little boring and repetitive.. But we found this game and its honestly encouraged us to continue walking and running! It reminds us so much of animal crossing and its so cute, we 10/10 recommend if youre an active person who also loves gaming.
We were searching for games that would encourage us to walk. Particularly something with creature evolution, and this does just that. The animals are adorable. The furniture options are adorable. The app is smooth, simple and user friendly. Our daughter holds her phone and runs around the house to get her eggs to hatch or creatures to evolve, so shes getting good exercise too. We also like to compare our creature collection. Not to many forced ads, and usually you will have an option to watch an add to double your prize, which we usually do. Fair opportunity's to receive free gems, which is the premium in-game currency. We would highly recommend you download this game.
We like that this app has a version of happyhop that you can play (another fun game theyve made) with the pets. We also really like that this app gives us a reason to get more steps in. We think that it is a fun idea to include something physically healthy like moving around in the progression of the game in the app.
So first, SO CUTE!! Its adorable, and so much fun to hatch and collect Stepets, grow your collection, and design their island! But IM SO CONFUSED! How do you do your steps? Its like, the whole point of the game! Overall, its an amazing no-wifi game which we highly reccomend. Thank you for your time and have a great day.

Pros: The graphics are cute and initially it DID encourage us to walk a little more. Theres a lot of items in the shop and more unlock with every level so you have a reason to keep playing. Cons: There are SO many ads. Watch an ad to collect coins, watch another ad to double your coins, watch one because you played a game. Want to play again? Another ad. Theyre nearly all 30 seconds long and you have to hit close on 3 different screens to get out of them. Awful. Ive pretty much quit using it at this point. Its a shame since we think it has potential.
We see a lot of reviews saying the step tracking doesnt work. We saw the developers responded saying its been fixed in an update, however we can confirm it has not. Its been at least three hours and not a single step has been registered. Really unfortunate because we can see this being a really fun game if only it worked.
Im really enjoying this game but you need to fix the syncing between phones. Even though we have the same Apple ID & Game Center account on both our iPhones, the game doesnt sync properly. The number of coins/gems and the egg incubation is completely off and our step count doesnt carry over from one phone to another. Also we think a great quality of life improvement would be the ability to sync with Apple Health, so we do not need to worry about our app crashing in the background and then not tracking our steps. Being able to sync with Apple Health would also likely solve the issue with the step count not syncing between separate devices.
We can understand they need done kind of money from ads to keep the game up, but when youre in a great mood and you are so happy about your first pet, we couldnt enjoy that time with it, without an ad playing 3 times in a min. We couldnt even say no to the ad because it auto played most of the time. Our friend and we uninstalled. Until they fix this, were not coming back anytime soon.
It is a great game but there are a few features that kinda turned us off: -you have to spend gems to get additional incubators (which wouldnt have been a problem if theyre Trent temporary) -there doesnt seem to be a way to sell or even just seller the decor you buy.
We have it connected to our health and fitness app but its still not working. The health app will track our steps but then when we go onto Stepets, theyre not there. (However, it is a really cute game).
We enjoy the concept and and the content we were able to access in this game, but it refuses to track our steps in any capacity. Its impossible to progress.
We allowed permissions but the app still requires us to have it open to play. Will wait for next update to really get playing more.
