This is a great game! It is relaxing, and quite enjoyable. We started with the free version and upgraded for $2.99 for the unlimited or puzzles bc we instantly realized that this game was worth it! NOT ONE Ad! No adjusting your volume and a great way to just simply unwind! No timers, no paying to complete a level just smooth game play! This is the game you knew must have existed, but could never find. A sensory delight. Challenging but never frustrating. Occupy your visual field while listening to your podcasts or audiobookstheres no narrative, only color. Drop in a couple of bucks to get the big grids.
Hate to say it but this app and brown noise on Spotify is the only thing getting us to sleep at night after scrolling endlessly for hours.
Ive been using this app since 2022. We mostly use it when im stressed or have really high anxiety. We notice it settles us down and helps us. We love the music, the colors, the interacting. It really grounds you and calms the mind. We hope this app never leaves the app store.
So like we don't usually write reviews but this game is so good we have to. We always play this while tryna go to sleep, in the school bus, when we have free time, etc. It's sooosososo fun and entertaining. It also helps you with color therory and stuff and which colors look good together. Why is it so underrated it should be 1 in puzzle bro.
We use chromatic to help with concentration and focus. The meditation music is goes along well it also.
We never thought we would play a game about colors but then we played this and boom we went to color loving.

Great game, very satisfying. The color wheel for selecting custom colors is really inaccurate though. It would be great to select them by hexcode or rgb value.
This game is so stress free and we love it the best part is NO ADDS WHATSOEVER we were Im this game for hours because of its stress freeness we wish this was our everyday life.
We were looking and looking for a good stress reliever game a few days ago to play if Im stressed or to relax before bed. We deal with major anxiety (sadly lots of people seem to deal with that as well these days) and need something calming to do if we get worked up or in a tense situation or when we wanna go to sleep. This game is PERFECT for that!! We highly recommend to get this app as it has relaxing music, beautiful colors, and isnt a game that needs your full constant attention. Its a casual app that allows you to slow down. It has helped us tremendously with our sleep and anxiety! If you are thinking of getting this game, DO NOT HESITATE, GET IT! We also recommend to do the in app purchase as it is only $1.99 and extremely worth it and very low in cost. We cant stop playing this game, and we cant stretch this out any further of how beautiful, artistic, calming, enjoyable and relaxing this app really is. Thank you so much to the creator of this app! Its one of our favorite apps on our phone by far and has helped relieve so much stress.
Great game, easy simple, great fun we've had the game for about 2 years. We work in printing. It helps keep our eyes sharp. And it's a nice casual puzzle game.
Ive enjoyed this puzzle for many years and agree with the developers write-up of its benefits. HOWEVER, when you open the app, a puzzle is presented to you in non-random selection. Certain color combinations are more fun than others, so Id like to see them in a more random fashion. One puzzle we enjoy tremendously is in grayscale, but we very seldom see it. We mean like maybe only 2% of the time. You can keep requesting a new puzzle and the game will cycle through many but we have never once had the grayscale puzzle be presented that way: if it doesnt come up as the first puzzle when you open the app, it will be completely unavailable. Theres an option to build a custom puzzle, which Ive had fun with many times, but there doesnt seem to be a way to build a custom grayscale puzzle like the one we enjoy so much.
We love this game and play it before bed. It makes us focus and lets us wind down from the day. We only wish there were more/harder boards.

Im a bead artist, a textile artist, a doll and puppet maker, we work with polymer clay, markers, acrylic paint, and sculpt with whatever we can get our hands on and we can play CHROMATIC for hours on end and be more mystified and delighted by color on the tiny screen in our hands than with the most scrumptious looking gold paint. There is something about deconstructing then reconstructing a prism that is absolutely addictive in the best way. We love creating our own puzzles more than any other part.

As an artist, this is a great app on color matching. Its fun and a good break from text.
We like a lot about chromatics color puzzlesthe vivid colors, the ability to customize your own color combos, the sensory infusion, the calming effect of turning off our brain and entering the world of the sensesbut we wish it would provide a way to track progresstimed puzzles or tracking the number of moves necessary to completesomething to provide a little more engagementthat extra hit of dopamine at the end.
When we were driving to California we stayed quite the whole time and it was a whole new will it has so many different themes and colors its an amazing app and we think it would be great if youre having a hard time or just bored but over all its great.
We bought the upgrade so we can use our own scales. We find it a test of our color acuity but very relaxing as well.
We truly enjoy this game, believe us you'll get sick of the themed puzzles if you do end up liking it, and it's generally worth the price. We have literally only ever paid for 3 apps. This was worth it. However. Now our purchase isn't recognized? OMG we CAN'T GO BACK TO THE SET THEMES! How do we fix this?!? Some thoughts on what we wish the purchased game would include: -A way to save the custom puzzles we create. -More preset colors in general, we feel like the same colors keep popping up over and over. Maybe consider pulling some color pallets from sites like coolors for inspiration? -A timer. Why? Sometimes we wonder how fast a puzzle took, sometimes we want to try to go fast. Seems like it might be fun to race ourselves in a puzzle. But yeah, super simple, easy to pick up, easy to get lost in, great mindless game, great to unwind with. But please for the love of all things good tell us how to fix our purchase.
Wow what a great puzzle. We have really enjoyed having this on our phone to have sometjing interesting to do while waiting for things like appointments not starting on time, buses to show up or just relaxing. Our mother taught us if always have a book with you thst you'll never have to wait for anything. Well now we have Cromatic, at least we did until the other day when it became impossible to get a single tile placed right, we even took one tile and triedbit in every position on the board and none of them worked, mmmm so we came here to the app store to report it, the only way to contact developer is by logging onto x which is just not going to happenIm think Ibeill dump the one we have and download a new one…. We love how when you start a new game you see the finished puzzle for a couple of seconds and the it scramble the tiles. The soft gradient that looks like a bunch of very similar colors becomes a wonderful tile abstract with dynamic contrast and doesn't look like it could ever come together.
We absolutely love this game. We play it almost every day its great for challenging yourself while anyother activity leaves you waiting. We bought the app sans the upgrade Wii l to where you can create your own challenges. We just love it. But, from time to time theres a glitch in the app where no matter what you do, the tiles no longer match and you can sorts a long time before realizing that the software has glitched, nothing ever matches anymore. Im unable to contact the developer because it takes us to x formerly Twitter, and then suffers an error. So we call only write here: we absolutely love this app. And suddenly we cannot play it.
Absolutely love to play this game. It calms us down after a long day :). The background music WHICH we DIDNT KNOW IT HAD, is so cute and calming it makes us feel like Im in our own little world. Definitely recommend for those with hyperactive minds or to anyone really. Its a good game to help you slow down or whenever youre bored.
We love this game and it gives us a good break when Im overwhelmed. We only wish there was an even harder difficulty perhaps with smaller sections or even the corners not set.

Love this app. Sorting the colors with the ambient background music is like a form of meditation.
There should be a shuffle option so when you finish a picture and hit shuffle a new color scheme of the same difficulty level will appear.

Can someone please oh please tell us the name of the music in this app? We love it so much. It does something to us; it makes us feel like we're suddenly in touch with an ethereal version of ourselves. We love sorting the colors, but sometimes we will just have the app open just to listen to the music. We need to know the name.

This app is a fantastically calming game that we use to de-stress and prevent ourselves from becoming anxious. Everyone Ive told about it has loved it. Its great for people who are neurodivergent because its not overstimulating, theres no time limit, and its what we all love to do- sort things.
We play this game when we feel panicky or anxious. Its a great way to subtly get out of social interactions. Very grounding.

We have enjoyed this game a great deal as a relaxing puzzle game to wind down at bedtime. We recommend it to friends all the time. Recently we started noticing how striking some of the color combinations are in ways we would never have expected. We have started screen-shotting interesting combinations both in their randomized and organized states and developing color palettes for graphic design from them. If you feel like making an update that would allow the entry of rgb/hex values in for the create your own puzzle tool that would be fantastic. Thanks for the awesome game and color inspiration.
This app, not to be dramatic, has saved our life. We suffer with severe anxiety attacks and ive tried so many things. Everything we could. This app has helped us through them so much. We can make our own colors and theres so many options and themes and levels and it just is so distracting for our mind when we need to just calm down and not think. Any time anyone asks for advice on anxiety, the first thing we always tell everyone is about this app. We quite literally have not a single negative thing to say about it.
