Hi is there a problem with the game we up date it and the screen on the game want all black wont let us play for about a two we havent played its all black screen.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY ANYMORE. SCREEN WILL BE BLACK AND IT WILL STAY THAT WAY FOR WEEKS MAYBE MONTHS.
The game freezes when you touch the progress bar for events on the spin wheel.
We love this game, but the constant pop up ads are super annoying. And the fact that its so expensive to remove the ads is also annoying. Im currently sitting at 46k spins, and it will NOT let us only use the x40 spins. It continues to FORCE us to use 500 spins a go. We have reset our phone, updated the game, installed and reinstalled. Nothing has worked.
When you are playing it kicks you off a lot you cant even finish your traher hunt.
We really enjoyed playing this game . Won tournaments all the time and had over 300 thousand spins. After the update we would win the tournament but would not receive the money portion of the prize. We have sent messages with no response. We were going to give it 5 stars but we think we would give it a lot less.

When leveling up the game doesnt give you the coin or spin rewards. And can we please for the love of god add a way to buy more than one chest at a time?! And add an option to use more than 200 spins at a time if you have a ton. EDIT: updated game on 9/15 and now the game just shows a black screen when we try to open it. Great bug fix guys.
Our app hasnt worked for over 2 hours and we are a VIP that pays $17 a month and the last four days we havent received our VIP spins. We have complained about this to support and they did give us our spins, but now that we have over 15,000 spins we cant even get on the app. They need to either reimburse us for the month or give us our spins if we can even get on the app. Not sure if we wanna keep the app because since we have become a VIP Ive had nothing but problems. We cant even get through support on Apple games. We dont know how to get them.

This game doesnt give all of the spins that we win and if anything it takes them away its a little bit aggravating.

When you complete card collections you do NOT get the spin rewards! There is no point in playing the game if you cant get the rewards. Ive also received chest rewards with coin rewards and only received the coins, no chests. Ready to delete game.

Game is fun. But something needs to be updated! Seems like information doesnt update etc. We tried going through support but it doesnt open. You would have a lot more layers if u actually spent time updating and making sure the game is operating properly. But do recommend it to everyone.

Hello everybody this a reject game we have been trying to login through Facebook and it wont let us and Im so far Im going to lose everything the game glitches and as of earlier today we havent been able to get in the game Im using a iPhone and its still CRAP can someone help meeeeei rated it 1 star but we really didnt want to do that we give this game no STARS.
