Gamer Verdict – Reviews of Can you escape the 100 room 12

Here’s what players have to say about their experience with Can you escape the 100 room 12:

I Read Some Bad Reviews Giving This Game 1-2 Stars,

"My fav kind of games. Some puzzles are challenging, but the feeling after getting through is great. I read some bad reviews giving this game 1-2 stars, which complained about some glitches, in fact most of which is because they didn’t get it right. I have finished all the levels and I didn’t see any glitches. However, the position of the Hint button made me accidentally hit it many times. And the fact that the screen can’t be rotated can cause some inconvenience. But in general, it’s great!", Hiarin Trang says.

  1. Wow, after a long time I really enjoyed a game. The difficulty level was very good. First 15 levels were easy, bu then adter it challenged me very nicely all the way to level 50. I would suggest new players to keep watching a video to collect hints, and save them for later levels. On the downside, I did feel certain levels have minor glitches. Also once in a while an ad does not close properly. I can live with that. Overall, i had a good time with this game. Good job team.

  2. One of the best games I’ve played so far. I like that levels gets more difficult as you progress. But not impossible to solve, you just need to analyze everything carefully. Ads are not annoying, they just appear after every room. But I can still immediately close it since there is always a close button for ads. I rarely use hints, since if i gets stuck, i just watch walkthroughs on youtube lol.

  3. I love it! Some of the puzzles are very hard. It reminds me of Safecracker. Plus adventure. You have to find items, tools and clues to solve the various puzzles in each room in order to get out. I appreciate that there are no classic, cluttered hidden object scenes. Just find stuff within the room, combine items to make tools or collect multiple items to be able to play a puzzle game. It’s refreshing and stimulating. Very clever game. You can watch ads in lieu of buying hints. It’s addictive.

E H: I started with the very 1st Escape about a year and a half ago. On level 34 of this one. Have played straight thru each one. They have constantly improved thru the series. Thank you for now showing how a puzzle is completed actually (once I choose ‘help’). Some of the rooms are really easy but you all have done soooo many of these, it’s probably hard to come up with new ideas. This is the only escape game I play. Others don’t compare to yours. Keep up the good work!

Cyberknight Massao Kawata: The puzzles are not so difficult (at least, on the first rooms,) but the game mechanics may hinder progress (e.g., not realising that two or more objects may be joined, clicking on one, then on the others, or that, depending on the resulting object, it has to be clicked on to get into the inventory to be used.) Some locks are minigames, which are more challenging than the main game. No timer means it’s actually relaxing, even when temporarily stuck.

Kirstin L: I love these series of games y’all!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!πŸ™‚ Keep on doing what y’all have been doing! Oh wait! I have one suggestion …. Instead of making it an “automatic must skip” by using three hints for certain puzzles, let us actually get a hint and try it first before having to just “skip” the puzzle completely?! That IS ONLY a suggestion …. I love your games and won’t stop playing even if y’all don’t change that!!❀ Thanks again!!πŸ‘πŸ™‚πŸ‘

Kristy Pelletier: Fun game! I’ve really enjoyed it so far. Some of the puzzles take a long time, but not impossible without hints. The hint owl does give you free hints every so often by spinning a wheel to watch an add. Adds aren’t long either, which is great for a free game, and they don’t bombard you with them. Not a game for you if you’re looking for something fast paced.

Mick Bird: Some levels are a little too short, but generally brilliant brain stimulation. There are ads, but at last, a developer who has found a perfect balance. 5 second ads after every level, and a longer one if something sparks your interest. The game is very good, but then, I love this kind of game anyway.

maddieeve: This was an awesome game! There’s not a lot of description, but other than that it’s a very nice game. The music worked amazing, The riddles were hard and fun. but not too hard that they were overwhelming and frustrating. very good setup, the rooms are AWESOME, and makes sense. It’s little confusing at the start, but you’ll get a hang of it by the second room, great job! I would highly recommend this if you like mystery or even a game before bed! very very fun!

JC: Loved it for the first few games. Great graphics and very clever puzzles. Gets gradually harder, which is good, but could do with more hints. It’s frustrating when you get to the point that you can’t get extra hints without spinning the wheel, which gives you masses of ads and just the odd hint. I would love to see it through to the end, but I would rather uninstall than buy hints. QUICK PS TO MY LAST REVIEW: as a tip, collect hints at every opportunity…upgraded the game to 5*

Luke Hollis: Ads are very limited and not intrusive (instantly able to close) and only show up once per stage clear, which is like no other app I’ve seen. Big plus. As for the puzzles, they are creative and make you have to think outside the box and figure it out. So far I’m quite pleased with the design and the puzzles, great game

Brian McC: Last few rooms had tricky puzzles but are doable. The aim of the game is use your brain, trial and error. You get free hints each day and can watch ads for more. The satisfaction of this game is solving the rooms without hints. If your not prepared to do that, then this game is deffo NOT for you. If you enjoy mental torture and are prepared to think it through, give it a go. But if your the type who wants help at every turn and want the game to give the solutions then steer clear.

Amberz Asylum: Out of all the different escape room apps this series had to be my favorite. Its not too simple and the graphics look realistic n not cartoonish. Theres no boring story or anything just straight puzzle after puzzle. The rooms take a few different puzzles to get out of it and then goes straight into the next one. 😍😍 ive finished at least 3 of these apps from their series and I keep coming back for more.

Kryssii: I wish everything including hints could be enlarged by zoom controlled by player bigger than it is now along with a simple explanation of ojbect ie; gold triangle, hammer, bucket… sometimes it’s hard to figure out item let alone find how to use it. But graphics and challenge absolutely perfect! Never bored. Tip: if you have to pause game try to finish level or at least a complete action or it’s hard to get back into the flow of game especially when it’s a difficult equation or clue 2 be solved

Bruce Jameson: Good way to pass the time. Starts easy but does get harder as you progress. Some of the puzzles are very arbitrary and using hints does help. Make sure you get as many of the free hints as possible, although you will have to watch some of the 30 seconds adverts to get some of them. You will need to connect different elements of the room together to solve puzzles and some of them take several stages to solve.

Jikki P’s: Super fun and challenging, not some pop culture pop quiz type challange but my all my favorite puzzle varieties in one place!! Only issue I came across is the game failing to always understand my interaction. I’ve wasted hints on things I knew and tried to click on but couldn’t. This has happened in about 3 different rooms now our of the 27 I’ve done. Highly recommend even still. Great game!

Barbara Kerr: One of the best escape games I have played, challenging enough to keep interest, while still being easy enough to complete each room fairly quickly. Good one for bus journeys, waiting rooms, or just engaging the brain for short periods! Good variety of different types of puzzles/games and well designed graphics for its type.

Jatinder noor: Really interesting!!!!! There are many mind puzzles and small puzzle games. Little difficult but amazing πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜. But there is still a small problem that is that we are provided with the spinning wheel of hints but mostly we get an ad. But it is fineπŸ™ƒ. I have completed all the levels. Good jobπŸ‘.

Brandon DelBorrello: Great fun, but a clue should be different from having a small spot still to look. Clue not the same as being on a console a missing a small spot to click your finger. For all that person should just press every square inch of the square. However over all good game. You should involve having some word play or knowledge, having to answer math problems, romantic numerals, simple math etc. So far though it is definitely fun and keeping my interest. Hope it gets harder.

Havno Naim: Another winner in this series, which invariably shows the creativity of the devs. The best tip I can give to newbies is to rack up those free hints at every opportunity, bcuz you’ll need ’em. This game is notorious for impossibly illogical math puzzles with no help offered, so it’s just not worth the hair-pulling to figure them out. Always keep at least 10 free hints so you can breeze past them.

leticia davila: I like the games that make me think. This one is great so far. We’ll i stumped on the 19 level. Can’t solve the final drums test. Even though I know the answer it’s not letting me do it. And supposedly to pass a room you have to have 3 hints. And I’ve got them but I still can’t do it. That’s frustrating

MozeyTown: This is a solid example of a good room escape game. The graphics are gorgeous, the music is delightful, the puzzles get progressively more complex and challenging, and every level is unique. I’m thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to try out more from this game studio.

Earlie Rose: Most of the rooms were logical and clues were well placed. Occasionally, I had no way to know a code number or sequence and had to use the hints. Some puzzles did not show you what you needed to do, even though you had all the pieces to solve it. Overall, a great puzzle game to tax your brain.

Sam Murphy: These are BY FAR, THE BEST escape room games! Every rooms DIFFERENT, has a puzzle or game, that you can’t complete until you find objects / and or clues (it will let you know if you are missing puzzle/game pieces) Some of which are easy, some V hard… Some rooms have more than one, and you may need to think ‘out of the box’. You can get solved with hints if your sick of trying. Has ‘ watch ads’ to get ‘free hint’ too. I have been waiting Xll. Thanks HKbond!Keep up good work! ACE! πŸ‘βœŒπŸ‘πŸ‘

Meagan Knode: I really dig this game. The ads are minimal and i really dont mind them. I get enough free hints with extra ads i choose to watch, that i can skip those extra hard puzzles. Some r very time consuming and hard, great challenge!! Working with my 8 year to sharpen his mind.

Samantha Murphy: These are THE BEST escape room games! Great variety of puzzles, not one the same in 50 levels!! Free hints. Play offline. Find hidden objects / clues so you can play puzzle, or find more objects so you can get into next room. Some levels have more than 1 puzzle! No 2 scenes/ rooms OR puzzles are the same! Great graphics. Touch, point, drag & drop controls, so is excellent for tablet. Save your progress. No freezing or bugs or annoying ads. I’ve REALLY enjoyed 1to12.Can’t wait for 13.. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ’Ÿ

Kathy Hines (MissTique): Honestly LOVE IT! Not bogged down with constant ads, although obviously some. The games are challenging, but so far, manageable! It’s only been a full day though, so time will tell! But so far? One of the best choices I’ve made! It’s a BIG yes for me!

Eric Yanco: If you are passionate about your ability to solve problems and like a good challenge, this will give it to you. It really is cool. If you’re just curious or mildly enthusiastic, have a look, but it might not be for you. I’m at level 22 and very pleased so far. If I can find a donate button, I surely will but I will never buy hints, EVER.

Delphine James: It keeps you sharp and helps improve your memory. I love how some easier ones are mixed in which gives your brain a break. The “play this game” challenges are awesome. ~ and I don’t mind those 30 second ad breaks, either. Love it so far!

B DurchakCrosby: I enjoyed this escape game. I liked that if you needed a hint you could get one and didn’t have to wait hours for it. The puzzles were challenging but some of them need more explanation. A few I got just by luck and I would have liked to understand the logic behind it. Overall it is a great game. Thank you for asking. Stay Safe everyone.

Kalynn Culley: It is a really great game and i do recomend. This game passes time very quickly but i will say my only 2 suggestions would be make some of the puzzles a little less hard and make more levels because once you finish the game you must download the next game which might take a long time.

Keri Ferguson: Pretty good. A few of the games have an explanation on “how-to-play,” but some don’t. It would be nice if they all did (the how-to is not found in the other puzzles). Aside from that, they time out when you can get a hint (watch an ad), but it’s been regular, and the hints haven’t stopped yet (like they do in other games). The ads are short enough.

dave kenny: Great variety of interesting puzzles. Challenging but not impossible. The only escape room game have I’ve been interested in enough to finish. Other ones I gave up on as puzzles were just too obscure. These are great, good sense of humor too. I laughed at the cat in the attic, and the final one is good too.

Sierra Dawn: Really good game! Ads aren’t excessive and what add there are are short. It’s hard enough to make you think or use a hint every now and then but not so hard you have to randomly click around or use a walk through and wonder how you’re suppose to get to that conclusion with what you’ve got.

Amanda A: Decent for graphics, would love sharper ones. For the most part you can escape quickly. Some puzzles are too hard and you have to skip. Which leads to me wishing you could get more hints faster other than that. I play side by side with my spouse!

Yvonne Steeves: Kept me busy for awhile!!! A few games I just had to use my hints and skip as I was getting just too frustrated trying to figure them out. I recommend having both your glasses on and having a large magnifying glass for some puzzles.

Sha・Ne・Ru: Love this series. Played all their games and I have yet to be bored. Was able to do 94% of the levels without assistance/hints, but there was one level that had a puzzle I still don’t understand… proper frustration. Overall, love the game and excited for more!

Nikki Marran: I’m a huge fan of escape room type games and this one has to be one of my favorites so far! I love that the further you get it really does get steadily more challenging and complex. I absolutely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys puzzles and problem solving games. Very well done guys!! I can’t wait to check out the other games too!

Michelle Carter: Fantastic just like the previous 11 in the series. Hands down the best free escape games in the app store. Logical puzzles, though some require one to think outside of the box. Some math skills are also required. I’m eagerly awaiting number 13!!

Emma T: Best one so far. Improved on the use of animals without having to kill them. No issues with being able to understand the symbols. Challenging consistently but not too hard that it is overwhelming. No anxiety time dependencies. Now I’m not sure what I will do to pass my time, get 13 going soon!

Helen Waack: A lot of fun. Huge variations of difficulty. My only frustration is that if a puzzle game is just too hard for me, and they give you the solution, I want to always see how it was done, not just click-done. If I need help, you better know that I have tried for a very long time, and want to see what I was doing wrong..

Mia Peterson: Fun and very educative app is great for those who want to put their skills to the test! I enjoyed it one tiny issue i had on my end not sure if this happens to everyone but some objects just disappear and often don’t let me pick up or move them but i do hope you all enjoy it like i did!

Star Dust: Love it!!! The app is so nice and interesting. The difficulty is also increasing in every level which makes it more interesting. I also love that in every level, we can gain a hint by watching ads. Keep it up!

Faith Kuffer: This game is excellent….the graphics, the puzzles are different from those in escape 50 room game 11 that is the previous one and I appreciate that ……the fact that there is no demand of money in order to continue like in other games shows that the creators know how to accommodate everyone….you can play it offline but of course for better experience it’s best to play it online and i don’t really see the need to point out probs that are normal for every game like ads and all

deb crawford: Fun so far. Puzzles are challenging but not as frustrating as previous games. But I have only begun. Well I made it through all levels but credit goes to developers of the game. Game was tough, some puzzles have no directions & you have to muddle your way thru them. But fun & doable

Kniazhenika Zakharov: I love it! Super challenging, it’s great for someone who really enjoys tougher escape rooms where the answers aren’t always a given or obvious. Some of the puzzles really make you think and I really love that.

Tania Holl: When playing any escape game that everything looks realistic ,tip when you enter ,just imagine you are really there and you need to get out, what is the first thing you look for ? Well a key would help. If you enter a dark room what is the first thing you should find ? If you have matches on you lite one, then find a light switch or a torch.

sarah beenee: So glad to see another level available. Have enjoyed these games. There are a wide variety of interesting puzzles to solve and the difficulty level is just right to challenge the brain. Keep up the good work creators. Looking forward to level 13.

Remy Suzuki: It’s a pretty easy concept of how to get out of each room once you understand what type of puzzle answer you are looking for, some puzzle take more time then others. The longest part of some of the rooms is finding which areas you can activate. If you like escape rooms in real life this is fun to pass the time. Each room if differently themed and really pretty, I throughly enjoyed playing this game after playing all 50 rooms.

Vibhor kumar Singhal: More easy than the previous ones, interesting, good graphics, some puzzling sub games. Overall good , hints can be used to pass some irritating puzzles and whenever u couldn’t find any further clue. Hints can be easily collected by just watching an ad😁😁

Tamison Mottram: I have been playing for only a couple of hours. Ads strictly only between rooms. Gets a lot less confusing but in no way predictable as you go along. Great time waster. Visually pleasing. Won’t take all your intellect so you can watch netflix at the same time.

Tanya Kyler: Great game. The thought needed is a good way to get the brain active. The off line and online are different, I have to wonder about purchasing at the stores a disk, drive device if the availability to still get clues is included or if it is only purchasable through computer or device. I gave it five stars.

Alexis T.: Love it so far! The levels are difficult but super fun. I’m addicted! Would like a few extra hints though. The spins never really give us any. Other than that, I have no complaints! 😊

Lufty Sherry: Fun and adventure.. If you looking for relaxing, adventure and fun games. This game is right for you. All level had driffrence way to solve to escape. I really enjoy it. All feature easy to use and most important less advertisement..

Nicole Jonathan: I love this game alot as it makes me calculate, very challenging, and takes away my boredom too. Thumbs up to the developers. Please make more hints available as the game sometimes can be fustrating without hint and makes you get stuck. Also make more levels available. Thanks.

Oracle Mystik Tarot: The only thing I don’t like is that the video ad hints are not at your convenience. Otherwise it’s perfect, and also the fact that after you pass each level an ad randomly pops up in your face.

Glenn Scott: Very good, it takes a few levels to get the idea of how the puzzles work but after that it’s fun, only thing is some of the games are time consuming to complete but the hints are there if it gets annoying.

Leah Camino: I’ve been addicted, it’s challenging but not impossible. This is the best escape room I have ever played. I gave up other escape room games because it’s too much(impossible to solve). I love it and looking forward to it’s next version

Jeanine Bodi: Enjoyable game. Some rooms more difficult than others. I’ve needed a clue at times for some. A variety of mini games, easy to hard. Ads don’t run for long so not annoying.

Lisa Rodrigues: Really gets you thinking. Have never done a mystery room but this comes close to the physical experience. Only complaint. Sometimes the puzzles dont have any logic and its almost a trial and error thing in solving it

James Gove: Great Mid Difficulty Escapes. Commercials every level is def a bit annoying. Wish it was limited to those wanting extra hints. A lot of these games are crazy difficult with crazy connections. This one is logical, still makes you think, and fun. Enjoyed all 50!

Jace Rose: Not super hard but definitely fun..a couple puzzles I still had to look up and STILL can’t make sense of how I’d know to do it..but it was otherwise enjoyable and easy enough to get through a level on a quick break and still enjoy it

Stacey Hesselton: These puzzles make you think but if you pay close attention to the bread crumbs they leave then you should be able to solve most of the puzzles. I have had a few issues where the image was not clear so I could not figure out next step but was able to use a hint and make it through.

ABHI S K: Really good puzzles. I have played a lot of puzzle games. But they were mostly illogical. But this one is logical and we can really apply that in finding the answers. Makes us really think and they are not repetitive either.

Meghann Batchelor: Tons of fun. Did a real escape room which got me wanting more, lol, and this game was good. Not too hard but some of the puzzles got me and I’m glad we could use hits to pass if they just stumped me (which some totally did) πŸ˜†. Nice job. Only thing was sometimes what to do next didnt make sense so hints were needed. Kudos though. Gonna check to see if they have 100 rooms 😁

Heather Raines Walker (Heatherwalkerdirtytalker): I almost never leave reviews but this game is challenging. Each level has new puzzles and is definitely free download. Ads are minimal. One at the end of each level you can bypass or opt to watch ads for hints.

Concerned Employee: Its easy enough to get relax to and hard enough to challenge the mind. Some room games the clues are too hard to find, too tough to pass without using a degree, or just don’t make sense but so far this ones not like that. On 38 still going

Charles Vallance: I like challenges especially those that don’t end up being impossible to do and this game is one of them it is an awesome game wait did I say awesome I meant to say amazingly awesome the three d graffics is great the puzzles far out the relaxing time stupendous I actually can’t find anything that I don’t like good work/job and keep going.

Angel Gray: Excellent game. I love that after a few attempts it gives you the ads to earn hints. The greater the level the more difficult it is to solve. A great challenges.
