We dont mind ads on a game, but we are so tired of misogynistic ads with pregnant women freezing to death or makeover apps that make us want to throw up! How can we stop these awful ads..they ruin our happiness when playing. Im not a snowflake. We have lived a very long time and wont waste our time with the game if this cant be altered.
One of the reason it WAS our favorite because there were no ads except their own. Im on level 1,000 A while back, when most games started to have ads, then more and more and now even after every level and sometimes during a level, we eliminated most games from our phone and iPad. Im so disappointed so very disappointed this game joint the groups.
We have played this app for a few years now without ads which is why we loved this game so much. Suddenly after the new update we get an ad before we can play a level and an ad after playing a level. We spend more time watching ads then playing now. Probably will delete it as its annoying to have to sit and endure this many ads in less than 2-3mins. Why did you do this? The app was great til now.
Before we had an option of watching ads in exchange for extra moves/spins/bonuses. Now after every single game regardless of completion, timing we get a forced ad. Its been like this for almost a week now and we cant enjoy the game.
The map designs and overall artistic design is stunning, and whoever concepts the art should get a raise, love playing this beautiful game.
We downloaded this on our IPad. Its a fun game. Im stuck on level 728. But its crashing all the time. Disappointing.
When we are given the choice to watch videos the game crashes, closes out and we lose our points and life.
Youll need some extra time for this one! You will get so into it, that time will FLY by before ya know it!! Highly recommend.
Love the game! Even when we win the level we dont progress. Tried to download it again but it didnt work.we do look forward to playing again, once we get an update.
This game has gotten harder and harder to move forward over the past month. It seems that all they want is for people to spend money in order to move ahead. They have taken away so many opportunities to get extra moves/rewards. And dont even get us started on the special gifts that are given for playing daily. Ive played DAILY for over 3 1/2 years and its still the same rewards every 7 days. Theres been no updates for a month. PLEASE get your act together or you are going to be losing players by the droves.
So if you have 25 or more objects left to collect at the end of the game you are offered 5 more moves if you watch a videoin which its almost impossible to win without playing 500 times But if you have 10 or so or lessYou are never offered that video!!! This game would be ok if it wasnt completely obvious the developers have set you up to fail!! What a joke.
This is a fun game, but it is very, very poorly managed by the developer. It crashes, they patch the problem, and then it all crashes again. We are now quitting it because we spend 99% of the time playing on reboots, and trying to figure out how to stop it from crashing. We are out, again. We have given it many chances, and it isnt worth damaging our IPad by playing it. Unless you are willing to spend half your battery rebooting your device, skip it. The lack of cohesive updates is criminal.
Our Cookie Jam Blast is stuck & has been for 3 days. Every time we open it it puts up the 4 extra things we have in that round. We just updated it right now & its still doing it.
Hey, Ive played your game for a long time. We just saw you advertise a Harry Potter game. Im out. Id like to see an apology before Im back. That IP is supporting a known powerful transphobe who is doing immeasurable harm. You should know better and know there are consequences.
Its a fun game, however its very annoying that the playing time is so short without purchasing the rewards.
We have played Cookie Jam for quite a while but do not like the new changes at all. Smaller screen and fewer choices. Why did you change it.
The update removes coins from the bonus spins. Disappointed with this change.
LOVE the game but it keeps freezing up so we have to restart. Only happens when ads play. Also, it happens on both our iPad and our phone. Very frustrating because, as we wrote, we love this game.
This is the 3rd time today our screen has frozen up and nothing works. The problem is resolved if we delete app and then reinstall. Now we are deleting and will not reinstall. This has become a problem the last few months. Before then, no problems. We will keep looking for new game.
Updated May 19, two 2023 we first complaining about this in February of this year. They made several updates but it's still crashes after you watch an ad to get more moves. The obvious things have already been done. We're tired of developers telling you to do the obvious when you already did it and it didn't work. We have been playing this game since the beginning and then it jammed and wouldnt reload and we had to delete it and start alll overI am so upsey that we lost our long standing and have to start all overnot happy.
Its been stuck on the first page since the last update. You would think they would have sent out a new update.

Im addicted to this game playing it for years, but we were surprised when it hanged after the last update, Im using iphone 13 pro max, is there a fix for the problem, it just loads to the opening screen with the music & keep on playing the music.
Every since last update we cant get the app to open. We don everything we can think of button no avail.
Enjoy this game but tiring of the issues that have not been addressed by other reviewers. Ill find another game.

Used to love this game,always helped our grandma play for years. Redownloaded it to bring back memories, our memories are ruined,yall completely destroyed this game!! Its trash now TRASH! Turned into money Hungry losers.
Stuck on main page. Whats going on.
App seems to be hijacked. When we hit play an ad pops up with a button to play a different. If we close the ad we get another screen and the same thing happens we are no longer able to play the game on our iPad or iPhone.
Help need our cookie blast help reset.
Enjoy playing, but lately this game closes down every time we win and we need to tart over. Tried reloading. No luck. Playing on an iPad. We do not have this problem with any other game we play. Addendum, we tried again and now every time something goes wrong, it screws up our entire iPad and need to shut down the whole thing and start again, multiple times a day. Gone for good.
We hate the most recent update. It takes too long at the end of a game to move on. If we lose a level and we go to try it again we have to wait for it to add more extra moves to buy and say are you sure? When all we want to do is close the level and try again. Also, cant fast forward on some of the side challenges when going on to the next level.
Game has been updated so many times- greedy designers. Absolutely refuse to blow real money on a silly game. Was nice while it lasted.
So apparently we missed a day logging in and it says End Streak or Continue with 30. We clicked in the 30 and.NOTHING!! We tried the End Streak button andNOTHING!!! It wont let us play or anything!!!! We have been playing for years ( level 3,000+)!!! We really enjoy this game, but this is really aggravating!! If it wont be fixed, we will have no choice but to delete it.
So Im at level 16406 and earn 66 points, and our points do not get added to our score. For us, this change means we will play less and will not make any in app purchases. Very disappointing, we have enjoyed this game for a long time. Time to move on we guess.
This is an expensive game to play, as their win algorithm is designed to stifle skilled play. So, we tend to resist its plan by having a general rule of not buying coins except when we feel the worst of the ALG isnt in play. They charged us for coins we didnt order recently, so were out for good.
Our cookie jam is stuck on bake for customers with a hand pointing to something grated out after we close the purchase now ad. Its right when we open the app and Im unable to get past it to play. We have a screenshot.
We have been playing for years. Lately it has been freezing up. We dont get our rewards after completing challenges, races, etc. Whenever we contact support, we submit the problem and never hear from them. The problems are never fixed.
We enjoy this game. Decent amount of game play to make it entertaining. Did not mind spending some money to support the game because we enjoyed it. Recent changes to make the game more difficult and shorten game play sessions have changed all that. Dont see ourselves contributing to this game in its present configuration. May hang around awhile to see if the developers remove some current changes to make game play more like it used to. Right now, just another annoying game trying to force you into spending a lot to get any decent amount of game play. Enjoyed the game for a long time, so thanks for that. Cant see ourselves continuing in this present format.
This used to be our favourite game until the last update when we started to get push ads, very long , very annoying.. Some ads are more than 30 sec. And you cant even skip them we dont know why this big change after all these years .. We are on level 3311 we hope you reconsider this decision, cause we dont feel like playing the game anymore.
