This game is our favorite – no contest! Been playing for years and we love it.
It keeps freezing on us!! We just had 4 hours of free play and it disappeared!! The new update has been nothing but problems!! We’ve been playing for years and you keep messing it up!!!
Only game that allows you to win extra minutes love it.

Wish there were more boosters then more time. We always have a bit to f time to play and wish there were more boosters to help.
Game has been freezing and support has been unable to help. Frustrating that we have to shutdown /close game each time this happens at least twice a day.
Love playing this game. However, we have been receiving error messages such as not connected to the internet. Im not sure why ,when Im connected to the internet.
Ok we’ve been playing this game for a very long time. Cuurently airship chase game is running in the game. Im am very suspicious about this part as it is always the second player who wins the event. The names of players changes but it is always in the second spot. Is this a computer playing? The last event the player finished first with score 70 first wins! Really????? In order to get a win you must win game on first attempt. Pretty hard to get and usualy in the time frame of the event one might get 6 or 7 ish wins to reach top so getting 70 wins in the day or too it runs is extremely unlikely if a real person were playing. The game extremely stingy too with letting you win good boosts. The same tired ones are always the ones they give out. While the game in itself is fun, Im getting tired of poor rewards.
Lately this game added tons of ads making you watch videos. Will have to find new game.
We can not imagine who thought it was a good idea to shrink the playing field in half and waste the rest of the screen on an annoying unnecessary checkerboard pattern so we need to wear reading glasses to play. So much for moments like playing on our phone while waiting on line or riding in the car! Any suggestions for replacement games? When the game starts you have to click through many silly contests and such. They slip in an offer to waste 100 coins on an airship (huh? Is there a person in the world who cares about an airship or even knows what the old one looks like ???) with no way to cancel. Do they think Ill run out of fake coins and spend actual money to win a level? The UI has been restored at least.
Edit to say thank you for bringing back the option to pick the pet! Most of the changes we disliked are merely cosmetic now and playing is just as relaxing and enjoyable as it was before the update. Thank you for listening to the reviews! Five stars. We loved this game. Im on level 6235 and have been playing for years. They just updated it and everything looks different. These are just some of the initial things we’ve noticed that we dont like: *You cant zoom in or out on the cute islands and see them in their entirety anymore. *The screen no longer adjusts to landscape mode but has annoying bars on the side and the game board is smaller. *You can no longer pick which pet you want to choose to help you in the level, it is decided for you. It was bad enough when you took away the pet clothing feature that we spent gold coins on. But this is almost enough to make us delete the game we have had and enjoyed for over 8 years.
Very very cute characters and fun to play. We also havent seen any ads while playing which is a huge plus.

Have been enjoying this game for years now. New issue, message pops up when watching video for more turns, says Im going to lose our contacts because our storage is full would include screen shot if message but not able to here.
We love it been playing it for years ever time we get another or new device the first thing we do is download Cookie Jam.
We were all but deleting this game. In the mid 1800 levels, you took away the pet choices, and it was taking us hundreds of tries to beat just one level. So we shelved it for a time, played other stuff. Too frustrating, the enjoyment had evaporated. Then tonight we decided to give it a whirl, and you must have updated because Im beating these levels one right after another AND lots more freebies. We are actually having fun. Whatever you did, thank you for making it playable again.
This is, by far, our favorite on-line game! Far better than Candy Crush!
Game always has several glitches when the designers make changes and it is always something that leaves the player having to contact apple which after several times Apple refuses to do ANYTHING to fix the messed up game. Another thing we and our friends Do Not like that we dont have a choice with the Rainbow run and we are forced to play it to keep our stats within the regular game.
We love this game and our time spent playing it ebs and flows from month to month. But we’ve been playing for over 5 years. Very good balance of fun and challenging.
Lately, we begin a game that has 17 moves, make 2 moves, and it starts a new try, so we lose an entire game. This is happening about every 3rd try. Please fix it.
They make it too difficult to get coins and other extra items. Needed.

We really like this game. They mix it up enough so youre not playing the same thing. However, we wonder why the 5 game limit…. Just let us play unlimited times. Sure would be nice while waiting for a flight!

Im honestly mad. Like what happened to this game?? It used to be so good a couple years back. We would play this on our dads phone when he would get haircuts and it was great. But now? Its hideous. Its so ugly. Its so 3D and bubbly and we hate it. Why? We understand the game style is gonna change after such a long time but they added so many stupid things? Like instead of the little treat in the top with the 3 stars its just the ugly panda with his stupid smile and they have a gold flag? Like thats the stupidest thing we saw so far. Actually no, the pets are. Theyre so unnecessary. Like its a 3 matching game. We dont need a stupid pet for a power up. At least make an app with the old cookie jam or something because this is so ugly. Like Im mad how bad it is. And yall changed the DONUTS??? WHY? To some chocolate squares? So many unnecessary changes. Not even good ones. Please change it back. We only downloaded this game because our kindle wasnt updated on the game (or yall didnt update it, which in that case, please dont). So yeah, screw this game because yall took a masterpiece and turned it into a piece of crap. And like, you cant even move on the map anymore? Theres probably more but we only played thre first 5 levels because we just couldnt take it anymore. So Ill just download candy crush or something because maybe they stayed the same and didnt add a million unnecessary dumb things. So if the cookie jam people see this, all we want to say is you ruined the game. And we know you prob dont care because Im only one person but if you do pleas change your game. We liked being able to play through Hero Mode (my last remaining moves after completing the level) instead of the game taking them from us.
There is no way to win this game when you dont even have this particular color on the board to get! Otherwise, we love this game, but its just unfair!

All of sudden there are no more moves-it doesnt scramble the pieces and just freezes-it has happened numerous times recently-poor game playing-not a fan.
Enjoy the game but wish they wouldnt try to always push us into Facebook. Also, wish when you are given an hr or two hours or 8 hrs of free time that it would be playing time. They always give it at a time that we cant continue playing. Getting 8 hrs of time at 10:00 at night is worthless. Or 2 hrs when we have an appointment somewhere never gets used. Wish that could be banked to use when its possible to use it. Also very tired of playing 6 days straight and then being told we have to pay coins to keep our daily streak going . That is awful. Whats the point?

Nice game. Love the animation and challenges. Just hate all of the pop up challenges and mini games. Sometimes we just want to play what we came to play. Love that you can win different bonuses just gets to be a bit much at times.
We now know why we deleted your game before. The error that occurs in our usage is the game freeze then once we throw it away and go back in the app it records that error as progress smh that needs to get corrected or Im donedonelevel 79 & we have tried 3xs. Other than that we love this game.

Since you did the update, your game is not fun or enjoyable to play anymore. No 5 extra moves, no bonus spin, more moves needed per level but not enough moves given to complete it. We cant choose the pet to help us with our levels. Some levels now take at least 20/30 lives to complete, if not a day or two. Im not happy with te change. Not sure why our first half of this message didnt send but Im going to continue our rant. Im tired of dishing out money to get off a level, Im tired of having a contest to where you get to play the contest only if you can get off a level in one try. We also would like to choose the pet we want on our levels . Im stressing over a game and that cant happen. Im sorry that Im deleting this game. Our life is worth a lot more.
