Im not clear as to all the icons on the right side of the game, what would we use the for.
After playing this and reaching level 76 we have come to the conclusion that this game is a waste of time and effort. You NEVER get the reward that is offered Correct that and we might return.

We have been playing this game daily for YEARS. Its always challenging and fun. There are many aspects to the game, although it is fundamentally a match-three game. We cant recommend it highly enough!
Game started off nice. Graphics amazing. Then it happened. Money required to continue. Only got to level 10 before our wallet was empty. We play games for fun, for entertainment. Not to spend money.
They are out for your money, can not win games without buying crystals.

We’ve been playing this game nearly daily since it first came out, and we enjoy it as much now as we always did. Its fun, interesting, takes a bit of skill, and looks beautiful! Thank you, AWEM developers, designers and artists for making this game a true delight!
What have in game are bit frustrating, example those doggone locks always give us the fits.
We update our games every week, sometimes twice a week because they update so often. We just got a notice that if we update the game we will get three gems. We would have done it anyway but they offered them so why not today instead of tomorrow? Did the update, went back to game, waited til it finished there and loaded again, NO FRIKIN GEMS! This happens all too often. Dont promise stuff you wont deliver.
We enjoy the game, but we constantly get the notification No More Moves! Every now and then we get, but almost every game? And multiple times per game? Come on. Fix it!!
We have been playing this game many years. We looked forward to lt. Now with all the most recent major changes we despise the game. We went through almost 600 minutes and did not win one game. Most of the time it gets to 1 or 2 left and runs out of moves. Tomorrow we can come back and play the exact same games and win most. We are definitely trying to ween our way off of this ridiculous roller coaster. It has been made so fixed who wants to play? Maybe you need to look at it. We are up to level 660 minutes but we can never start with all our minutes because it can not revive all the earned time in 24 hours. Just not worth it.

We were enjoying this game, which was challenging but winnable most of the time until the recent re-design. Unnecessary, but its good to change up and some of the new games were fun to try. Problem is, the games keep changing within each category, so you win one configuration, and cant go back and find it again for. Weeks? Also, when it was changed, the games we supposedly already won are no longer valid. We wrote that Id wanted to start fresh were not incorporated. Its easier to keep track of progress through the game if you have a true sense of when youve completed a game if it doesnt say you did so before (when you didnt- it was a different game from before the redesign). Thanks. Im still enjoying tackling it and challenging myself. And that you can play and enjoy even if you dont want to do some of the special stories & games as well.
This game will take your money. It resets every week and you will lose your place and continuously have to start over. You will waste your money.
Have to stay on each building too long. Dont agree with not giving someone the diamonds theyve earned with their time in the game. If players want to buy additional diamonds, sure. Lastly, we think the characters messages should be read aloud by the game for individuals who cant read well.
Always running out of energy. Not good for continuous playing.
We refuse to pay out of our pocket to win so the game lets us win only occasionally. Its a tedious game and we think Ill start looking for something else to play.
We hate this new format! Impossible to win! We have been playing this game for years, use to be our favorite game to play. And what happened to the genie that gave you extra moves???
Most recent update is not good. We’ve been playing for years but we have had it! The game is no fun anymore because after the update, there is no hope of winning a game. We play so many games trying to win but run out of energy often before winning anything. The only resolution is to pay for more energy. We enjoyed this as a free game, but now if we end up having to pay just to win one simple game in an hour of play, its just not worth it anymore.

We love the graphics and the challenges (not too hard and not too easy) we give 5 stars for the fact you can win infinite lives for an hour and you dont need to use them immediately. Well done.

Prior to the recent update, the fishing hut and one other location did not participate in the weekend PAWS competition so one could still play without having to deal with the Paws. Now, there are no sections to play on the weekend if one does not want to play in the Paws challenge. Disappointing to say the least.
Cant build up reserves or progress with the ship poor rules.
This might be the end for us because we cannot transfer our progress to a new device. Also, we think the new city is beautiful and the graphics are amazing. But why would you remove the game bonuses(more moves, more time, etc.? We worked so hard to get those and now theyre gone.
We enjoyed the game until the last update. Changed too much from the previous version. We liked the reliability of the levels being the same. We had our favourites to play. We also do not like playing the weekly Meow event and prior to the latest update there were two houses that had all levels that werent included in the event so we could still play the daily challenges without being forced to participate. Since the last update, we struggle to find a level that isnt in the Meow event. To the point that we dont want to play.
A good game spoiled by the latest changes. Shame.
New update makes all the games too difficult to win. Spent over 600 lightnings and only won 2 games. Too frustrating. Going to have to stop playing. Not helping our blood pressure or mood.
Hate, hate, hate, been playing for years and the newest update is horrible. The colors are awful, changed and moved all the places. Not sure if we will continue to play.
The recent upgrades have made this once great fun and relaxing game frustrating and emotionally depressing. No one wants to lose all the time. And you will lose every try over and over again. You cannot win on the first tryever! Idols that give extra time or amount have been removed. No reason to level up because ALL levels are now the sameimpossible! The only way to win is to BUY time or jewels. We are done playing this game. There so many other games on the internet to play.

We’ve been playing this game for years, used to love it. Every major update has made the games harder and harder to win. The latest update makes the levels almost unwinnable, you have to use bonuses and gems to get through them. So to keep playing you have to pay (a LOT). Not fun anymore if all you do is keep losing.
We see what you’ve done here with this most recent update. You’re endeavoring to cull the players who do NOT SPEND BIG MONEY to play. Good on ‘ya. It’s going to work VERY well!
We absolutely do not like the updates that you have made! We much prefer each part of the city being specific to their own domain. We dont like mining for the gold on the farm or in the fields or at the pottery! We also dont care for the way the levels change after a win!
Not too happy with new update. So many changes. Dont like puzzle changing once you win it. Board is not visually esthetic. We used to love this game. It was a challenge. Not enjoying this. Grace.
Its impossible to win we played for years and enjoyed moving up levels but now as you clear the boxes they are once again renewed and it keeps you from moving on. We’ve played hard games and it may have taken time but it was possible to win. Now its not. We also hate the new design. Its a lot of mess all lumped tog. Why did the designers of a great game have the to make it unplayable. We wont keep playing it. Its not fun. Plus we’ve tried to write this 4 times and it keeps crashing before im finished. Been playing this game off and on since its inceptionmy all time favorite game. Im glad you listen to users, and ask for your help. On the cat treat game, there is NO WAY someone can have 20,000 when the event started just n hour earlier.. No matter how much we play and how much we PAY for extra time we never am able to come close to the top two players. When the daily task includes vertical or horizontal lightning we are not given credit for all of the. And have to play extra rounds to obtain the daily tasks. The counter just isnt always correct. The game has a very slow regeneration rate. Also the tasks have become very difficult to complete. Very tired of not being able to complete anything and the lack of reward for playing.
We were enjoying this game well enough until the last update. Now its taking far too long to complete the tasks to hold our interest. Why are there so many collections to build? It wouldnt be bad if you could actually obtain the necessary components to build an item by defeating a puzzle, but we played (and beat) over a dozen levels to try to get the last required jellyfish. Yep. We had to buy it. We understand you want to make money, but balance the play so the achievements feel obtainable. We will likely be deleting this game after our jewels run out. Its just not fun.
This game is challenging, but not stressful. Its Fun!
We can not build new buildings because of the Menes curse And you have made building the ship way too hard four buildings is all we have to work with.
