1). The customers walking speed cost us the levels (that require them but its still stops you from moving forward) constantly with no chance of winning because they dont even make it to us and them stopping at random spots paired with unfair timers set makes it impossible for players to win especially in later levels 2). The 5 harts and the 30 min timer with the sporadic free heart isnt working its just frustrating for players like myself to get a couple of chances just to thank you got it and get cut off 3). The end game chance to get 30 seconds or 100 diamonds or get 10 seconds for free its completely infuriating because if you like some players that cannot just buy their way through the game you have to do it the hard way so therefore you have to take the 10 free seconds that get you nowhere and dont always keep coming and lose the level and whatever benefit you have earn.
No more updates after Germany where are the new levels at. Yes fun addictive game but going to lose all the players when you have to stop playing cause its not updated.
This game is pure trash. Our first initial option was good. Everything went ok. But then the levels started getting harder to past. No matter what they say. You have to buy diamonds to move forward. We purchase diamonds. Never got them. Still waiting for them to respond. Purchase the diamonds in the piggy bank and those were credited right away. We finally was able to mover worlds to France and what do you know. All the money that built up doesnt transfer over. They start you at 0. What is the point of earning money in the previous world that you cant use. Such a ripe off!!!!
While we are trula enjoying playing This uniquely graphically designed Game, The need to have Gems (Pay for them) in the Substantial amount that is needed to Fully enjoy the various level without having to Wait for opportunities to earn FREE gems Game Play is unfortunately halted or stopped.

This is a fun game overall with lots of ways to earn the currency you need via watching ads. But we’ve just started playing and we’ve noticed that there have not been any seasonal games or challenges since 2022. Has this game been abandoned by the developers? Because we’re not sure we want to continue to play a game that isn’t ever going to add anything new again.
This game is great we love the gameplay and the graphics. Unfortunately when you get to a certain point it makes you buy stuff just to pass the boards. You can try over and over and still can pass unless you buy gems to purchase boost or but the $2.99 pack for boost. Not fair because we want to advance to the next country without spending our money.
We get you have to make money. But we feel like Im watching more ads, than actually playing the game. It gets very annoying.

Some of the games are timed and the timer starts immediately. The first customer doesnt come until 7 seconds later!
In order to pass boards you have to pay otherwise youre stuck. Lots of time it cheats.

This game has stopped us from playing our blocks game and we playing it all day long.
We have completed all levels and contacted support in January 2023 and was told new levels are coming. Here it is April 2023 and still nothing. Are they coming or should we just delete this game. Even with the holidays there was noting not even a special level.
We have played levels & almost won, then we use the magic shoe & then loose worse! Then, we are asked for money! NOPE! We refuse! We watch enough adds! We love our Big Cooking game! (Not this game) 2 years of playing & still love! Just wanted to try & want to try something different for different fun! But it Doesnt Require money to have fun! Its our go to game! We also won a water bottle last year! We actually got it! But not this game!
The game can be fun and addicting but some levels are impossible unless you purchase boosters. One level was so serve 35 dishes, we didnt miss any customer but it said we not got 33 dishes. It was not even a timed level. Then you watch all these ads to do upgrades and you still cant beat the level with out getting a double coin booster. We played and watched several ads to get 100k in coins but once the level advanced to France we were restarted to zero. So dont waste your time on this game, its rigged for excessive ads and purchases. Even when you decline to watch an ad, an ad shows and you should of double your coins and just watched the ad.
Even after paying to eliminate ads, gameplay continues to be interrupted by ads for in game purchases and to watch ads for powerups. This game would be so much more fun if you could just play it for a few minutes straight without having to dismiss the latest $2.99 deal for gems or coins or whatever.
We love games like this and am good at them. Because of that this game makes levels that are impossible to beat without using gems. Wouldnt be so bad if the gems werent so few and far between. Still would be annoying because its obvious we would have beat the level if they didnt rig it. Ill be deleting for sure. Thanks but no thanks.

So we typically dont write reviews for games but we had to about this game. Usually when we play games like this you reach a point where its difficult or impossible for you to upgrade without spending money but this game gives you lots of diamonds as you play the levels. You can go back and play the levels 2 more times to get keys and open restaurants or just so you dont get bored. Honestly probably one of the best level based cooking games we’ve played. 10/10.
We are enjoying the game. However, the game keeps freezing when we attempt for the third star on a level . Ill complete the level but then freezes and we lose our progress. Please fix!
Avoid this game. Way too many ads. Most games have ads but this one has way more than any other game we’ve played. When youre done a level you have an option to watch an ad to earn extra coins and if you decide you dont want to watch the ad you hit continue. Well guess what, before you play your next level you have to watch an ad! What? You upgrade, gotta watch an ad. The ads are ridiculously long, we’ve had ads as long as a minute and fifteen seconds. Some of the levels are impossible to complete without using diamonds which you have to buy or by watching more ads to continue. Oh and if you choose to watch an ad in order to continue, youll get a nice 30-60 second ad and get a lousy 10 seconds to finish with a ridiculous amount of orders. The levels are unfair because there is no way youre going to beat them without one or the other. Youll be timed and each customer wants three things and most of the items take an additional three things to make. Also when youre being timed and have to see a certain amount of customers it takes the customer ten seconds to walk in and order. How is that fair? The timer shouldnt start until they are actually there. Conveniently our first review never got approved and Im sure theyll be some reason for it but Ill just keep writing reviews until its put up. Nothing in our review is a lie, vulgar or threatening. Avoid this game Oh and the developers keep saying theyll take your opinion into consideration or work to make changes, we’ve read A Lot of reviews, everything people have complained about still remains.

Its easy to earn more coins to upgrade with in the game so you dont need to purchase coins just to move on to the next level. Been playing this game for 6 months or so, always entertaining!
The game is cool but every time we get to the 3rd game when the box supposed to open the game glitches and we have to start over. So unfortunately we will be uninstalling.
Waste of time. Sick and tired of ad services pretending to be games and then asking for money to get rid of ads. It is absurdI am playing the game and choose continue and NOT ads for double coins and of course we get 30 second ads anyway. WHAT THE. ADS ADS ADS STOP WITH THE ADS. Soon we are going to put ads on our kids heads. Enough. We dont watch television to become a pod person or the garbage stories called news and we dont need ads to stress us out. This is a mindless game but the ads every 30 seconds is ridiculous. Thank you very little for these games that are created just to generate money. Buy a puzzle book or play Hay Day xbox or even a board game with NO ADS.

Read the reviews. This game was enjoyable till.. We enjoyed the game in the beginning but soon realized the game is rigged! Timer speeds up and customers slow down making it impossible to win!! Apple app store should shut this down!!
Dont bother with this game unless youre willing to spend a LOT of money. After a while the levels become impossible to pass unless you use diamonds as "boosts." It takes a long time to accumulate the number of diamonds you need, so if you want to keep playing you’re forced to buy them with real money. If thats OK with you, fine. Its a fun game, but we would prefer to spendsay $25to buy the game outright, the way we were able to do in the old days. Im just not interested in dishing out all that money to play one game when there are so many others out there.
