What's the point of having an option to connect our progress to apple when its not going to save to anything. We did it before and when we redownloaded it after a while it reset our progress even after signing in with apple. We would choose Facebook but it doesn't even connect anymore. Make the option of connecting to apple actually useful.

Im enjoying this game. Its a good balance of being challenging yet solvable. The themes are more adult than 12+ in our opinion.

So we also have criminal case the conspiracies and in that game the coroner is named martine meunier im on the second case of this game and there was a suspect named martine meunier talking to another sucspect we found out she was a coroner.
Is there is a problem with Paris City Romance nothing carried over can please fix this.
Great game. Whats the new city for us to play after Romance in Paris? Maybe it should be in Outer Space or in the Future where we see our partners and try to find new criminals to put behind bars.

The only reason why Im leaving a 4/5 star review even though we havent even finished the first level, is because that they took the ugly cat, and put her in this game. Brilliant.
We love all of the Criminal Case games, but they all have the same problem: new stickers you get from packs, dont show up in the book. Like you can get four new stickers from a pack but only three will actually be added to the book. It actually happens more often then not and Id like to see it fixed in ALL the games. Other than that issue the game is perfect imo.
This is the second best game of the series. But please stop the report writing by friends and let the player write the report so the player can move on to the case. We think youll find you will have more satisfied game players and you will have more positive feedback and the players can reach higher levels. We think it would be better for your company and reaching more game playing people. Thank you, Ken.
Love, love love Criminal Case games. Only gave it 4 stars due to the fact, when we level up, we should get ALL of our new energy points, no mater how many we already have banked! We earned them.
Ive payed a couple of years, but now we cant sign in with Facebook. Is this glitch? With out the fb sign in, it want to start us back over. Can you help.
There is a glitch in the game at chapter 18 (doesnt load, just shows a picture of a plane prompting you to play your other games). Cannot advance. Tried the contact us feature in the game and it continually fails to submit our message (keeps telling us all fields must be filled in. (All fields are filled in).) Soooo, theres no way of getting help with this game. Interestingly enough, theres a post from two years ago dealing with this same issue. Id say its past time to fix it.
They have added tons of ads and have made them much more difficult to remove from the screen after watching. Im sure this is a ploy to get players to pay for ad-free games, but we find it insulting as a long-time devotee of the game.
We have been playing Criminal Case for over 7 years and just recently downloaded the City of Romance..Paris. We also paid to get the ad free version. Now we find out Im at the end and it only has 17 levels. Thats just ridiculous. Very disappointed with this. In our book the original criminal case was the best one.
We have LifeLock and this site has been deemed unsafe. We play all the games by this company and this one gave us a warning on LifeLock. Wouldnt recommend it until they fix their advertisement companies. We should never get a warning of unsafe site.
We have been playing for years. We paid for no ads to make the game more seamless without interruptions. Now we had to download a whole new game and non of the things that we have been meticulously collecting did not carry over nor did the fact that we paid to remove the ads. We think that is a cheesy way to wring more money out of long time fans. We hope you change this.
Be aware before you download any Criminal Case games: unless you pay for No Ads, you will be subjected to a disgusting advertisement with a freezing woman and her dead baby! Over and over and over! We are a huge fan of the Criminal Case games but this ad is really turning us off the entire series! We dont mind ads but this freezing woman and her dead baby is just disgusting! Get another ad for Penny and Flo.
We paid $7.99 not to have pop up ads. But when we downloaded the latest update we now get ads after every scene. Not fair! When we click on the link to restore purchases we still get ads.

Ive been playing several of the criminal cases and our points n animals and everything carried over but after doin the Paris case it just ended and we lost everything. We downloaded new levels and had to start over and was frustrated. We use to LOVE playing but now we feel like it does no good to play!! Should really combine these games so you dont lose lot of players.
We loved these gamesable to complete it without having to buy anything (cant say that for most games nowadays). Kind of sad though, the ending of this one make it seem like that this is the end.
Love the game but hit a big glitch. We have completed level 17 filled all the stars on all of the adventures and cannot proceed to level 18. So bummed all that shows is an airplane asking you to go jot another game. Is this the end of the game? If so please advise. Please either continue the game or end it. We loved this game as well as others but its time to get it together and further the game or tell us its permanently over.
Ive finished all your casesexcept Supernatural. Got one more level. Paris was okay just not as riveting as past games. When will the next game come out?? These games are our nite time ritual before sleep. Have played them for YEARS. Keep them coming.SOON.

We absolutely love this game. Its so much better than the Travel in Time one. We enjoyed it very much. We only wish that this wasnt the last one. We really wanted to have another game just like this so badly. That would be nice for a change. Its already bad enough that its going to probably be our fifth Mothers Day without our mom since she sadly passed away in 2016.

We have been playing for a long time and just finished supernatural. From the begin when you went to a new case all the money, pets and boosters went with you. But when we finished supernatural and started Paris nothing carried over. Is this a technical problem that can be fixed or was supernatural the end and Paris starts at the beginning? We love the games and different cases but we have no desire to lose everything we have acquired and start over. Thank you for any help.
