It took us finishing the game to realize the changes are improvements and made the game more challenging and fun. You still can get bonuses by watching ads like more time on a level. We still couldnt connect to facebook but that is okay. It didnt interfere with the gameplay for us. Still think this series is the best hidden object game there is.
The game is fun however our photo album is a mess,sometimes when we win a sticker piece it just disappears and then reappears which we are tired of,we just a stable album.
We perfer the other games. This is just more annoying.
We have been playing the Criminal Case games since Pacific Bay and the 1st game came out this version has to many changes that are not positive changes. You will spend more time watching Ads than playing the game, its annoying. Needing two stars for every clue and 10 stars instead of 5 and all cases now timed instead of just having the one, we personally dont care for the changes to this version.

We absolutely love this game and all the other sister games. Super fun, and originally this one was much harder and caused us issues, but we have thus figured out how to do a better job and we get excited to have a pretty difficult game included in our Criminal Case gameplay. If we could we'd give it 5 stars. For whatever reason, our game unlinked itself from our Facebook, which is frustrating because we had solved quite a few cases and quite frankly we refuse to start over. We keep trying to reconnect and it gives us an error message and says the app is not active. We cannot play the game until our progress is restored and this error has popped up for over a month. We tried to reach out through their help option and it gave us an automated response that sent us to the faqs and said that we would receive no more assistance in the matter. We are deeply disappointed that this feature is still messed up on both this game and the City Of Romance game, and that when trying to remedy this their "help" goes to nobody and nowhere. Get this fixed! And while you're fixing this issue, maybe employ an actual person to actually help those who go to the help option.
We love this game and play every night – until tonight. Won't connect to fb! UPDATE: we wrote this about 2 weeks ago. When will you fix so can log onto fb? Also unable to write you directly – your capcha doesn't work.
We have played every earlier game in this series and loved it. Absolutely hating this new one. We cant see a way to get a high score in any scene. The boosts are worthless. We dont think we can continue with the series. Why did you break it.
This game is not as good as the previous games because it costs too much money, has too many stars, is boring, and has a time limit for each crime scene. It is also fallacious in terms of historical events. Some of them dont make sense at all.
To us the game is awesome. We dont care about the ads or how long it takes for us to catch a killer. To us, all that matters is that you have fun playing the game. This is our honest review.
Ok so Ive been playing criminal case for YEARS now and we can honestly say we like this version a lot better then the other ones but our only issue with the game is the time limit they give us and not letting us get the free preview like previous games b4 this one we like the concept of getting a star after a crime scene but our only issue is the time limit and the free preview Great game and our 2nd favorite overall tbh.

This game is sooo good we love it and Im sure you will to. All the criminal case games are good. GREAT WORK. We do have a suggestion tho. We should b able to fall in love and choose one of our partners to fall in love with. But we highly recommend this game if you like a good mystery. We love this and am very pleased. GOOD JOB. We recommend u to go check out the other criminal cases too.
Im getting used to this format. Im glad we have a really good memory. We just make sure before we investigate a scene we have enough energy to play the whole scene in one shot. However in the end it takes watching a video to get more time because Im playing all the other games as well. These games are fun but the only thing that is bugging us with all of the games right now is it tells us if we sign into Facebook itll give us X amount of energy. However, when we try to go on Facebook it tells us that the app is down and the developers are aware of the issue. So that is a catch 22. Otherwise we enjoy the cases and storylines. We hope another game is created as well. Enjoy them all.
This game is very fun and historically correct but one thing whys the energy cooldown sooooooo long pls make it shorter we were waiting for an hour from 4% to 43% pls change it.
We have enjoyed Criminal Case for a long time, but this version has some changes Im having trouble withthe timing of everything and the cost of everything needed. Since we play this game to relax, with the timing and everything adding pressure, we dont know if Im going to proceed.
For this Criminal Case edition, Im struggling to get gold ranking on previous chapters. No matter how fast we finish a puzzle or whatever bonuses we use, we end up with a silver or bronze ranking. The score system must be fixed, or the rankings will be left unchanged.
This is a great game franchise. But some ads kill the sound effects when you return to the game. Its a bug that plagues the entire franchise. Hoping this review will turn their attention to it. Other games dont have this issue with the same ads.
Really like this game. Not as many ch as the others but, we do like it. Only gave 4 stars because we should get all our 110 energys when we level up not matter how many we have banked.
Due to FB having an issue with this game, and was unable to connect to play on our desktop, we deleted the app on our IPad and now cannot return to level 31. Ive played this game from the very first series. Im about ready to quit but really want to follow until the end! Complaints: not many but why cannot we use the coins for energy.

Lets get started why do the boaters matter so much we think this one doesnt fit in with the other games.
The new format makes the game unplayable. It was hard enough trying to get one star to do stuff, now we gotta get two?! Its a shame too because the plot is really cool. You got characters from Grimsborough (pretty sure we spelled that wrong), Pacific Bay, Save The World. Its a shame it goes to waste like this. And then PC players get the old format! How is that fair?! We barely made it past the first case due to the new play style. With the other ones, Im almost done with the first case, or the second. The game had potential, but it gets scrapped, carelessly.
We have played most of the games in this series of games. We have enjoyed playing all of them except this one. We do not recommend downloading this game unless you want to be bored and we mean really, really bored.
We used to really like this game but this version is trash. 10 stars as a requirement, a timer and no previews unless you spend for it and limited boosts make this game subpar. We are pulling the plug in the first case because the developers ruined this game with this nonsense. Two thumbs down.
We lost all our progress because Facebook link doesnt work we do not recommend but the game is still fun.
Its so much different from all the other Criminal Case games that it doesnt even feel like it deserves the title of having a criminal case and even does that cause it doesnt even say criminal case when you boot up the game. It feels like if someone took criminal case, and just redid it in their image, and said that this is the new way we do this. If you want to play it, thats your own opinion, but just play one of the other ones maybe even the original one then go play that one and decide for yourself if you still wanna continue playing it because its just so much different from all the other ones.
How do we get 650,000 points on the first case on the far left middle level.
We are a fan of this company but not this game 1. Like the stars and how you get one no matter what 2. We get the same add EVERY TIME 3. We did not get enough time how do you except us to find like 20 things in a minute WITHOUT ANYTHING.
Takes way too many stars and everything is so expensive. Not to mention the annoying promo of when you dont buy a booster. Cant go on.
Loved the initial games in series. We play for storyline as well as find objects. Ten stars? 2 stars for each activity on tablet? Need to buy, buy, buy. Deleted after a couple of levels.
Doubled all the wrong things. App is cumbersome to navigate. Ill watch ads but not as many as necessary to complete a scene here. The app doesnt play ads appropriately, shutting game with every other ad. Not at all likely to keep it. 9ne day was more than enough.
Ive played all of the previous Criminal Case games and have thoroughly enjoyed them all until this one. The changes made to this series have taken away the enjoyment for us, and we doubt that Ill finish this series. If the remaining games have this same format, we wont be playing. Paying for bonuses is just a way for the developers to keep us paying money for this game. We dont understand why the number of stars has increased. It doesnt add anything to the game. The time limits have also decreased which means that you have to pay money to finish the games. Ugh. Im not a fan anymore.
This game is so much worse than the others. For every clue you must solve two puzzles. Each puzzle takes 20 energy points. Pretty useless if you dont find one hint. You have to but hints if you want any sort of help in the game. The person going with you to the crime scene is pretty useless to since you have to buy their help. 0/5 stars.
After playing so many Conspiracy gamesthis one was very disappointing. Adding an extra star to clear a segment was bad enough but to make all the scenes timed was thoughtless. All people who play your games are not swift or have the best eyesight and Im one of them. That timed aspect made it more stressful. We played a couple scenes and stopped. Im sorry but we do not like this particular portion of the Conspiracy franchise so we moved on to Supernatural. Ow Im back to the normal gameplay so far.
There is a saying if it aint broke dont fix it. Separately it wouldnt be much of an issue. Together it makes what was a good game a chore. Two stars for each clue, not a fan, the time limit is asinine and needs to be abolished. Not enough coins are earned for each successful solve and nothing is gained except one star. Then throw in the ads and it makes for something we will be deleting. Such a shame a classic series had to make such a fumble with a premise that could have been excellent. We suggest creating two games, one for sadists that enjoy this format and one without all the unneeded features.

By far our favorite version of the game. Im going to go back and do the elite version of every single case so we can play it more. Love it more than any of the others.
We must admit, it feels like Im already in the past. We just wish that you could preview the sidekicks of the team you have and have the usual time attack bonus scene, as well as a timer that increases the seconds you use on each crime scene. But we do like how you use 2 stars instead of 1.
This game is a super awesome game.Because this game make you feel better and excited and you want to know who is the killer.But please fix some little bugs.But in general this is an excellent game.Pretty simple thank you for your great games and please make new cases for us because we love criminal case.

We enjoy solving the crimes. However we feel the 2 stars it costs to solve and the ways to earn 1 star arent an even trade. Earning $$$ is very hard compared to the cost for hints.
Always liked this game, but the changes in the new version are annoying! We dont like being asked the question about boosters every time! Pop-up ads that have to be closed are also frustrating. You have taken a fun game and made it cumbersome.
We love criminal case and we have been playing all of the other games. This one, however, really irritates us. We like the characters and the concept is great, but we hate how hard it is to get 1st on the scenes. We hate that the only way we can attempt to get a high score is by paying 5,000 coins to do it. We prefer the other format. Off topic we wish we could edit our name in the game cause we accidentally typed our name wrong but Im too far in the game that we dont want to delete it and start over just so we can have the right name.

We agree with all the one and two stars. In this one you think your done at 30 but NOT! Then it cost 4 stars to go on in chapter 3 and you have to replay puzzles before all the chapters are open. Its been nothing but disappointing! We hope the next to they have improved on and paid attention to all the feedback.
