We like the puzzle for the most part, but how do you access the winnings from the tournament. Twice we have been in first place and we couldnt figure out how to get the results. Barb King.
Too many ads. We were enjoying the game but now its ads after the completion of every puzzle. Sadly we will delete the app immediately!
Love the game it keeps our mind sharp but we dont be trying to use our hints and we may accidentally hit the button can you fix it to get permission before it uses the hints. Thank you, Yolanda.
Why do we have to pay to get the coins we earned in the Piggy Bank?!? If we earned these coins we should receive them! We will NOT pay to open the piggy bank to get coins we earned!
Points awarded make no sense. If you go to home page and click on "help", nothing happens. If you click on app support on app page, nothing. Seriously. These folks don’t want to hear from you.

We have this app downloaded but we keep running out of puzzles. We dont know what level we are on but it is way up there. Can we not go any further?
We love this crossword puzzle app.. Here lately screen has froze. We have to back out of it and reopen it again. Can this be fixed? We thought it was our phone.. Other games we have work fine. We still cant play this came. Screen freezes way too much. Can you please fix this problem.
We injured our back yesterday which required bedrest today. We just downloaded the app yesterday and have been enjoying playing (despite the ads that you don’t have the option of turning the music off). But we’ve played 4-5 rounds that all deal with Omaha, NE, making us wonder who on development is from Omaha?!
Love playing this game we play it daily. The puzzles are great. The only thing Im nothappy with is the amount of points you get when finishing a section. 5 points doesnt seem like much for all the puzzles you must complete to finish a section and get your rewards. Would give it a 5 star rating if the points were larger. Feels like you work too hard just to such low reward.
We really like this game and we would have given it 5 stars if it wasnt for the small box ad at the bottom covering half the keyboard! We cant finish some of the puzzles unless we click out then come back in and the ad is not there. Other than that we like that the puzzles are easy enough for us to solve them as we were never really good at crossword puzzles.
Freezes ALOT! And WAY too many game ads.
We love this game and have been playing it daily for a long long time- but all of a sudden now its 5 letters for 10 coins, and it used to be 10 letters for 10 coins? And the daily challenges are ridiculous now as well. You have to use +5 letters 5x, whereas it was only twice. Looking for a new app to play. And we are a loyal customer for a long time, purchasing coins through the game.
We like this game a lot but Im getting tired of so many ads. Can you please cut down in-between games.

We are at level 200 something and the puzzles arent getting any more difficult. They arent challenging at all, we are able to solve them in less than one minute. Im about to delete it.

We really enjoy playing the game but there are some wrong clues and thats not the issue for us. The game lags, gets stuck. Sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds for the letter fills the spot and if your impatient and tap it again it fills the next space too. Grrr.
We paid the almost $30 to be ad free but we still have ads. Like so many ads!! FIX IT or REFUND our $$.
Since they did the last update, this games lags so bad that we cant play it anymore. They need to do another update that actually fixes the bugs/speed! So frustrating because we love to play this game.

We downloaded this thing, thinking it was totally different. Why is the advertisement not the same game? Ad showed options to choose your category, and pictures with questions. This isnt even the same game! We dont understand.

We are CONSTANTLY hearing this annoying clicking, even with sound disabled. It happens every 4 or so seconds, twice (no exaggeration). It Is incredibly annoying especially because we like to listen to music while we play these games. With this, the game is unplayable. Honestly wasnt impressed with the game itself either. Boring.

This game could be good but it has constant ads, also who in there right mind would pay all that money for coins. This game has the potential to cost more than a great ps5 game. Its fun but the ads are painful so its got to go.
We play every day! Love the easy of play. Daily challenges. Our only complaint is that when watching ads to collect coins many times when the ad is almost over it automatically opens the App Store which we dont like and dont know why this happens.

The game is fine but it frequently needs to be reset. It likes to freeze up on the game ads of which there are too many. Deleted this game.
Whats with the ad from express. It keeps interrupting our game play every few seconds. We enjoy playing but this is ridiculous. By the rate of frequency that the ad plays tells us that there is probably a glitch.

Great app! However, some of your ads are too long. After ten seconds, we know if we want the app or not. Thirty seconds is way too long. When we have to be bored with an ad, we stop playing. Ads should entertain not be repetitive and insulting. Thanks for the great app..
The 2 star rating was our own mistake! We were able to fix it pay attention to the boosters before each level that was the mistake we made.
Great game! Love crosswords. It would be helpful, though, if you would specify Britishisms in your clues. An American, for instance, would never see Inclined and think leant. Still having fun though!

We were on day 154 yesterday and when we opened the game today it sent us back to day 1!!! What happened?
We downloaded this app because it showed bigger crossword puzzles. We’ve been playing this for a few weeks and searching and we dont see any big puzzles only the small ones that a child can do. Please let us know how to get to the bigger ones.
