Community Insight:

Level editor crashes often when we change to night mode.

So fun.its a really great game and Im happy people still play this game.we will never delete this game, its just really entertaining to play when your bored. Amazing game.

It really takes us back to one of the early iPod touch games. Im so glad there arent adds and micro transactions. Simplicity and replay-value. And the soundtrack slaps.

Cube Runner was one of the first games we ever played on our old iPod touch, so we were thrilled to see a version of it being kept up to date with the latest iOS. We were worried it might now be overrun with ads and microtransactions like so many other games from the same time, but its exactly like we remember it. Still keeps us entertained just as well as it did for us as a kid, too.

This game was out since the iPod touch glad that your updating the game.

Great nostalgia, world class Dev support.

This is a fun little abstract racing game. Everything is very minimal, and it's easy to get into. We have an issue where we can't "Tap to restart" at the end of a time trial. We have to go to the main menu to restart. Other than that, its lightweight interface is nice.

This game was straight up our childhood. Us and our friend would play this for hours and hours trying to beat each other. Ill never forget the day we got 3,200 on the original cube runner. And when this game came out we were so hyped. Amazing game. 10/10.

We paid for this years ago. We were getting mad that only the free one kept getting updates.

The first Cube Runner was the first game we played on the very first generation iPod touch a few years back. It's nice to see the developer still cares about the series. The gameplay is as fun as ever.

Thank you, developer, for caring. It's great that it was updated. It's not great that it's impossibly sensitive and crashes often.

We check our updates frequently and was surprised to find Cube Runner was resurrected and refreshed. Good game, great update. Still not a big fan of the graphics, it's 2015 but glad to see the dev still cares.

Game is good, however the new update made the game way too sensitive. It is really hard to keep the arrow going straight. Make it to where we can adjust the sensitivity of the tilt.

Don't waste your money on this game!! Once you get going you crash!! It's not worth the money to just get a bad game!! Get the first version of Cube Runner it's much better and more fun. Version 2 is so bad we played it once and have not played it again (it's been at least a week sense we bought it). Please take this the right way. P.S we are not a person that goes around and gives bad reviews. We only give bad reviews if the app needs a bad review. Thank you! 1 John 3:16.

The level creator is very well done. We understand it perfectly and am quite good at creating levels. It is very fun. Good job.

Won't let us download level packs please fix.

This is good but it goes so slow and fix the crashes but good app make an UPDATE.

You need to update it it doesn't fit on our screen (iphone 5). Just make it better than cube runner 1. That's what we expected when we bought it.

The 1st version was better/had more level packs.

We greatly enjoyed the first version of this game but our iPod would not download third party packs so a level creator really appealed to us. The time trial tracks are cool and those alone in addition to the previous tracks make it worth it. The level creator takes some thinking when making objects. It would be nice if you saw where the vertices were being put while you were editing.

A random set, obstacle, timed, and levels Easy Medium Hard.

It's really fun and addicting but we wish once u die and it takes u back to the menu it would show what ur score was like the first cube runner did. Instead it just dissapears and we don't know our final scote unless we look as soon as we die.

Can you please change this so that each time you play this game you are given say, 3 lives. And, additionally this way whenever you "die", you don't have to go all the way back to the beginning and start all over again (like it stands right now), but instead you can just start over again at the point where you "died", until you burn all of your lives for each game. Also, maybe they could give you an extra life each time you pass some kind of milestone.

This app is ok… Time trial is fun and we love classic. The graphics are not retina and it has lots of bugs. It also scares us that this hasn't been updated since 2009! The app is only really worth $0.99. It's a stretch to be charging $1.99 for it.

The level editor has major problems, please fix it.

It's cool but we don't get the time trial level editor thing it's very confusing we can't get it to do what we want. Also it's like the original cube runner. The time trial levels are boring and hardish. Please make more fun.

Its a nice app, but we wish it was like the one the computer at 'yo arcade ' the cursor needs to be faster at turning. We wouldn't buy this again.

Y is it that when we play easy is to hard we will stick with cube runner one tell u make it easer gaaaaaaaa fix it please.

Keeps crashing just get tha first one.

But we don't dig the lack of effort the developers put into it. We spent $3 when we bought it over a year ago. The app was updated once about a year ago and hasn't been updated since. Retina quality graphics please.

When we try to make a new layout, the landscape keyboard shows up and we can't do anything.

How do we rotate the keyboard in layout edit.

Good app, but it's sad to see that it doesn't support a 4 inch screen for iPhone 5 like the other version.

We don't like this game because it is too glitchy and is too hard.

Yeah, sure this was nice to run on our older 2g itouch. But even then this game was left practically at it's original version. It needs to be updated & tweaked. We know a few that'd be willing to buy it for their iPhone 4&5.

Get the first game instead, it handles 10 times better. This game the cursor is too hard to control and we die every 5 seconds. Also, it seems to be running extremely low frames, perhaps this is related to the bad handling issue.

As a fan of the first one we thought this one would be better but it is the same with a confusing level editor.

Lame should've kept the first one! On the level editor you can't even see what the screen says! Make an update or we are telling our friends and family that this is the worst application we have ever purchased.

Original was better, it's fun futures but we like the original better there has not been any updates so we never even got to try the level editor.

On our iPod touch 2nd gen, everytime we preview our edited track it crashes… PLEASE FIX! And also a few glitches in editor and the levels in this game are kinda hard to control.

Not worth it. First one is a lot better.

Cube runner is more responsive and is optimized for more devices.

This app uses the fame of Cube Runner 1 to jip 3 bucks from unsuspecting buyers. Don't waste your money, folks.

We played the game for 2 minutes and after realizing we were an idiot for buying it we went back to the first one! Turning doesn't work! Terrible game.

Huge waste of two bucks. Graphics sucked, turning sucked, game was impossible to navigate, other levels were stupid, and no support for iPhone 5 screen. The original is waaaay better we can't believe we spent $2 on this.

Right as we edit a level it crashes then when we test it it goes crazy then normal please fix x(.

Well, we bought this after we figured out the first one and this is stupid!! Level editor is confusing and every time we try it its always blank. Buyers BeWarE!!!!!! We want 0 stars.

This game takes up too much space. We got the game and can't download anymore games anymore! Not a good buy.

Level editor has lots of bugs, the game crashes a lot. Not worth the buy.

Its just the first one but with a confusing level editor and $2!! Dont buy it the first one is free, this isnt worth the money.
