Graphics and cut scenes are fabulous. Storyline seems interesting. Interaction is involving. Will have to see if that continues…..
We do not remember this as having been released before. Some of the games pull somewhat identical scenes from previous ones but these are brief. We are enjoying this game a lot and do not think it is a repeat.
We have played four of the Dark Realm games so far. At first we were hesitant thinking they were difficult but pushing through we came to realize they are so much better than other HO games offered. Thats not to say we havent come across other great games but they have become few and far between. Thank you Mad Head.
Really fun game with varied and different games and search areas. Beautiful graphics, very realistic voices. You will enjoy this one!
Awesome! Few glitches at the beginning,loved grafics,hated to use the hint so many times,finding things and trying to find what to do next,but we loved it will their be sequels? Sure loved the Polar bear. Like we said it was fun and kept us interested and it was Awesome! Toyfoxy.
Enjoyable overall. Some glitches and imprecisions. Collectibles unnecessarily difficult to see. Nice story–pretty, good music, decent voice acting.
We enjoyed the free trial game, though it wasn’t very clear in tell you how to approach the puzzles. We didn’t use the map, if there was one. The hint we used once and it was helpful. Not worth $4.99 intro price. No game is. We’re wait to buy.
Nice idea. However you have to open the menu box to access the map. Somewhat clunky transfer from scene to scene. Biggest disappointment was the final scene opened on black screen. Tapped the clue button and was told there was nothing to do.
We really enjoyed the first Dark Realm so we purchased this game without the free trial, not a good choice. The story is interesting but the game tends to hang even on our iPad Air 2. Even trying to put our name in was deeply frustrating as it took more than a minute per letter. Eventually we just used the stock name and moved on. Weirdly the game runs at a good pace most of time so when it suddenly starts to slow to a crawl it is really noticeable. We hope in future updates they are able to fix that problem.
We hate that we have to go to the MENU to open the journal to use it.
Kind of confusing . Need a map to use without having to look for it.

The free trial was too short to understand the game. It seemed like fun couldnt get a feel for the game.
The game was fairly interesting but it seems to be stuck – one site we try go to is now black – hint only says nothing to do there but map will not let us return to Frozen Tears where it show something to do.
We enjoyed the game and story lines but very glitchy… Couldnt enter player name, lags, etc.
This game bored us right away. We deleted it after only a short time.
We knew even before the 3 minute trial period ended, that this was a dog of a game. The short play before purchasing only confirmed it.
We know that we have purchased this game before even though there is a new version date saying that it is new. When we try to unlock the game with an already purchased, it says no account found and wants us to repurchase it. This game is not that old and we have not changed devises or accounts. Is this intentional? We are very disappointed and feel like we are being taken advantage of. Not a good reputation Big Fish.

As with all Mad Head Games this was wonderful to play– at least well over a year ago when it first was released! We thought this was a new release in the Dark Realm series but ultimately realized that we had been tricked into paying anew for an old game! Caution if you tend to buy these sale games that appear new– they make a small update and then it erases your history of purchase! Sooo annoyed.
Thought we would like this game, but will never know. After all the Big Fish ads, the game shuts down. Really disappointed.
We went to play this game again and it showed no purchase for this account. ITunes shows our purchase on Jan 15. Whats up with that? Either fix this or give us our money back!!
We started this game and it started in the middle absolutely we could not start from the beginning missing object game did not work very confusing to know what this game is about glad we did not purchase.
Waste of time and money. The game itself was nonsensical and if you enjoy hitting hint then buy this game!!
