Several of the puzzles in this game do not work. The puzzle with the safe dial with zodiac signs stays on 3 even when you press the 4 plus it is tricky to figure out how to get 7. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesnt. The puzzle with the tiles with crowns and fleur de lis also very glitchy. Sometime the tiles will stay in place and sometimes they wont. You have to place them over and over again. Additionally we purchased coins to get hints and skips but it wont let us skip. Overall would not recommend.
Ive been struggling with the zodiac sign puzzle and want to skip it, but the game wont let us even though we have 17 coins!!! What gives?!!! This is crazy!! There must be a serious bug causing the issue and it needs to be fixed immediately!! Im going to delete the game and never play it again until this problem is fixed!! You people really need to learn how to test your games properly before releasing them for players to download on their phones! Also, theres no option to choose between easy mode and hard mode either!! Im taking 3 stars away because of these issues. If these issues are fixed, we MIGHT consider adding those stars back.
As the title says. Bought 3.99 for 30 coins. Tried to use them and it would bring us to the purchase coins page. When we clicked on the already purchased button it would bring up a box saying cant confirm purchase. Finally deleted game in disgust. Buyer beware.
We have 50 coins, but when we try to skip a puzzle, the game sends us to buy coins. The puzzle Im on wont let us put items in the puzzle. Cant win cant go on. Went back to the game now all 50 coins are gone. Cheater.
We were trying to get the pistol and there was no gun powder with it. How could it be necessary and not exist simultaneously.
We love this game so far, but there is a bug or simething because we cant hear any audio on the game. You cant hear the characters or the background noises. Please fix this problem.
We love playing these type of games but the sound doesnt seem to be working? We have everything turned on and silence turned off on our phone and we still cant get it working.

UPDATE: STILL NOT FIXED AND STILL NOT CONTACTED The constellation mini game will not let us finish the last symbol. Ive tried everything. We contacted support, got a reply with questions, we answered and havent back since. We were actually enjoying this game, it would be a shame to not be able to finish it.
3/24/20 Reasons why: 1. This game is not a new release. It came out in September, 2019. They changed the format to increase profitability, then re-released it. 2. We will never play a game where you have to buy crap throughout in order to play at your own pace. They respond to review calling them out by saying you dont have to pay as you go; well, ok, you have to pay for the bonus chapter, and hints…. And skips…. 3. Who are they trying to kid? We can spot FAKE reviews a mile away: you should TOTALLY charge us to play within the game on all your games! Followers of this genre and gamers in general would LOVE that! (Said no real gamer ever!) 4. We were supposed to get a new game twice a month in 2020. Its the end of March and weve had three actual new games. Elephant games is running circles around you guys. You deceived LynxMinx! And you refuse to release Eipix games. 5. We were reportedly getting Enchanted Kingdom 6 on March 10th, but that didnt happen. Instead we got a greedy re-release.
We love this game! The story is so interesting; and, the graphics are 1-rate awesome! Please make dark romance: Heart of the Beast free; for, we ABSOLUTELY LOVE Beauty and the Beast!!! And, we have also played the trail version; and, we must say, your take on the story does justice to both the book and the animated movie its based off of!!! Please keep up the great work!!! We purchased this game previously and absolutely loved it, as with all your games! Our question is on the new free game options you are offering, we.e. Options to purchase coins and hints…is this game model what we can expect for future new games? We personally dislike these type of games; we wasted plenty of money when candy crush first came out and now we avoid all games with additional purchase options. update Domini…thank you for taking the time to respond to our email as well as our review. Dont get us wrong here…we adore playing Domini games. This experiment with F2P…it failed terribly for us. The puzzles in this game were so difficult that they were unsolvable for us. This meant that each time we could not finish the puzzle, we cost us 10 coins….times 5 so far. So, up to now…Im in the BONUS GAME, this has cost us MORE THAN the original $6.99 pay & play….that makes us very unhappy. Each hint for one coin was fine, but making the puzzles so hard??? Not fair, guys….we have no problems with H.O. GAMES, …… So no more F2P for us… We will keep playing avidly the less expensive games (Disabled….money is short) but we AM addicted to being able to leave ME behind and think and play in another atmosphere.(or vacuum, we hope soon….) Thank you again, Domini for allowing these price breaks….we can play more (for less).
We would rather spend money upfront for a game than have to spend coins. We really hope this isnt the future for your games or youve lost another customer.
We started this game with high expectations. However you need to purchase coins in order to use the hint button. So much for this game. Disappointed.
We almost have downloaded all your games. Do you have more F2P? It would be a good sales strategy, since we payed for several gold coins packets playing this free game. We needed extra help with some puzzles. Thank you.
Our previous review had the no sound issue. We submitted a customer support email and they replied back very fast. Ive downloaded the update and the sound is fixed. This is a beautiful, visually stunning game. Im enjoying it immensely as you need to use coins to skip mini games, and we sometimes do because we get impatient and want to move the story faster. Only slight issue remains is that for the in-app purchases, Im not very clear on what a few of them will benefit. Like what does unlocking CE actually does? Minor, but hopefully the description can be made more clear in time. As this game is f2p, we highly recommend checking it out, and the purchase for hints are reasonable, and you can earn coins, using the button thats free, but on a timer.
Knew it was to good to be true you still need to buy coins If you want to be able to skip or get a hint. Cheaper to Just buy the game for $6.99 disappointed.
We swear it feels like Ive played this game before, but without having to buy coins. Like we just bought the game…lol.
We have loved all the games, but this free game has no sound it looks to be good game. Please fixed the sound because it will defeat the purpose of playing the game.
This is the same game that you sent last year so we wont be purchasing again.
