It is a good game and we did the 6.99 purchase but we finished the game and not even sure what the 6.99 payed for. We know it our problem because we didnt read all of what it said but we would like to know what we actually paid for.
Great game with lovely artwork and marvelous puzzles! We always love the games with shades of good and evil. This was a smooth play for us. Terrific workand please give us EIPIX! You know we will buy. Thanks for such a literate and lovely game! We even enjoyed the HOPs (usually just tapping for me) because of the artwork! Moxieruby.
This was decent, long enough. Art was good, writing and voice acting could have been better. Main issue is that some things didnt seem to work correctly as laid out on the iPad screen.
The game is good but the items that you have to select is not sensitive to the touch. One has to tap multiple times for it to finally work. Also, the games freezes once and a while. You have to close out and go right back in and it works. Other than those two things, we find the game very enjoyable.
The item provided to take the nails out of the birdhouse is refusing to allow us to use it. It keeps saying there must be a another way, Ill try another solution, etc. And others. We know we have the correct item, but it still refuses to let us progress forward on the game. Please explain how we can fix this issue. P.s. We have tried restarting the game several times.
This is a fun game, cant go any further because the bread making section does not work, it does nothing after pouring the milk into the measuring container, the measured milk in the container will not pour into the bread pan to start the bread making, disappointing, it just keeps going back to its location without pouring into the pan.
The biggest issue with this game is that it takes several tries to pick up or touch an item either with your finger or Apple Pencil. Its frustrating to know that youre clicking on the right item, but the game isnt recognizing your touch. Im surprised it has a 4.4 rating.
Update did not fix knife issue. Still stuck. We do not restart games once into them. A fix would be fair. That would be the correct thing to do. It could be really great game. Never played the full game. Money gone.
Update: we uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, which took care of the issue. Love the game and story line! Im stuck at the same place as everyone else once the items have been sewn onto the pillow there is something off screen you are supposed to get but cant get to! Hit the hint button and it circles something that isnt even on screen. Please fix this!! Love the story, but this is frustrating!
We really loved the artwork. It is vibrant, and so gorgeous even down to small details. This was an interesting take on the headless horseman. It was well written and fun to go through. Right now we are finished and the third grader has requested we go through it together so here we go. Thanks to all who make this so beautiful, and a continuation of the headless horseman. Very cleverly done and we took time to enlarge the scenes JUST to see the artistic touches. Please, back to work folks… We would like many more like this. Tezza.
Still in the trial period, the first issue noticed was when pressing on items, the description flashes and goes away before one can read the item. Please fix this error. We hear everyone is having problems with the pillow and the getting the knife. We just skipped it right away and it works that way. That being said we should not have to skip it for it to work. The game ran great great after that. We enjoyed this series. We hope they update fast. Update to Lynx: we did contact Oleg for more Epiex games. Thank you for all your help. We love all the games we get and need more of them.
We think we’ve found why some people can complete the pillow puzzle and get the knife, and for others it just cant be done. It appears the order matters for the two cutouts. But, once youve done the wrong one first, theres no way to reset the puzzle to the beginning or to skip it. So you are stuck with abandoning a good game, or replaying from the start. We liked this game better than many, because we actually did that twice. The first time we did the same thing again. The second time, about a week later (insomnia, what can we say!), we did them in the other order and it worked. Developers, please add a proper reset and skip to that puzzle before more people give up on you. And maybe lose the order. Thanks!
Attention all players: You know how we killed myself to obtain all of those EIPIX games for you? Well, apparently Oleg does not want to release them to our population of gamers because they were not profitable on Android! If you want games as badly as we do, and you want to support us (knowing all we and our Dream Team Elite did for you) we are asking ALL of you to contact Domini support and ask for those EIPIX games to be released! There are approximately 40 games. EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO IT! Do not count on anybody else except for yourself, or we will NEVER see those games! Oleg needs reassurance that we will PURCHASE and PLAY all of the EIPIX games not given to us by BigFish! We are begging you for help. You are MY GROUP! MY GROUP supports OLEG and DOMINI! Please do as we ask. Its for your benefit! Lynxie says thank you from the bottom of our heart! We wish we had a better response. We know some of you did your part, but sadly many did not! So we wont be getting EIPIX, and it seems that Oleg is only interested in his f2p. So we think you can kiss our beloved genre goodbye. We tried, but you did not come to our aid, and thats it! This game was good. It had length, a decent storyline and a nice mix of HO scenes and mini-games. The graphics were beautiful. Unfortunately the game was ruined do to a tremendous lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface! Oleg refuses to fix this issue! He is fortunate that we did not deduct more stars, but we rate objectively. We did not experience any issues with said knife. We are still going to ask you all to write to Domini and demand those EIPIX games! This population of gamers needs to make its presence known. Give us games and we shall buy them. Another Great game! No problems yet.. More Please!
However, the knife at the pillow disappeared and we couldnt continue after buying the game. We tried everything- hints, exiting, over-clicking- we were stuck.
We also had a problem with the pillow mini-game. We had to delete and reinstall game and replay up to that point, then use hint and skip buttons to bypass. Also it was difficult to read the names of the inventory items, since the descriptions flashed VERY briefly when the items were tapped.
To fix the moon & horseman sewing thing, delete and reinstall, play the WHOLE thing over, and you should be able to take the knife.
We keep getting nothing we can do right now. What am we doing wrong. Cant do anything. Game paid for.
We really liked this game until there was a major glitch and we couldn’t finish. It looks like others had the same problem with the headless horseman pillow and the missing knife. So disappointed.
Could not progress past the part where we were supposed to cut pieces out of the pillow with a knife. This has always been the most glitchy developer:(. UPDATE: we deleted and replayed the game up to the same point, and it worked the second time around and we were able to get the knife. Very annoying that we had to replay about an hour worth of game though!
After cutting the pillow pieces and sowing them on there is no knife to pickup… The hint button shows us where it should be… Without the knife we cant free Kane… Please fix… Thanks… Otherwise a really great game!!! :)

We are stuck trying to find knife to cut out horse and moon. Knife just disappears. We have reset, started over and still have same problem, then we deleted and reloaded. Still no knife. Im tired of doing the beginning three times. Are you going to fix this or not?
There are several problems with this game. The mini game with the pillow is not the only mini game with problems. The maze did not work properly either and we are not about to reset a game and be forced to repeat play to get something to work. This could have been a good game, but the biggest problem and the one that keeps it from being a fun game and instead causes headaches is the fact that it usually takes 3 or 4 tries before anything can be picked up. It is maddening! Also the inventory descriptions do not stay on the screen long enough to read them, so they are useless. Please lets have some quality control before releasing.
Where you sew on the moon and horse to the pillow it doesnt give you the knife. Used this as our free game for the month and cannot play. Ugh! Cant play any further.
Cannot take the knife after doing the horse and moon cut outs. A few glitches before that, exiting and reentering the game fixed (annoying considering all glitches should be worked out prior to offering for sale, but at least could play). This glitch is fatal – we cannot proceed with the game.
We’ve completed the puzzle and the knife is not there.
- Your fix should not be to uninstall and redo half the game. 2. Youve had over a week with no fix and no update. 3. Your games are getting to not be worth the price with all the issues.
