Great graphics and story line. Its very smooth. Highly recommended.

We like the game so far. We like the realistic of the characters. This is very important to us when playing the games. We like the puzzles too. We think Im going to pay to play the whole game as long as it keeps our interest.

Enjoying this game. Hope it doesnt end too soon. Add new chapters.

WAY above average game from Big Fish! Excellent, unique puzzles with lots of over the top animation one doesnt find in the run-of-the-mill HO games you usually find. Well worth the price of admission! You wont regret it.

We enjoyed the trial version (which was too short) but after we paid for it the mini games were often unresponsive to our touch. We deleted it because our sanity is more important than $2.99.

Not the best game we’ve played. Some puzzles are indecipherable and we cannot even figure out the instructions. On the other hand there is a very enjoyable minigame that reappears several times during the game – we even came to look forward to it. There are too many match the shapes games and some rely on dark backgrounds to make it hard to see the shapes. There are a lot of familiar (and repeated more than once in the game) tropes – such as you have to oil the rusty whatever to get it working. Find the missing parts to assemble the whatever. You know what we mean. The only one we did NOT see in this game is find food for the hungry animal to get whatever. We would say this an uneven game. No one thing stands out – although we enjoyed the friendships that were depicted as well as one or two really hilarious moments of dialogue. We would never play this game again – which is saying something because we love to play old favorites again. So – only 3 stars.

The game froze as we were trying to open the golem with the jack. It froze and made typing-like noises. We exited, turned off, and restarted. It remained frozen with weird noises. Have deleted profile and attempting to play. It worked fine the first 2 times we played the game. It was on the 3rd attempt that it froze. We read that there is on technical help. The writing is small. Makes it difficult. Some of the suspense/music is annoying. Maybe its suppose to make it very very suspenseful. But if fails.

It is an interesting game but, the game is frozen with the jack stuck in the mans mouth and we cannot exit or close this part of the game.

We play all the hidden object games we can get our hands on, and we think this may very well be the most boring game we have ever played in our life.

App got stuck in middle of game and there is no way to get help with it. Help!!!!!!

Mad head games brings us this post apoplectic adventure and its not bad! Detailed artwork, kooky characters and lots to do. Worth playing!

Mad Head brings yet another fascinating and original adventure! We found this game to be Enjoyable and unique in so many areas. Yes, the graphics were intense, however we did not find them to be a problem with eye strain or a headache. In fact, they not only fit the storyline, but were an added plus to the game. Lots to see and do – Characters roles very well done. Hidden object scenes were of a variety with some very unique twists. Collectibles and morphing objects to find, along with a teleporting map. Lots to absorb, take in and enjoy . We personally Loved it and highly recommend you give it a try. You will either love it or hate it. It is all on personal taste. Thanks to the developer and Big Fish for releasing such Great Entertainment!!! P.S. Looking forward to their next release. Happy Gaming Everyone. Enjoy the Adventure! KdBoots.

We usually do not like fantasy games, but this is an exception. Loved the artwork, interactive and varied HOPs and puzzles. Not an overly complicated plot. Long-playing main game and bonus story. Collectible objects to find are clearly drawn at the bottom of the scenes. Suggestions: needs a faster refresh rate. Make it possible to locate missed collectibles in the extras section.

Several times it was unclear what to do next, so we used the guide often.

The plot was not consistent. The text was tiny. Did not live up as a sequel in this new series of games in our opinion.

Warning: this game might cause undesirable effects for those players with sensitivities to visual shakiness and flashing lights. We were expecting to become enamored with this game since our perception of its predecessor was favorable. We were certainly not "thunderstruck." The plot continues the post-apocalyptic theme although said theme in this sequel is not as dominant as it was within "Skyline" with heavy emphasis on sci-fi elements. The plot is both underwhelming and abstruse, as if the storyline met a dead-end street, never fully evolving in a fluid and logical sense. With the exception of two characters who exemplify quirky personalities, there is a shortage of characters that have depth, so we could not establish an emotional connection to empathize with them. The fashions of the characters, though, suit a neo-futuristic vibe: hooded cloaks, high-top boots, leather trench coats, sharp-toothed jewelry and we love that mask with the long antlers. The overall gameplay, while not groundbreaking, is creatively executed, typical of this developer. The HOSs are artistically thematic and highly interactive. Some are action-driven, accompanied by dialogue in one such scene, you move around a depiction of a village with shops, finding items within each close-up relative to a particular shop. The puzzles range from easy to medium-level difficulty. None of them are memorable. The elven-door puzzle in the Queen’s chamber took us some time to solve. Some puzzles often repeat, especially when using a gimmicky device. You discover the same-old collectible within each scene, and it can blend into the environment. You also collect morphs in the HOSs. The free trial is very short as the entire game was but we did go ahead and buy it. Our take is that we do not find this sequel as interesting and absorbing as the original game. We are distracted by the intermittent shakiness and flashes of light, causing us to look away from our device. While this game offers enough glimpses into the clever imagination of this developer, the storyline fails to arouse our curiosity, and hence the 3-star rating.

Note to KimTwilight: all the shaking and lightning flashes actually made us feel somewhat dizzy, and we never realized that we were so sensitive to that sort of issue while gaming. So we are relieved that you warned others while we failed to do so. We didnt particularly enjoy this game or this series by Mad Head. It was a banal and trite storyline. Dracyy, lets just say that we were apoplectic about this post-apocalyptic fantasy-themed game. (Your auto correct wasnt working, lol!) You could customize settings. The graphics were quite unusual and visually stunning. We did not like the constant movement from either the tornadoes or the lightning, although the special effects were quite spectacular. Instead they made us feel somewhat dizzy and nauseated. Under the menu tab was a notebook with tasks and clues. It would have served us better if access to these functions was located on the user interface. At least the teleport map had an in-game tab to transport you instantaneously between locations. At each location you must collect a swirl symbol. Morphing objects objects were confined to the HO scenes, which were overly numerous and quite average in variety considering the developer. The gadget was the amulet, which you must charge time and time again, and the mini-game associated with it was simplistic and dull and grew old quite fast. There wasnt a large plethora of tasks at each location. The puzzles/games were extremely boring and showed no ingenuity typical of Mad Head. Some were games of dexterity, others were boring rotational puzzles and still others were codes, mazes and a labyrinth. This game was extremely short, inclusive of the bonus adventure. Our true rating will be 3 stars rounded down to 2.5 stars for length, lack of decent puzzle instructions on several mini-games (helpful for newer players), and a pervasive sentiment of ennui. We have come to expect much longer and better games from this developer, so this was a disappointment. If you decide to purchase this game, please at least do it while the sale price is still available. Sorry for the negative review. Remember gaming is subjective and there are those of you who will like this game. It just wasnt our cup of tea! Happy gaming everyone!

This might be a great game, but the text is ridiculously, unnecessarily small, making it nigh on unplayable on our iphone 6s Plus.

The story of the game doesn’t do anything for us. Game play has us entertained though.

Do not play this game if you are sensitive to flashing lights, rapid flickers, strobes, explosions, etc. This game would be extremely dangerous for those prone to photosensitive epilepsy, seizure, migraines, vertigo, etc. We could not play this game for more than a few minutes without feeling distinctly sick.

We aren’t even given one full chapter as a trial. This is much too short a time to form any opinion on whether the game will be worth buying. Seems like the trials are getting shorter and shorter. WHY? If Big Fish wants us to buy these games, they need to re-think this policy. We’ll wait to buy it until it goes on sale for $2.99.
