Calling all logical minded. Forget this game. Dont even try it. Wallet warriors from old servers govern all and single out those who are not native. DONT PAY FOR HATE! Your better than these ignorant fanatics.
Gameplay does not get any shallower. It requires no skill. Just open loot boxes until you cant, then pay money, or wait for increasingly long periods of time. The graphics are pretty though. These games are predatorial trash.
We dont have a credit card to update our billing information it wont let us do anything we havent been playing for about five months because we dont have a card yet is there another way that we can pay to get updated so we can keep playing.
The game was ok now everything cost money dont waist your money and time.
We are looking for English speaking players to recruit to our team here within kingdom 129. We own the palace with really no immediate threat at all and we have billions of resources for constant growth. Lets come together and build a team that we can enjoy and kill alongside. Im looking to recruit bloodthirsty players, and again, English speakers please. This game is full of all nationalities, but for this game to truly expand into other countries, there has to be a group in that country that is spreading the word to others.
We have loaded $100 dollars to our days of empire account. We still havent been able to play our game in full version. We have tried to contact them via game and website contact email. Non of them responding for a week. Watch your money they will not explain anything! Please contact us if you are a game admin! This is ridiculous to ignore your customers.
Ive had it for 2 years and we cant get any better.
Now this game is awesome because its not too complicated and it has that thing were you choose how the thing goes and we like keep up the good work.

We spend most of our time in the game with happiness.
We built our castle Big, then a glitch caused us to be ejected and we ended up losing 20 million power being hit by super over powered player instant. Then the next week our main hero went missing for 1 week. Next week after that 3 million power magically disappear. Then they ban us for exchange war words In chat, no real bad words used. Developers care less for loss. Our advice to everyone reading, dont download this game.

You can upload any country flag from your avatar but you can not uploaded Uyghur flag. This is tooo racist move. You can see so many player playing under their country flag but you can not play with uyghur flag? For what reason? We will tell our kingdom users and our social media community. You guys disgusting.
If you are English speaking dont bother playing the game. They will gang up on you until you leave the game. We wish we could get our money back for what we bought.
Nice game with so many bugs and system errors, bad customer service …. Unfortunately this game can be much better if they can fix their bugs and their attitude towards the players.
The game follows a plan to drain the players' money and do not care what the players say and what they need , they just want our money nothing else.

Buenas empiezo para decirle que el juego us encanta en su totalidad y tiene muy buenos eventos a cada semana , llevo 6 meses con el y soy un jugador que invierte en su castillo. Pero en esta actualizacin hicieron un evento nuevo de asedio donde hay unas ciudades en el reino que debes ocupar y otras alianzas te pueden atacar. Pero fallaron que cuando tus tropas son atacadas mueren. Y eso esta muy mal porque no es un evento de aniquilacin ni lucha de reino que puedes revivirlos. Deberian hacer como campo de llamas que solo heridas aunque debas gastar de tus recursos para curar. Perdi muchas tropas por este evento, que tan siquiera pusieron es su descripcin nada de perder tropas. Se les fue el avin. Incluso si hubiera perdido todo borraba el juego . Consejo describan mejor los eventos en especial si vas a peder tropas gracias.
The game is wonderful although in some rewards especially those of the roulette wheels the true rewards with almost impossible to obtain but in reality we would like them to implement is the migration between kingdoms we have many friends from other kingdoms who would like to join our guild and they cant because their castles are very big, we know that it lends itself to many things, but we don't know how to do it once a month or do it by request. Thank you.
Your game is too lopsided towards those that have money to waste. We will not be around too much longer because we cannot compete with the people that can spend $1000s on a game. Too bad because this is a great game otherwise. If you were not quite so interested in making quick profits, you might find that a lot more people would hang around and spend $50-100 per month. We will be sorrybto leave but just dont want to play a game that we cant win at without wasting $1000s. Thank you for listening.
This game is Awesome, with this said there are a few minor issues that can be expected one try to translate Arabic,Turkish,and other language at all times as there are not a lot of English speaking alliances.
Its a very fun game to play for all ages.
Amazing game very addictive already one year that Im playing.
We played lots of games but we loved The Ottomans Great graphics always new events we made friends from all around the world.
This game can be fun but Im having too many glitches to make it fun. We have been trying to get support help with a bug for when we apply to our alliance we will receive a blank alliance message and we have to reapply. When we were sent an invite (after asking for one) we received a blank alliance message. We took screenshots and the only message we got back was ask our alliance to send us an invite… There are more glitches but this is our current headache.

These people are garbage when it comes to support. Do not spend your money on this game it is totally the waist of time and money.
This is possibly the worst update ever. The new features are nice, but it has disrupted the normal course of play. How is it possible to start the power gain event with NEGATIVE 450,000 power? And the ticket submission system is not working – indicates server error, please try back later. Please address this immediately! Thank you for your prompt response. We appreciate the reply. And have updated to 2 stars from 1.
Kept keeping up with upgrades, hoping it would become more interesting.
Why is our character a man we are female. How can we fix this.
We just started the game, and already having issues. It keeps kicking us off every time we go to expand our empire, we push the land and it kicks us right off the game. Not cool.
We are enjoying the game, the building, the alliances and chats. We hope this game keeps growing In a good halal way.
Ive been playing for a few days now and we really like it! Excited to see what gets added in future updates.
