Lots of fun, no bugs or problems. We play online with a friend every day. A reliable game.
Update: thank goodness the offensive ads seem to have stopped. But now we want to report a bug and we dont see how to do that. When playing online, when someone takes a mulligan, im pretty sure im still seeing their original play instead of their final attempt. It shows us that they fall off, but then they still show up in a different place than where they started on that turn. Original review Enjoying the app. However – Im getting these ads about liposuction when im playing the game (pass n play) with a person who has anorexia!! What the f?! We looked for how to pay to get rid of ads – thats how disturbing this is – but we couldnt find it. Any way to change the ads or get rid of them?
Sadly regretting our in-app purchase as this dev studio hasnt provided a substantive update in 2+ years (whenever they rolled out the mirror tracks).
Our wife and we have played this game since the first one originally came out. We absolutely love it. We would love to see an option to disable ads though.
We dont know where to ask this so we hope it can be answered here. Am we able to change our username in the app? Also we really love this game! We play it with a friend states away! We wish it would automatically play the persons turn while youre watching it instead of closing out and going back in to see that they had played their turn. We also wish the coin purchases were separate for disc designs and power moves. Overall its a great game!
A decent improvement to #1. We wish they would make a track building option, so we could have more racing options. Also, what the point of the coins once you unlocked everything? Wish it could be more useful. Increase limit on number of games playable. Can we get more tracks?
Our family plays this as a way to keep in touch but not annoy one another. We like the chat and it is a way to know that someone who lives alone is still kicking. To get rid of the annoying adds cost $. Then after playing a few games the app says the others in the family are at their maximum number of games even if they are only in one game. This is a bug or it is intended to cause players to expand their community and bring new customers. Please fix this.
We love the ads. We can watch more ads here than almost any other game. And they dont make you wait two turns you can see them after each turn. So generous. We’ve found so many products and services this way. Better than Amazon prime.
Still actively supported after what must be close to 10 years. Our boys and we still play it, although they are now in college. Buy this app, then buy some cosmetics. They deserve it!
We loved the original disc drivin, played over 1k games with friends and this one did not disappoint! Speed runs are a great addition and way to stay competitive with friends without waiting turns and help you learn the maps. The new specials are great too and we love the mix of classic maps, new ones, and redesigned classics. Great job team! We will surely need to bring our charger everywhere we go for the foreseeable future!

Been playing daily for years! Great turn based game and no game is ever the same.
It is a great game. It gets regular updates and stays functional. You can play with friends and other people. It sends you notifications so you k ow when it is your turn to play. It also has multiple modes to play. If you are with someone irl you can play pass and play. If you are not with someone irl you can play over the internet. It is a great buy especially since it is a FREE game.
Great sequel to one of our favorite games. Would love new tracks, power ups and more. Why not have the different track textures affect the disc differently? Also we miss jumping- the hover power is a poor substitute.
Ads were bad enough, latest update doesnt send push notifications, also created bug where you cant see what youre typing in chat.

This would a great game if only it didnt pummel you with ads almost every move. Id happily consider paying to get rid of the ads but theres no option to do that. Update: Im done. If we see that stupid Flip Trickster or Red Man Must Win ad once more Ill gouge our eyes out.

The game is great, it is a blast playing with friends locally, but we think there should be a creative mode where you can creat your very own track and play it with friends and also share with people online, but the creative courses should have a limit to things that can be placed on it!! We think doing this will makes things a lot more interesting and fun!

We have been playing this game for 5 years now. We played the older version, and now the newer one. Our friends have been playing for 7 years. Its elegantly simple and entirely worth paying for.

This game is fantastic. Play it all the time. So much in fact that Im dying for new maps and upgrades! Plus Ill pay for no adds all day!
We like the game but Im done with it. Finally writing a review. We played thousands of matches on the first one and our stats say we’ve played 485 matches in this new game. We simply cannot continue to play the game in its current form. 1) ADS: The ads are just over the top. They are incessant. We dont need to go into too much detail here because if youve play the game you understand already. If we’ve played 485 Games then we’ve probably watched 5000 ads when you consider mulligans and between each turn. We just cant bear to watch another one. 2) BUGS: The bugs are super annoying. If we opt to use a mulligan (and watch another ad) we frequently do not get the option to use our power up or use our second swipe (or third). This is a game changer as a whole swipe or two is huge. We used a mulligan to improve our position, not worsen it. 3) we bought the original game years ago. However we never paid for this new game because as others have said in reviews early on, you still get ads! We would be more than happy to pay for the game and continue playing if it would remove ALL the ads and sort out the bugs.
New levels are not fun. What is the point of the pacman level?? Takes forever.

Ever since we downloaded this (which was a few days ago) we fell in love with it! But for pass and play mode, can you add a feature where you can edit the disc colors and player names instead of player 1/player 5 etc.
We would love to give this game a great rating, because it has been a blast to pass and play while waiting in theme park lines… However, we had no idea that we would be watching adds after paying for a game! Is that a thing? We thought that only happened in free apps!!? Furthermore, we dont see myself playing this enough to ever unlock the fun abilities listed as features (because we dont want to watch adds!). And we are not going to pay to unlock those features (because we dont want to watch adds!!).
Way to many ads making the otherwise spectacular game pretty much a horrific experience!
Disc drivin 1 was great! How could the sequel be terrible? Just ad invasive ads right in the middle of the game. This is terrible. We would pay money for the game without ads. We would pay money to not have ads. We dont have either option. Terrible decision.
This is a great game to pass the time or to fill a few minutes between daily activities. It is a well balanced game which is challenging but completely doable. Plus, with all the multiplayer options, you can boost the fun with friends!
The physics are nice and so are the controls. We love the local mode because you can play it live. We wish android could connect to iPhone via local mode. We also would like a way to chat. The reward system is ok. We dont really care about the cards we just want the skins. We highly recommended this game.
Our friends and we played the original disc Drivin for years, daily–mostly to stay connected through chat. We would have whole long conversations each turn. Would love to see that feature again. Otherwise, this is a 5 star game. Edit: there is a chat feature! You have to enable it in settings. Just realized this after months of playing.
We have been playing DD since the beginning and its the perfect phone game. Just download it and try it. More people need to play this game!
How can this game get one positive review?? The graphics are good but thats it. We swipe feverishly at the disc but there is little to no response. What a total waste. Its like trying to run as fast as you can in a pool. You just cant get anywhere. Hate it!

DD and DD2 are the only games that we ever really have gotten into since buying our first smartphone years ago. The lack of chat on DD2 ruined the social experience and led many of our friends to stop playing. The big update with chat and (finally) Android support revolutionizes the game. DD2 is now reaching its full potential. Now, why don’t we give this great game 5 stars? It’s the ads. Every time you take a mulligan, you’re treated to a 30 second ad. Once in a while, his 30 sec ad ends up being as long as 2 minutes. It’s really annoying to have to sit through here ads. I’d recommend Pixelocity shorten the ads to 15 secs at the most. Then I’d give the game a full 5 stars. Or give us the option to pay 5 bucks and never see another ad again, like was done with DD1.
Update 8/28. Chat is a welcome addition to the game, thus moving our rating from 3 stars to 4. However, still much work to be done around ads (vary from 15 seconds to 2.5 minutes – really? Who is going to wait that long to watch an ad?). There are also still issues when replying some ads for mulligans where the ads dont accurately show or if they do, when you go again your additional swipes and power ups are grayed out and cant be used. Id really like to make this 5 stars but until its working consistently, we are unable to do so. Update 4/5/18. Still no chat or ability to remove all ads for mulligans. Also, certain ads for mulligans do not allow you to click out of them at the end and play after every single turn, even if you restart the game. Its wasted much of our time since we have to sit there for 30 seconds hoping we can go again when ultimately we cant. If changes arent made soon, we will remove the app and advise others to do the same as well. The second game is a fresh approach to disc driving. However, it is sorely lacking a full instruction manual on how to play, obtain power ups, etc. As well as the chat function. While we enjoy it, we do hope the creators will continue to update and add missing parts otherwise it will ultimately fall short of the original.
Disc driving 2 is a great game and the only reason we give it 4 stars is because the adds get annoying.

Our brothers and we used to crowd around an Ipad and play this game and other games every time we got together. So far seems pretty easy to pick up. Gotta get used to the new features. There are some ads, but nothing too annoying. Cant wait to unlock all of the upgrades and weapons. Blast and missile? This is awesome!
