Absolutely love this game but the wait time on new levels or a new book is totally uncalled for. Also cannot see where our Facebook are on the game. Always needing to log into Facebook. This is a Disney game and too wait two weeks or more on developers to add new levels to this game and cant see your friends is disgusting from Disney and truly unbelievable.

We have enjoyed this game for years (on level 1585). Recently though the ads between games for other games are so annoying because you cant close them even after watching the whole thing!! We know ads are necessary but please dont lock us in!! Sometimes we have to close the game and reopen to proceed! Just ridiculous!
After deleting the game and restoring it, why does it go back to where we were instead of starting all over again.."??? It would be nice to have a choice. Please reply.
We have played this for several years! After your recent change… We were forced to start at the very beginning and lost all the games we had played.
We have had this app on our phone for YEARS and we loved it. We ran the latest update and we dont know if it was a developer change or what. Now between each turn there is an ad. Based on the ads, we can see it is probably the same developer for other games we have deleted as well. We understand the need for ads, but between EVERY turn is beyond excessive. Have permanently deleted this and the others.
This game used to be our favorite but seldom play it anymore. Too many ads and some are hard to end the ad. We wont be spending any more money on this game! Waste of time playing it-too many ads!
Change name to Frozen Free Fall 2 cuz every annoying ad freezes the app. Even if you sit thru them, no amount of clicking or even trying to push thru to the suggested app does nothing. The game now stinks. Period.

We use to LOVE this game! We have no idea what happened but after the last couple updates It appears that we’ve completed every level and we havent. It doesnt even the bonuses every day And the ad amount is insane.
With this latest update, ads between EACH new try of a level. We wont be going back to the app until we can purchase to turn off ads. And we have LOVED this game until this and the fact that you cant purchase more lives! Please change!

We’ve played this game for years, but the constant ads have ruined a great game. Ill be in the middle of a game and an ad pops up that either wont load or we cant get rid of and Im forced to lose a life. When the ads do load it takes over the volume control and theres no way to turn it down. Either let us purchase an ad free version or Im done! Ridiculous.
We would gladly pay to get rid of the constant annoying ads. The ads are at least 30 seconds long. There is an ad after every game played. You can actually restart the game in far less time than it takes to watch one of your ads. It makes no sense!

We’ve played this game for a couple of years and always enjoyed it. Now that it has ads, its just another annoying commercial.
We think this is a fun game, but have had a lot of issues with it. First install, we played it to level 284, then it seized up and wouldnt allow us to move on to the next level. We finally deleted the app and re-installed it. Now, after trying again, a couple of times; deleting and re-installing it twice more. We cannot access the game beyond the Daily Reward page. We had played all the levels on the first page, downloaded the first requirement and now Im stuck again, unable to get past the Daily Reward page to continue. Please advise.
We’ve enjoyed this game for years, but we wont be strong-armed into giving it access to data from other apps to personalize our experience. Give us a true OPTION to pay for an ad.-free version!
Your game is not giving magic when you win levels.
Every time we get an Ad it turns off our systems sounds. Not sure what you have done with this game but we no longer enjoy it. Used to be one of our favorites. You need to fix the problem, we are considering removing the game because of this.
We understand the need for ads, but this is getting ridiculous! Having to watch a 30 second ad after every round/level makes this game not very enjoyable anymore!

We’ve been playing for years. We’re on level 1203. We paid to avoid ads and now they are back. We had over 100000 points and now they are gone; not used, just gone. All of our power ups disappeared. We feel like the new company is taking advantage and disenfranchising long-term players.
We have been playing Maleficent for approximately 6 years. This is the third time we restart because even though we saved our score we cannot seem to connect our old score to a new device. On our first device, it was an old Tablet that gave out, we were already on level 1300. More or less. Our second device was our phone which we were on level 750 and our phone charger started to give us trouble. So now we started today on another device… So needless to say we love this game. Thank you…
Im glad to see they are bringing back more game challenges, but we dont understand why they dont want to take our money for unlimited lives. Wish that would re-emerge.
This game used to be amazing and technically it still is. But a lot has changed over the years. For one there’s a couple bugs that are quite an annoyance. Like sometimes when you start a level after viewing an ad, the game’s music and sounds are muted. It’s frustrating because that’s one of the best things about the game. Also on the topic of ads, they’ve gotten more aggressive through the years. We can understand letting us voluntarily choose to view ads for getting lives or magic points for free. And we can maybe even understand giving us an ad after losing a level (even though it wasn’t always like that) but we can’t understand how this game attacks us with an ad video after WINNING level. Like great, our reward is this annoyance, thanks. The amount of ads in the game has definitely made us lose some interest. We used to play it so often because it was favorite game of this type because we don’t normally see ones with a "dark" theme and "spooky"ish music. Also Maleficent is one of our all time favorite movies. And games of this type are INCREDIBLY helpful for our anxiety as it makes our brain really focus on something and not so much our anxiety. So it’s kinda sad that this one is slowly losing its spot as our favorite phone game.
We have been a fan of free fall for 7 years. We get new ownership, needing revenue etc. But, could you please fix the 2 features that have been screwed up?! The sound goes off after every advertisement and you have to manually turn it back on. And the daily small bonus points is constantly broken stating cant connect to server. Otherwise we still love this game!
Wait so long between updates, no longer have option to buy unlimited games for a settime, and ads between each game make us so frustrated with what used to be our favorite game.
The new ownership has ruined this game. We had a problem with not received new magic and the only solution was to uninstall and reinstall the app which wiped out whatever magic we had accumulated and making us start over. Now they are running ads for other games in between each game session. Extremely annoying and we will not continue to play unless this stops.
PLEASE remove the ads after EVERY attempt at a level!!! Or give us some option to remove them. This is the ONLY game we play and we’ve played it for YEARS (Im on level 2530) but the ads at full volume have RUINED it!! Ads interrupt your playing right in the middle of a level. Some ads don’t have the "X" to exit out when done to get back to the game and sends you to the App Store. Have to wait a while to get back on game because if you don’t, it sends you back to the App Store. Been playing for years but these has have become annoying constantly interrupting. Ok new update Aug 8 2022- so why doesn’t update!! Keeps asking us to update and goes back to please UPDATE! Can’t play game anymore!! Soooooo frustrating!
This game is related 4+ and so should not have advertisements for games about building a marijuana farm (along with unsavory characters and adult content) nor should there be ads for games that glorify gambling or are violent. Please do better Kongregate.
Used to be a fun game. All of a sudden, we lost all of our points we earned and the ads are ridiculous. Every other game an ad appears. Admin not helpful. Dont waste your time on this game.

Have played and loved the game for years but absolutely despise having to watch an ad for some game before every round. Its a waste of time and on principle would never download one shown. Some are just plain sick (killing a character if youfail)? Really???
We loved this game until recently. Now there are too many advertisements and requirements to watch videos to move onto the next game/level.
We do not like the new updates. If we successfully complete a level, we should be able to continue playing. Instead, we are seeing ads that we cannot close. This is ridiculous! It really bad if the ad is for casino like slot machines. Very annoying. We should only see ads if we want to get magic. We are very upset that a perfect game has been commercialized.
It would be okay if there was an ad when you beat a level, but having to wait for the ad to play after each attempt is tedious, annoying and frankly, has spoiled the game for us. We doubt we will play it anymore.

NEW DEVELOPERS RUINED THIS GAME Was great to play for years!!! Paid a lot of REAL MONEY to play this game. Then some I.D.I.O.T got the bright idea to add ads after EVERY SINGLE GAME!!!! We will no longer play and we will no longer spend REAL MONEY to play this game until this is fixed. They REFUSE to fix problems in the game. They disabled the daily rewards. They disabled the ability to connect with your friends for lives. KONGREGATE has RUINED a GREAT game. Shame on Disney!!! FIX THE GAME and REMOVE THE ADS!!! We have paid enough REAL MONEY on this game not to watch a single ad.
After completing 3,082 levels, Im deleting this app with no regrets. It was fun while it lasted.
