Divide By Sheep is a math puzzler about the Grim Reaper's devious plan to make some sheepy friends. Grim can only befriend the dead, so he decided to unleash a great flood and drag the sheep under. Now stranded on small islands and sinking fast, the sheep need you to help them reach safety.
It plays similar to classic counting games with dark humor where you need to cross a road or river, and can't have specific combinations of sheep, wolves, etc on the same raft. Here though the results are intentionally filled with gore and blood (unless you turn it off in the settings). It's a funny, dark math puzzle game.
You save the little animals by solving clever math puzzles. Divide By Sheep is a game of addition and subtraction by any means possible, where puzzles start off fairly easy and playful, yet quickly escalate in both difficulty and dark humor.

Unbelievable how much of the game is going on with this app we love the app app we love the fact we have to go on a daily game when it is free and it doesn't work as well at least it will have app to do you can have a good app to play it is the app for you and the game is good for the game and you have the game on your game but it will not have the app to be on the game when we go on a level and game when you can play the app on a level you have game play on a game you have not have game on your game.
This is a really enjoyable puzzle game. The graphics are unique and engaging. We just finished all the puzzles and was entertained throughout. Definitely recommend.

We couldn't stop playing this game until we had a perfect score on every level. It makes you think and laugh while at the same time saying "omg we just fed that sheep to the kraken." Super fun. We would definitely recommend this. Edit: we wish there was a restart option. We'd enjoy a replay without having to delete the app.
This game is really fun! We don't remember what we paid for it, but having casually played it for about a week, we definitely don't regret buying it and recommend it to anyone who like puzzle/strategy games. The game is challenging, beautiful, and fun. It's a part puzzle game, part strategy game, and fully awesome. The graphics are cute and quirky, and are reminiscent of games like Cut the Rope or Tiny Wings. However, this game is more challenging than it may appear and brilliantly juxtaposes it's bright colored lollipop cuteness with a comically gruesome gameplay mechanic. At the time of this review, there are 5 levels with 30 stages each. Although we have yet to complete all the levels, we'd love to see more available soon. We'd be more than happy to pay $.99 or so per new level, as it's clear that a lot of time and thought was put into this game, and we really appreciate that. We do have two small critics, however. Firstly, in our experience, the stages in each level don't seem to progress in difficultythe last few stages aren't the most difficult ones of each level. Although it may be a conscious decision made by the developers, we're guessing it was due to the introduction of new gameplay mechanics throughout each level. As a new gameplay mechanic is introduced, the stage which introduces it is made intentionally easy in order to illustrate the behavior of the mechanic. This brings us to the second critiquebefore a new gameplay mechanic is introduced, there is a screen with illustration which acts as a "tutorial" for the new element. However, as adorable as those illustrations are, they are not a good method of teaching how the new element behaves. They do an adequate job at best, and at worst mislead the user (which we found to be the case with the bouncing float with two arrows). If there is a proper way tutorial to introduce these new elements and mechanics, it would eliminate the need to have stupid-easy levels which throw of the pace and the progression of difficulty throughout the level, and they would greatly aid in better understanding and ultimately better player experience. The game still gets 5 starts because it's absolutely terrific despite its minor failings.
Great brain teaser with smart, dark humor. Have completed every puzzle to 100%. One of those games we'd spend days stumped on then kick ourselves for missing the solution.
Super cute math/puzzle game. The graphics are fun (if a little gory ), and some of the puzzles are actually pretty tricky. One neat thing is that the instructions are all purely visual – there's no text anywhere – just a series of illustrations. Definitely a fun game.

This is the most cutest game of all time.
Seriously, we're really tired of all these free games that waste our time. This game was 100 times more enjoyable to play, and for $0.99, totally worth it. Clever little game that does take clever thinking to beat, instead of just taking time to save up jewels to beat. Recommended.

We were addicted the moment we saw Jackscepticeye play it and we've gotten three stars on every level. It's challenging but not impossible. The animations are so cute and we found it hard to put it down when we started. Please keep making levels.

The overall concept and creativity is quite awesome! The puzzle difficulty level is very challenging and oddly rewarding (in a good way)!!! It's a great game to build up some mental skill and to crank up your deductive reasoning ability using a very creative animated population control method…!!! Get your sheep ON.

We generally avoid doing reviews, but this game is a step above the rest with its beautiful graphics and intuitive yet challenging level design. This game has quickly become a cult favorite of ours.

This game was great at killing time and making us think and form strategies- Rated it four stars because one of the levels was poorly explained, and since we got through the entire game in just two days. If they came out with another like this, we would gladly pay for the additional levels.
Trying to get the logic of how to fling sheep so that Zi have the right number for the escape raft and had these thoughts for the dev team: – the redo button has a slick animation that moves forward in time (to the right). The animation should be the opposite. You are resetting the board and going back in time. – the rescue raft should come in different sizes so that when you overload it, it sinks earning you the X. – not enough baaaaah sounds! Seriously flinging sheep should give you more bleets! Love the challenges.
Divide by Sheep is very fun app game but it keeps freezing. When we go on the App it shows the Divide by Sheep Symbol then goes to a Baby Blue Blank Screen. We have restarted the App and Restarted the Device and it repeats it. Other then that so much fun when it doesn't freeze. Plz Fix It.

As of today, 01/07/2016, the game immediately goes to a blue screen n just sits there! It worked yesterday and the day before. Not sure why it just stopped working, but please fix ASAP.

Absolutely fantastic puzzle game with bite size chunks. We felt that the new mechanics were released at a good pace to keep you interested through out the game. While the graphics may be cutesy and disarming, a couple of the levels were down right diabolical. We found ourselves having to think ahead several moves into the future in order to solve a lot of the puzzles, which is nice. Highly recommend.
Every once in a while, we find a great game that the entire family finds fun and challenging. This is one of them. And, no ads or IAP.
Demoed this at PAX East and have been anxiously awaiting its release. Totally worth it.
At first we were hesitant to buy it when we saw bad reviews. Since then, the developers have updated the game and it works fantastically. Definitely worth $2.99. It's also on Steam for what we believe is $5.00. Fantastic game. Love the music and the graphics.
