What Makes Dock your Boat 3D Stand Out
This completely redesigned 3D Version of the famous App "Dock Your Boat" offers even greater enjoyment of training because of its advanced user-friendly functions and beautiful artwork. The developers are passionate skippers by themselves and bring their sailing experience into the game.
The basic concept behind Dock your Boat 3D is the same as for the first 2D Version: The boat and harbour-simulator for docking and undocking under engine helps the skipper to improve her/his skills in safe manoeuvring of yachts in different environments. It also allows to handle lines, fenders and anchor. The wind strength can be set individually depending upon desired degree of difficulty.
If you want to play all scenes you will have to purchase a subscription. You will get access to all existing and future scenes then.
From now on you can also design your own scenes and share with your friends or students.
We offer several subscription models ranging from 1 week to 1 year.
The price is shown inside the app since it slightly varies for different countries. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Recommendation:
Make sure the app can access the internet on the first run! It should download scenes and other configurations that might be specific for your device. After that network is not needed anymore. However you will not get any configuration updates or new scenes then!
You might have to tap the "Factory reset" button on the start screen, if you encounter problems.

So this was a 5 star game but on the update our iPad wont show waves and it has done it every time but still a great game.
The game was really realistic. We liked it. We do role-play but the only thing about it is you should add more boats, but everything else is pretty good.
Perfect game, great boats, Great AI and waves, Great devs. Here are the cons: Very few boats, now im not trying to make it like a fun game but we think we should get new boats because not everyone has a sail boat like for example any Freeman or yacht or center console search it up its cool stuff! We really love the game and we can tell this game is for sailors and boaters but we were going to ask if you can ad sport fishing boat like Viking yachts and others also can you ad box boats driving around we would love it thank you.
Maybe can yall make like a center console boat but like bigger and has like 4 moters and have a boat so where you can walk around the boat. Please can you do this to the game before the end of July please we are begging you.
Its a good game cause we can practice modes.
Need haptic feedback when changing from throttling to neutral and neutral to reverse. Otherwise, you have watch your thumb instead of the boat.
We have been learning to sail and this game has reached us a lot of stuff on how to maneuver and to sail and drive boats but we wish there were more boats to choose from and bigger boats to.
This is the best and most realistic boat simulator game for iOS. It amazing. Would love to see new boats and a trim tab update to the speed boat.
Great game fun and realistic. Is there anyway we can get more center counsel boats with like twin motors that would do at least 50mph. And also was wondering if we can get like rain and thunderstorm options also, and also we noticed there is a fuel gauge on the dash it would be cool to get like a option where we can fuel up the boat at like a marina or something. DockYourBoat3D needs more vessels large and small great game so far more waves would be nice and bigger your game has five stars for us pretty decent it be nice if you could play with the AI boats we think its a great game is free to play on mobile and we think you should really get it.
We like to go to water/boat games and see how the physics are and these physics are amazing but it wont let us change the wind on the levels. Please fix this.

Subscription to access any more than the tutorial. Greedy developer that wants to milk your money. Keep looking, save your money.
Their is not much to the game with out a monthly subscription. And the amount of money their asking of is not worth it.
We love the app and have been playing it for a couple of years now. Super realistic and physics are amazing. We mostly play it while on monotonous conference calls. The subscription based fee irked us initially but now $2 increase? Nope, we'll save our $10 on a freebie. Thanks.
Ive been playing for awhile and Id say its pretty realistic we know itd be a lot of work but is there any way yall could add a bigger vessel? We work on a tug boat and Im close to moving into an operators position and a simulator like this could help us out we just wish the vessels were bigger and slower so you really had to take the time to figure out what needed to be done to land correctly as opposed to being able to save yourself quickly with throttle or steering.
We paid for the program and they demanded more money for us to be able to use the program. Are you kidding us?! Screw these people.
We think this would be a good game but its a scam. You pay $1 to download the game. You get to play 2 tutorials and then they want you to pay $10 for a subscription. Why did we pay $1 in the first place then? This game is a money trap.

We paid for the game. Got 2 training lessons. Every other board you want to play you have to pay for it. Total scam stay away from these dishonest crooks.
We have always wanted a boat game thats super realistic and this is the game its amazing graphics are crazy realistic and the whole boat driving and docking simulator is so cool we definitely recommend.
The game is awesome the prices are right but can you please add a ferry boat or a ship that would be perfect.
Bought the app. Loading on our we-pad and it stops at 90% do not see anywhere to get help.
We like it. Subscribed for the year. Would love to see it working on the iPad. The WiFi is 4 bars. No issue with any other apps. Tried the reset. Sometimes that gets it to the main screen where it reports a network connection then it freezes. We first loaded before moving the iOS to 12.5.2. It worked, sort of but would close out the app. Now it does not work at all on the iPAD.
Connects to network to download/install something. It seems to finish and load to 100% then just stays on the loading screen. This is on an iPhone 11 Pro all up to date software. update Tried reset method to no avail. Still stuck on the same screen. update 2 It seems our PiHole (ad/tracker dns blocking) was stopping some service in the game from resolving an address(es) and it did not fail gracefully. That is unfortunate. We think it mightve been a unity url.

We love the game! It does a really good job at simulating docking procedures and physics. Surprisingly it has actually helped us learn how to better dock an actual boat. It would be even better if you guys were able to add some different types of boats besides sail boats such as motor yachts. We feel like sail boats are a smaller fraction of what people own these days and motor yachts might be more helpful to some people. But overall, great game.

It is difficult to understand why this app would be on a subscription scheme, as it is clearly meant to be a simulator game. A game with no multiplayer functionality or other tremendous features to support any type of monthly or yearly payment. Dont bother downloading as you will only be able to play the intro after wich you need to subscribe. The developers argument against this is the complexity of code involved into making this simulator, which seems to be a rather weak argument to us…lets face it which other non-subscription based 3D game doesnt?! Charging people for a decent product, absolutely fine…but ripping people off is dirty.
We thought this app was good. The subscription price looked about right. Im having fun with this app.
Does the developer really need $15/year from everyone to share all the features required to make a realistic simulation? We dont think so. Dont waste your time even downloading this until the price structure changes.
This app is limited although decent. But there are bugs. This app should cost $1.99 not $12.99.
