A Glimpse into Domination: Earth
Augmented Reality strategy game "Domination: Earth" operates in the real world around you – military style! Check in wherever you go using your phone or tablet to capture places and pieces of land, expanding your global empire – like Geocaching on steroids!
Tactics include capturing lands to build military bases and recruiting armies in order to establish regional dominance. Create alliances with your neighbors to fight against foreign threats or simply build a missile launcher in your backyard and protect your hometown of invaders!
Construction resources will pop up all over the globe, so in the process of their collection you can explore places you’ve never seen before. Why not go hiking or cycling? Explore and adventure to secure valuable resources! Traveling to another country? Don’t forget to check in five times in any spot to establish a new base of operations. Once you’ve collected enough resources you can send your armies to the overseas base in order to advance your influence remotely, even after you’ve left!
Another clever aspect of the game is "item scrapping": scanning any real-world item with a barcode and transforming it into a resource by using your camera (don’t worry, you still get to keep your items afterwards!). Books, toys, DVDs, soda cans – almost anything becomes a source of useful material.

We love this app but there is a few bugs. And dominating the world will take many centuries.
Like a few others have stated, Im not walking half a mile to a mile to get a resource. The resources also dont appear until we place a flag down. Even Pokmon Go was easier to collect things than this (and we quit Pokmon Go because we didnt want to spend the data and time on it).
Great concept, we love how it actually forces people to move around in real life. Adds more meaning to going to the store.
Reminds us a lot of turf wars back in the day but this military themed. Although the UI is a little buggy so please update to make it more fluent.
This isnt Pokmon Go. Im not going to walk to resources to pick them up. So its silly that that is the only way to obtain resources. Also, learning to play the game is terrible. We got 1 step into it. We couldnt go any farther because all the resources were too far away. No, Im not leaving our house or work just to get the gold that is half a mile away. Good concept, very poorly made though.
Great concept but it’s impossible to play without putting money into the game.
Its a really fun concept and would be better with several updates like real time location positioning. Our position updates either too late or too early; its not consistent. We dont mind walking for resources, but we do mind walking places and not being able to get items just cause theyre a couple of steps away is a little more than annoying.
