We love this game, we just wish there were more hotels and we wish we could continue previous levels.
We play this game all the time. Now that we are through the hotels we have to wait for another to come out we dont understand why we cant keep playing levels on hotels even if we got to level 60? Id love to keep playing the hotels that were some of our favorites. Such a bummer, but otherwise we love playing this game.
It is a fun game we really enjoy it, but it constantly crashes! Theres a tournament right now where you can win prizes and everytime we beat a level our game shuts down and takes a life away even tho we passed (happened 4 times in a row) also it gives us the option to watch videos to reduce speed of new/better products but that makes it glitch out and never takes time away. Would be fun if didnt glitch/crash so much.
This game crashes all of the time!!! At this point, Im wasting our money. Why waste money on a game that doesnt work properly. Ive tried to get in contact with someone but havent received a response back. Ill be contacting our friend at the FCC as well as Apple. This game is stealing our money and we wont stand for that.
The app asks you to buy various packages, but you wont get some or all of the extras. Skip requesting a refund or retry on getting the things you purchased. We waited THREE MONTHS for a response from the parent company, only to be told to contact Apple for a refund, by which time the refund period had expired. AVOID!!! Update: No response from support (two months later) at the address the developer gave big surprise.
We are on the Arabian Nights level 58/60. Two updates ago there was a crashing issue. We are one that has bought the boosters several times because you need them to beat the level. However, shortly after you start a game it crashed. Wasting the boosters we just paid for. We contacted the support and a week later got a response saying we will check into the issue. No offer to somehow reimburse us for our purchase that was unfairly taken way because someone cant code the game right. Now, supposedly they fixed the crash issue and we went to start a new game, enabled our booster and the new issue was, you cant click anywhere on the screen! So yet again, wasted another booster. Support is no help. The game WAS fun and addicting, but the issues and lack of support supersede that. We dont like that we paid for something and feel robbed because of the developers fault. We will update our review and rating if we get some help.

We love playing this game. We just wish there was a way for us to use our coins without having any gems to spend on upgrades. We have all the coins in the world, but we never have enough gems to help with a purchase. We are not one to spend on games we will wait for a daily reward. Just hopeful you might come up with someway of using our coins for the upgrades.

We cant open the app! We kinda have an obsession with this game and whenever we want to play it, it wont load. Ill be in multiple different locations and make sure we have internet and still nothing works. Nothing has worked for days. Ever since the 1.9.5 update the game is frozen and wont load. Also we agree with other users that it seems like a basic game play issue not to be able to revisit earlier hotels. We especially feel sorry for players who spent actual money to upgrade. Its a great game that wont have a lot of longevity if you cant replay or load the game.
Ive been playing this game and enjoying it. Few things that have recently changed is after Ive used up our lives Ill close the game and do something else while our lives regenerate and if we waited long enough Id have a chance to watch an add and get a couple of diamonds. Now if you dont leave the app running in the background. 3 hours dont go by. But the reason for this post is the update 1.9.5 will not open. This is even after a robot of the iPad. Please fix your update.

The game is really good but it takes to much time to get new hotels and thats really boring. You should let us keep playing in the hotels that we already pass so well have something to do.
This game is cute and fun but we hate it when it ends on level 61! We have gems in the old version that we cant use on the new version . Too much time and money invested. You guys need to work on converting our gems over.
This game is great and Ive had so much fun playing it! It is a challenge on many levels! However, Now that we are at the end of the hotel before the last one, the game will not load. Ive refreshed it several times and we dont want to lose our progress. So Im let down by not being able to complete it! :(.
Ive been playing this game for the last couple months and it was very entertaining and fun but for the last couple days we havent been able to play because it wont freaking loadFIX THIS.
Ive been obsessed with this game for weeks but now it wont open since the latest update. It freezes on the loading screen and has been this way for 2 days now. Super bummed.
We enjoy this game when it works. The game wont load a t all since yesterdays update. Also, ads for gems and to speed up hotel upgrades dont work half the time. Just want the game to work properly so we can use and enjoy all parts of it. When it works its a good game.
Game froze up on load screen after the July 7th update.
First of all Id like to say that Ive finished the game like 2 months ago, very bad that we cant access previous levels !! Also there was a timer glitch by Dec. 2020 and Ive spent some diamonds however after you guys have fixed it, no compensation or what so ever for our lost diamonds.
It wouldnt load last week and now it lost all our progress and started us back at the beginning. Im done.
The game its self is fun, however there are levels that you cannot beat unless you use extras. Many of these extras cost money. We refuse to spend money on games so Ill be deleting this app.
Game is stuck on loading we have deleted it and the reinstalled it and its still not working! We have also shut our phone off and left it off all night and turned it back on in the morning and its still doing the same thing. It isnt showing that it is in need of updating so idk what else to do at this point. But it is rather frustrating.
Load the game, finished updating (this happens every single time we load the game). Then stuck at loading and theres no way to contact the supposed support seriously terrible customer service or support service whatever you call it.

We dont like that there is a video to get gems and 90% of the time the video wont click so we cant watch it. We also dont like how many gems it takes to upgrade equipment.
We love the art style and the amount of effort the creators/devs put into this. We havent had a phone game in awhile. However, it seems to us that at some point in the game (eventually) youll have to spend money on the app in order to continue to play. Now, this is our opinion. We cannot upgrade hot-dog stands or soda machines without spending real money in order to pass this level. We have to make 150 coins but the cap is 140 coins when every leaves happy and in green. Im order for us to make more coins, we have to upgrade, which again, is going to cost us real money unless we want to wait a few days to play again.
Our bell hopper froze out of no where and a Ive tried to reset the app and restart our phone and it still hasnt unfrozen.

Love the game buttttt we have been waiting a while for a new hotel.
You can actually play and win the game without having to buy extras. No energy so you can play as long as you want if you keep winning. And the wait isnt too bad once you run out of hearts. Our issues is that Im not sure if they updated it recently or somehow our internet is messing up but we can no longer watch ads to earn extra diamonds or coins. Normally they make it so every 4 hours you can watch an ad to get diamonds but now its been 15 hours and the times change so they will sometimes reset the timer or it will be 4 hours waiting but when we hit watch ad it wont pop up and its doing the same with the hearts normally they are 20 minute wait but lately it can be hours and hours before you get another heart to play again. And then they have after you win around you can double your rewards but its no longer loading the ad to do that most of the time. Again maybe its somehow our phone and internet but Im not sure how our phone could cause the hours to go up on the diamond ads and heart replenishing… But we love the game. Fix that new glitch and its 5 stars from us.
We have enjoyed this game but recently the lives are not updating properly, ie after several+ hours, including overnight, we still do not have any new lives. We sent this inquiry to the developers today and am waiting for a response. We hope this can be fixed soon, otherwise we think the game is great.
We have over 1 million coins with no where to spend them. This is ridiculous!! Why go through the process of earning if we cant spend. Instead, they are soliciting us for our real money to buy things… News flash- you have to give in order to get!!! Im not spending until you open up opportunities for us to buy items with the million coins that we have.

We started a 1.5 hour upgrade 12 hours ago and it still says it has 17 hours to go. We cant even play the game because it says 17 hours before we get a heart. The game is broken. Fix it.
The wheel wont spin and videos wont play. Losing a lot of extra diamonds.
At first we thought this game was it going to be fun. Im gonna be honest it was a little hard at first and we kept waking up every single day for about four hours then we became a master at this game its really fun .You can designed this place to make it look more pretty because first it looks like a dump. You can play more levels and earn a bunch of coins then you might have your hotel on five star we are on a three but im not gonna give up! We recommend you getting this game have fun if you do peace out.

When playing, we have noticed that you will get cheated out of your STARS or LIKES. The meter will go up but the numbers stay the same. Id always have to use our gems to get more people to our hotel so we can make up for the numbers that Ive been cheated out of. Please make it make sense.
We absolutely loved this game. We cant wait for more hotels to come! We love that you are able to spin the wheel and get more gems. Most games you play, never let you do that.
We really love this game. Its really a dynamic puzzle. Their are different levels that are pretty cool and they all have something different and more challenging which is really great. There are a few bug fixes that will make it a little but annoying. For example the levels (hotels) that you have finished you arent able to go back and play them. Also sometimes they will have events but the events wont fully register the proper amount of coins you earned especially if you watch an ad to double them. Besides those things the game is pretty good. We personally have deleted it and redownloaded it to play the levels over again because it is that much of an interesting game.
Edit 6/6/21 There seems to be trouble viewing ads lately either to earn more double coins or to get extra free spins to earn more items. We would press the watch ad and no as would show up. The screen would just stay the same. Im at a higher level right now and really need the coins for our upgrades. The double coins option has been a big help. Please look into this issue. Its a great game. We havent been this invested in a reaction game in a long time. We also like how watching ads are incorporated neatly into the game where you dont feel like the ads are forced in front of you. Want extra coins? Watch an ad. Want free gems, watch an ad. Im fine with that. Some comments: please lessen the requirement for gems in order to upgrade. Taking away just ONE gem would help. Or, give us more opportunities to earn gems like increase the amount of gems we get from watching ads. For the non-Western hotels like the Japanese hotel, can you just play the regular music or give the option to play the regular music? The original music is actually one of the big highlights of the game. Im Asian and we really hated the music for the Japanese hotel. We had to finish the Japanese hotel level so fast just because we couldnt stand the music. It felt like it was trying to too hard. Also, please get rid of the word oriental. Its so outdated its like saying n*gro. Lastly, please please please allow us to play at the old motels/hotels. You dont even need to let us earn coins. Sometimes we miss the simplicity of the old motels/hotels and want o play it just for fun. So please consider adding that option. Heck, you can even force us to watch an ad before we play it. We dont mind that. Thank you.
This is a great game. We would rate it 5 stars if we could replay levels or do challenges until a new hotel is added. We cannot do anything in the app until a new hotel is added.
