We enjoy this game however it seems like you can't get the jackpot we have played it for years now and only got it a couple times and we are talking about playing every single day for five years.

The only thing that makes the game passable is it helps kill some boredom. While there are other casino slot games that are smoother looking, most of those are pure money grabs where they keep the chip count low to get you to spend money. You may have a little more luck here, but we wouldn't hold our breathe too long because they'll still slam in game buys down your throat every chance they get. If we click we are not interested, why would you ask if we're sure after saying no? It's tacky on their part. Maybe dial back the sales pitch and we'd consider spending money for enjoyment of the game.
Great games but how long are you gonna open up as Ghost Studios? That started around Halloween and hasnt changed. Its almost Christmas now.

As much as we love this App Im sadly going to have to quit playing or at least stop buying coins. Ive played DoubleHit for years (probably close to 10) with no complaints. Lately we cant seem to hit enough to keep playing. We buy coins pack after coin pack to play because it relaxes us but within a few minutes the coins are gone and we have to buy more. You would think that for customers that spend in the HUNDREDS every month they would allow for a few good runs to keep you going but the rarely happens anymore. We used to hit enough to keep going but never anymore. We love the graphic and at one time this was the best slot app out there. There are to many available to keep spending our money on one that just takes your money and doesnt give you any play time for it. Its very sad for us but its time to stop wasting our money and not get any entertainment value for it.

Small payouts and slippery wording in the pop-up box is not a great way to keep your users loyal. At least the other apps let you win knowing youre more likely to reinvest the money before it takes it all back. Thats gambling.
