We enjoy the two different parts of this game. The first is the gem puzzle, where you slide blocks horizontally to fill in the spaces. The second part is the jigsaw puzzles that you gain while doing the blocks. We do several sessions of blocks to gain several jigsaw puzzle panels so we to the jigsaw puzzle. The only downside to the game is the jigsaw puzzle's background color: it's black. Some of the puzzles have dark pieces, so it's hard to see their edges and any spaces. We just finished one that had a lot of black in the picture. By the time we finished, our eyes hurt from straining to see the edges of the pieces and the blank spaces. We either need an option to change the background color for the jigsaw puzzle, or puzzles that have many dark or black pieces need to open with a contrasting background. Until that happens, this game we really enjoy will stay at a rating of three stars. If we keep getting puzzles with lots of black pieces, we may drop the rating even more. Please consider changing the background color to a contrasting color when the pieces are extremely dark or black.
This is a really great app to get children using their minds by puzzle piecing, strategizing for best fit, differentiating size and learning probabilities.
We honestly feel as if we have the highest score. We are at 204,087.
Genuinely this app brings us so much joy! Our current screen time this week for this app is 10 hours!!!! We love this game!!! The puzzles and the dropdom. It brings us peace and happiness. We will be in the middle of talking to people and Ill just have to start playing because Im going through withdrawals.
The blocks settings are always the same. It never changes. Its muscle memory on how to start it now because its been done. We want to enjoy it but like change it up or something. And why your first couple plays you score sky high n all a sudden your not get past 100 for the rest of the games. Thats strange. Creator needs to do better.
This game would be better if you didnt have to watch ads between every level.
This game used to be a challenge, now its cheating. We couldve continued a game for days, now, we cant fly for three hours without restarting the game at least six times. Love the puzzles, but the drop game is a CHEAT!! Our 2.
We have been playing this game for months. We thought the algorithm wouldve been updated by now to have the blocks that drop be randomized for the player. Its exactly the same. We play knowing how the blocks are going to fall, but we would enjoy it more if it was randomized every time we play. When that happens and its unpredictable we will rate the game higher. The other option would be to give more than one chance to score or give us a way to knock out a block or row. Its still relaxing so we keep playing, but it is annoying.
Ive been playing for a little over a week. We enjoyed it at first but now every time we start the game it gives us the exact same first and second row. Every round starts the exact same and we find it extremely annoying, we want something new! The adds werent too excessive but we still found them annoying, why watch an add to keep playing if youll show us one either way.
The scoring was fine our first match now its almost impossible to get 1000 points.
Our dad passed away 3 months ago from leukemia and bleeding in his brain, and we just remembered how much we played this game together. Every time we were bored and were together Id ask if we could play blocks and hed smile and hand us his phone. We took turns sliding the blocks around. We spent weeks trying to get to 1,000,000 points but at 970,000, we messed up and lost the game. Even though we messed up, we brushed it off and continued. One of his messages to us we still have is him sending a screenshot of the game while he was on a flight saying Playing this on the plane, missing you . He was at 200,000 points when he sent that. Anyway we want to thank the creators for making this game. Its very simple yet enjoyable. Its made great memories of our dad and we, and now we find ourselves downloading it on our phone so we can play again (with him in our heart of course) Thank you for keeping our dads mind sharp up until the end.

Personally, we LOVE jigsaw puzzles. Im talking 1000+ piece puzzles in our past time. But, the jigsaw aspect isnt the issue. We started playing this game over 3 years ago, and since the jigsaw update the gameplay has gotten significantly harder to play without using ads when you game over. Before the update we would play for over an hour on the same game and maybe using one ad to extend. Id close the app and return and rack up points (which was also much more per crush), and got to a high score of 145,445. Before we easily could get to 10k before needing to extend. Now we can barely pass 1,500 without game over bc of the overwhelming 3-4 length blocks that drop once you get to 800-1k points. For the jigsaw aspect this isnt really an issue since you can get 7 puzzles pieces for less than 1k points. We loved playing this game to zone out or take our mind of things, which was largely due to the adrenaline we got trying to get a high school.
This game used to be so fun. We enjoyed playing sometimes we lost, other times we did okay. Now, it is almost impossible to get anywhere. We enjoy the jigsaw addition, but its just not fun anymore.
We love this game but we havent been getting puzzle pieces for months. That is one of the greatest parts of this game! Why no puzzle Pieces now.
Was a fun game but now almost all the games start with the same block sequence and the puzzles are repeating the same pictures.
Please dont overdo the commercials in this game. This game is so much fun. The last time we played a game like this it just became overwhelming and you couldnt make a move without a commercial. We found that all of our time was being spent waiting for the commercials to end. This game has our full attention as long as they keep it reasonable. Its a lot of fun.
The game itself and the puzzles are really fun but there are a couple issues. At some point it won't let you make a move so you can continue the game, and you inevitably end up losing. They obviously do this so we have to watch an ad after the game ends. They play ads at every chance they get, like whenever you press a button. Just let us play the game. We don't really care about the ads but we do care about the fact that at some point it's impossible to make a move and then the game has to end.
We have been playing this game for years. We love it, however, there isnt a way to get rid of ads. Thats the only reason its not getting 5 stars. It gets annoying enough to where we dont want to play it. Id pay a good $5-10 to get rid of the adds forever.
We love this game. Ive been playing it since before they added the jigsaw puzzle feature, which we absolutely love. It gives you more of a reason to keep those matches going and collecting the puzzle pieces to see what new beautifully drawn/painted puzzle will come next. Its also a nice surprise to see your puzzle animate after you finish. Our only pet peeve is, why isnt there a way to remove ads? We wouldnt mind paying a couple dollars to do so. This game doesnt bombard you with ads, and the ads are normally short, which is rare, but, sometimes, Id like to just not see ads. Maybe a $5-$10 permanent option or $2-$3 monthly, we wouldnt mind paying. We wouldnt even mind if both options left the ads at the bottom of the screen. We just hate when ads pop up.
We discovered this game just a short bit ago and we are HOOKED! Finding the puzzle pieces is great motivation, and it gives you a nice break from sliding the blocks. Two things: – a majority of the games we have played have had poor set ups, and we end up losing the game before 500 points. Sprinkled in there are some amazing games, generally 2k plus. Can be frustrating and annoying. – this is a weird aspect of our review to write, but here goes. Puzzle 25 depicts a topless woman on the beach surrounded by bananas, holding a banana statue. The comparison is obvious. Dont get us wrong, we think its hilarious, just inappropriate to have on a game that is available to kids. Oh and also 3rd thing – please more diversity in the puzzle characters. All characters, even the animals, were so whitewashed it was impressive. Anyway overall having fun.
We like this game but it would be nice if it didnt start the same way every time. Every time we start a new game, the blocks fall in the same beginning pattern every single time. It would also be nice if you could earn higher points. Sometimes we feel like Ive been playing for five or 10 minutes and look up and youve only got like five or 600 points. It seems like it just does not give you a lot of points for as many moves as you make.
Game is great, but hard to enjoy with constant interruptions.
This used to be a good little game to waste time with, but over time its become unplayable. We used to be able to get a least a few thousand points, now Im lucky to get a couple hundred. Im deleting it.
We really liked it for a while but we didnt play for a while came back the slide puzzles arent a challenge they are ad farms and the ads are long we promise we wont be supporting them or this app Im done.
Ive loved this game for many years. They must have done something to the difficulty level as now we can play for maybe 10 moves before we lose. Planning to delete if it doesnt improve. What a shame.
Ive been playing this in awhile and not sure while others arent giving it as good of a review as it deserves. Usually if a game is garbage we delete almost immediately. But this game Ive kept for awhile now. Its challenging which we like & we always try to beat our high score. It has very minimal ads and they are usually short. And a big bonus for us which will sound dumb but we hate when we have our phone on silent & ads come and play loud music. So far all the ads are silent so if Im playing at work no one can hear. We really like the jigsaw puzzles. Only complaint would be that we have done all the jigsaws so would like you to keep adding more and maybe some other bonuses like free continues or power ups whether it be a reward for finishing a puzzle or just daily login bonus. Other than that its a simple yet challenging game that always wants to make us keep playing. UPDATE: What happened?! 2 days ago we played and now its impossibly hard to where its not even fun. We used to average about 1500 and now we cant even get above 100?! Why did you change it.
We played this months. Just when it updated it always start in same position just like the android version. And everytime a new set comes it comes in a very annoying way. Hated this update.
Good but should have less adds.
We really like the game, except we feel like it has changed recently. After just a short time of playing, we start to only get large pieces and there is nothing we can do at that point. Its super frustrating. We just want to play for longer than a few minutes.
This game takes way too long to beat your score. Getting boring.
We used to get high scores but now its impossible to get over 3 or 4,000. After that, it only gives you the large pieces so you cant win. Games are no fun if you cant feel like you could get high scores.
This used to be a favorite game, but they have changed it! They no longer give smaller pieces that you can clear rows. Very frustrating.
The game eventually gives you only the 3 and 4 cubed bricks, which makes to impossible to progress. It becomes stressful and pointless.
The fact that every stage is setup to start off with giving you 1, 2, and 3 length blocks then progressively just goes up from there is a serious let down. The game is close to being good. If they randomized the drops so you could get any variety of blocks to enter the field, it would be truly addictive and fun. (Take a note from Tetris, use the bag system) but the fact it is rigged to slowly only give you larger and larger pieces, it means every game plays just about the same and youll inevitably hit the impossible wall. In other words, your skill is a ruse and the game is rigged. Which is unfortunate. Would have really sunk a lot of hours into it otherwise, but after two days its a busy knowing every level is the same and the game never gets any better.
Our phone its easy to get to 3-4K however our gfs phone the games rigged from the start with a clear difference in difficulty. Whats the deal? Played several times to make sure and its clearly intentional. Really lame we cant even compare scores.
Fun game…but… WAY TOO FAST!! We wish a relaxation mode. Half the time not sure how things happened, but that will come in time we suppose Well that was a year or so and we got nice big scores (for us 139,000) BUT now if we break 1000 Im doing good because no more moves available. Frustrating UPDATE: deleting app no fun anymore.
Its fun but when you hit a streak with JUST long block so there is literally zero way to win, its actually impossible to clear anything, it makes you delete the stupid app. Because it happened every time.
Please fix. The game progress saved if we had to stop midgame and continue later. Now it doesnt. Not worth playing since most people dont have time to sit there for hours straight to try and beat their old score. If you fix that we would give you a 5 star.
We dont know why but it feels like they have this version set so that its entirely too difficult to play. We were able to get much farther in a level on our android. The good news is there are other versions of this game by different developers that allow you to play longer than 30 seconds at a time.
After a point you really cant progress because of the kind of blocks you get. Just say game ends at a point instead of making us see ads for more lives. Dont waste time.
Ive had Dropdom for a very long time. Recently it started to randomly crash so we updated the app. Wish we could go back. Its not fun anymore. As soon as the long bars show up there are no more singles and only long ones. No way to play like that.

This game is fun and challenging. These puzzles really do test the mind. Overall, it is a fun puzzle game.

Interesting enough we did that the very first time playing it. Cocky as it may seem, Ive only been close two other times out of thousands. And thank yall for not killing us with ad after ad after ad after.big reason why we come back to play.
We recently finished the last available puzzle and need more!! Im ADDICTED to it!!! Keep updating with more puzzles so those of us that are at or near the end of whats there can continue to play.
We dont like the puzzle addition. We miss the old gameplay. Will be deleting.
To be honest this is kind of a trivial complaint but we miss the way the game used to be before the last update. We dont mind the puzzle game but the lack of the same amount of points bothers us. Our record is significantly higher than any score we could possibly reach now with the decrease in points. It makes so theres no way to beat your previous record. All in all we love this game but the point system needs to be fixed.
