We are enjoying the game. It isnt so difficult that we cannot get through the dungeons and we are enjoying collecting loot. The ads arent obnoxious but we did end up getting the $1.99 starter pack to end the ads. We feel like it isnt one of those pay to play type games but we can spend if we want. All in all, we are having fun and thats why we game;) So far its a great game. We are hoping that while looting- we do find more vials to level the heroes up- the only place we’ve found extra is in the store. Other than this- no complaints.

This is really a fantastic game. However there are so many ads that it makes our head spin Ill probably stop playing it in, oh we dont know today, because theres just too many ads.
Just buy the starter pack and your golden. You help the devs and its $1.00+tax. No sweat, and its pretty good.
Easily beat all 3 star levels within a week. Please developers add more levels.
It plays great and the AI is good.
The game is fun but the traps just destroy your health other than that we enjoy it.
Controls are sucky as you always have to tap where you want to go; it would be a smoother and easier experience to just treat it like joystick controls. Graphics are nice and rpg elements are enjoyable but we wouldnt put money in it until controls are better or at least give an option to swap types of controls.
Game was good until the last update. The game will not finish loading, it keeps canceling the game.
Update: Version 1.9 – Avoid this game at least until the next update! We lost around 1000 hero shards after updating. In addition, each time we open the game we lose all hero shards we gained the previous play session. We are having a good time but there are still improvements that need to be made. First, fire damage needs to be reduced. Our level 15 guy can die on a level 3 area in a couple seconds from a fire trap. Also, enemy bombs seem to do a massive amount of damage (maybe they are fire damage?). Second, poison should not last forever. Make it last a while, fine, but it should not be a guaranteed death if you dont have an antidote. Third, the smart auto play is not very smart at all. It does not avoid traps nor does it use abilities very wisely. Fourth, some purchased items do not show up right away. We had to restart the game to get them and we are not sure they are all there. With some minor work this could be a real gem.
We like how this game is going so far. All ads that we’ve come across are ones that we choose to watch for getting gems or shards to unlock characters. Its very nice to relax to and kill things when your frustrated with the daily life.
So far we’ve been enjoying the play through. Even mildly investing 5-7$ is well worth it. Im looking forward to seeing if the developers continue to add more content and story to the game. So far its a fun way to unwind.
Until the most recent update. Something with the update no longer allows the game to open us start. It just flashes like its loading and then jumps back to Home Screen. We dont want to lose all the progress we have put in. If we do we will never play this game again and shall adjust our rating accordingly. If it starts working and we lose nothing it goes to 5 stars.
Is anyone else having the problem of the game not opening. We just installed it and we would not open. So we reinstalled it and the same thing is happening.

This is a fun game, relaxing game. Just download and play.
Forced an ad on us in the tutorial, uninstalled instantly.
The style of this game is great. The aesthetics, movement, audio, all great. This game falls way short for two very important reasons for this genre. First, a looting game where you collect currency should ALWAYS allow you to buy gear. Pretty much the number one reason for playing looting games is to spend all that shiny gold you just acquired. Not just open chests and get drops. And definitely not to spend real money on gems to use the shop to get gear. We cant use our gold in the shop? Really? So you go in a dungeon, kill all the monsters, find some gold, go back to town, go to the merchant and they say woah woah woah, gold? We only take gems here! Youre gold is no good. What? Second, gear appearance should be tied to your sprite. Paid skins are fine, but the second most important aspect to a looting game is being able to see your characters upgrades as you progress.
A nice little simple and fun game to pass the time, but super enjoyable.
More than once between levels it has made us watch a commercial while an enemy on the next level pummels us to death with grenades. The game is fun but if you are forcing us to watch commercials you need to at least pause gameplay at that time.
Could someone please tell us in what level we find or unlock the pyromancer and the necromancer guy? Im basically sneaking through the levels until we unlock one of them so we can decide who to use our resources on for upgrading. We feel like we may have past one or both of them up at this point. Im at the forgotten monastery near the bottom of the map, to the right of the forest level. Thank you so much in advance for the help!
We really haven’t seen much of the game yet but unless the devs add landscape mode for iPad ASAP we probably never will.
Doesnt work with iPad Air 1st gen even though the game says its compatible.
We bought the premium pass for $9.99 and it charged us $17.88. We bought a character pack for $1.99 and it charged us $4.00. This game steals your money when you make in-app purchases!
Screen is cut off so you can’t read everything. You have to hold your iPad sideways so it damages your charging cord and hurts your hands, and you can’t hold it and control it. You have to PAY for each character type.

Game can be fun but once you equip a sword and find a better sword you cannot equip it, which is dumb and made us stop playing.
Game seems nice but unable to play it. We purchased a character and haven’t received it. We keep getting an error code that says server was unable to complete request, try again in 30 seconds. Every time we try again, we get the same error code. We emailed their support and sent screenshots and after several days, we still have not gotten a response. We’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it twice. Still same issue.
Like the title says, the advertised characters arent free. The characters alone are $2.99 except for the soul reaper which is $3.99, what a scam! This game is a blatant money grab. DO NOT try it.
We spent around $20 on this game including purchasing the ability to auto play levels. Now that is gone and it is asking for $9.99 to purchase that ability again. Not good business! Deleting app!
The game doesnt start and crashes as soon as we open it.
The $10 autobattle purchase is practically useless until they lower trap damage significantly. Waste of $10 when your character just suicides into every fire trap.
Anytime we click the app it loads black screen back to home screen.
App closing right away when we click it to launch. Lame.
We enjoyed the game until we realized we couldnt swap weapons. Im stuck with the wooden swords when we have better weapons. Others seem to have the same problem. Please fix this.
Extremely P2W, if you dont plan on paying you probably wont be playing long, enjoyable though we guess.
We wanted to play a fun dungeon crawler to pass time during the day but we literally left the tutorial and was bombarded with ads and the premium store. Tell us you only want our money louder.
We like it and have spent $40/$50 trying to max out the characters. Simple hack and stash dungeon crawl. Never could find the tutorial but an easy learning curve. We hope the Devs will respond to our lingering fear that after the winter is coming dungeon story arc, THAT THERE IS NO LONGER ANY INTEREST IN SUPPORTING the future of the game and the fans. Hope that all the cloud cover over the other half of the map could mean some future additions!!! If so then there will be quite a few Maxd out characters ready to reign destruction.
This game is obviously a pay to play money grab. You cant use any other characters unless you literally buy them with real money. Dont bother downloading this game unless you want to spend 20-40$ to get all the characters.
We’ve supported the developer by getting the pass and some discount packs. We like the idea. We would like to see a feature to attach to Facebook so we can play on other devices that are iOS that do not share the same Apple ID. The movement is a little tedious imo, would be cool to have joystick movement. Either than that this game hits the nostalgia for us. Good job.
We bought the 9.99 premium package to remove all adds and yet they all still play. So far we like the game just wish it wasnt a ripoff buying packages for nothing to work as advertised.
