The event shop was fixed. Great. The only reason we give three stars is because we cant find any other games with cool graphics as this one on our phone. Other than that this game has gotten really boring. Devs. Like we said before. Introducing new characters (2nd one in a month and a half) is not a good idea. Most people havent had their current characters maxed and you guys keep popping up new ones. Thats great for people who spend. What about the rest of us. You added the adverse stages (1 stage above hard). Great. But theyre just the old stages a little harder and the drop rate and amount is a joke. Let us explain. We need 480 shards of legendary characters or 360 of epic and if were lucky, well get one shard after a battle ( which by the way doesnt happen). Devs. You guys need to introduce new chapters, new stages and make sure when you provide a stage where people gonna go grind for items, it makes it worth while because what youre doing right now is just trying to fool people. Rubbish!!!!!!!
We have been trying to play this game. We get to lvl 1-8 and it disconnects we have re-downloaded the game and it still will not let us complete the level. Looking at all the reviews there a review saying Apple products have been having trouble apparently this issue is not fixed since Im using Apple and getting kicked out.

Updated the game, now all our progress is gone. Tried to log in with all our linked accounts and cant get back to our account. All our characters and progress are gone.
We really love the game but we wish we can hear their voices when they talk.
This game is fun for about two months. We’ve been playing now for about four months. The first two we were literally glued to it. Now we only log in daily for the login rewards. Its ridiculous to have leveled up the characters to 60 only to find battles that have you facing characters that are in the 100s the last mobs Im facing are 119. We have 4 characters now that are at their max. 60 with a plus 5 to them for those that havent gotten there hey. 119 mobs to beat down with 60+++++ times 4 and a 60++++ and we conquered the whole game. The BOSS battles take way too much time to try to win. We made it to one boss having 500k points to try to win against. We were at that battle over 1000 turns and about an hour or so of real life time invested. It didnt seem to having a loosing number of turns. Nice to be on lockdown and have a lot of time to waste but if we werent locked in then we would have been done in 5 minutes. The developers only seem to have two different events and both are boring. We saw lots of 5 star reviews but Im thinking that none of those came after playing a month or more. Im in a guild with players over 100 (Im currently 70) that havent played in months now. Im sure they got bored with the game as well as we am. To the developers: This game really needs more content and things to do. You only have 7 zones to play. OK they each have a normal play and a hard play, but does that make it 14? The bingo thing that seems to come every month can be done in just a few days. So what are we supposed to do with the rest of the month until the next bingo card? The game is too repetitive. 5 months of play and we’ve been doing the same thing as the first day. NEW content please!
Not worth your time, takes too long to upgrade heroes and have to replay every stage 10+ times in hopes it doesnt crash mid-stage.
Worked good until the last update. To get anything to work, we have to negate the new update, and delete and reinstall the game, again!
This game is awesome. The challenges, the need to upgrade heroes and finally getting them strong enough to beat the next level is awesome. The problem we have with this game is that you have to sign in and find the right server. No we havent lost anything, unless we choose to not sign into our account. But its annoying when these types of games do this. And yes this isnt the only game to do that. The only game thats remotely similar to this game that doesnt do this signing out after every update is Heir of Light. Take notes, make the server system just like that. Otherwise, good game.

Just logged in today and not only are all our Rubies gone but it also says we have -1338 rubies.

At least here you don’t have the same old daily tasks day in day out every time you check in. You actually experience adventure excitement and new world at least while your new to game.
We had created a guest account about a year and a half ago and played on it ever since. Never had we been prompted or warned to connect to Hive account or Apple ID so we didnt see a reason. During the last update we had received a prompt to logging into a Hive account as soon as we opened the game. Since this was new to us, we thought it wouldnt hurt to sign in and add our guest account to it. No. It removed our guest account and the almost two years of play time we had put it. Luckily we found out that we could get it back through customer service. Well, its been a week and a half and we have received no updates as to if they can get our guest account back. It makes us so utterly sad that Im gonna lose everything we had worked for just because we had been warned of the possible dangers. Hopefully customer support can update us soon because we would love to get back to this amazing game.
We have no idea about whether this is just us, but the fact is that we just spent 3000+ rubies summoning Sophia and got nothing becomes the last straw. 10+ pulls and only one legendary hero (which we already have plenty of) showed up. We did not even mention that we kept getting The same legendary heroes all the time previously. As we started to play this game, the gotcha system seems broken to us. We kept getting the same heroes (Arslan, Barr) no matter it comes from the guaranteed pull after spending 6000 rubies on gotcha, or merging elite/legendary heroes. From this perspective, we have to say that these developers are really greedy that collecting rubies after the initial state is painful so if you want new hero, youd better pay. They are also smart that If you complain that the pull rate is low, they just say things like but we do have guaranteed legendary hero pull to pretend that nothing happens. Game deleted now.
Its an amazing game with interesting/creative character with really awesome animation but our only problem is the quietly of the animation. A lot of the characters are a bit fuzzy with a weird outline that kinda makes it look like it was copy and pasted into the game without tweaking it a little bit. It is true you get a lot of really cool stuff such as legendary heroes, but Im still trying to figure out how to even do the tutorial. It claims youll get rewards from it and the rewards look pretty good but how do we even start the tutorial? We’ve tapped around and itll start a small one for certain things like upgrading your skills and such but thats kinda about it. We do recommend this game tho as it is well done and we personally like how they credit the voice actors. Great game overall :)
The game is a great but our only issue is with events for newer players. Right now with the bingo event we wont be able to complete 4 lines (2 challenges) because we havent reached account level 35 and thats with the account exp boost applied almost every time we play.
This is a relatively fun game of this genre, and they definitely start u off w a lot of resources. This is kind of offset by all the game crashes. It crashes once every few minutes, usually in fights, and there are no rewards, and u cant keep playing it. Otherwise its great.
Great game!! All it needs is a few balances and adjustments and it could easily be a great game. Things the game does well: great animation it has a unique style that feels fresh and we love a lot of the character designs. Theres also good depth in each elunes skill abilities that makes them each fit into a specific role. Battles have a good flow with the unique soul system. Equipment isnt too hard to get but farming is a well-balanced formidable struggle. There are tons of events and freebies which is amazing as it helps you propel through the game and summon new elunes without needing to pay any money. Not to mention, there is great summon rates and we’ve managed to summon many legendaries with our summons but not in a way that it is too easy or unbalanced. Things the game needs work on: PvP you can only refresh your 3 opponents every hour which is super limiting and annoying especially when you get set up with people 10x as strong as your team. Its very hard to climb the ranks as you get pit against seemingly random opponents rather than ones that are only in your designated arena rank. Please fix this by adding more options of opponents, lower refresh times, and tiered opponents that get stronger proportional to your rank. Adventure at first the progression of the game was going well but you run into a huge wall around map 5/6. Suddenly, each monster hits nearly half of your elunes HP. Their attack is disproportionately high even if theyre easy to kill. Especially since its hard to find a decent tank unless you get lucky and summon a legendary one, you have to always be way stronger than the enemies to win. This is fine early in the game when leveling up and gearing and evolving elunes is enough to get through the story, but when you start to max out your elunes its hard to keep up with the exponentially strengthening enemies. Please fix enemies attack progression. Class seeds- these arent handed out enough and are unusually hard to obtain. There are very few ways to obtain these evolution materials which negates many potentially good systems in the game like fusion or filling out the index. The daily class seed dungeon simply does not give out enough and there is no other surefire way to obtain these seeds. Overall, this is a really nice game that we spent a good couple of weeks on but eventually found myself bored because the grind just wasnt worth it in the long-run and it no longer was rewarding and we did not see longevity for the game. Keep working and we might come back to it!
The game keeps crashing when we start a Trent battle idk why.
The game is somewhat fun with plenty to do for the first 2-3 months, then it crawls to an absolutely boring time killer. Youll literally spend hundreds of hours grinding the same maps over and over. Boss fights are interesting until level 11/12, then the scaling gets astronomical. A prime example is Imae 11. Just a completely ridiculous fight where the boss controls your characters, and you have absolutely no way of resisting. Add to that, they double the HP of the boss and quadruple its defense and resistance, making the encounter a drawn out, frustrating waste of time. Obtaining gear is relatively easy if you can manage to kill the bosses, but stat RNG is horrendous. Youll end up wasting months trying to obtain decent sub options on your gear. And all your efforts will be for nothing, as the P2W in this game is just ludicrous. If you dont have 5 full sets of the recently implemented swift/violent rune gear, dont even bother trying to achieve a decent rank in PVP or Tower. You literally have zero chance. Unless these items become available again, just re-roll onto a server without it because you will just get owned. Chat is dead. Guilds are dead, aside from a few active ones. Nothing new being added, aside from higher difficulty bosses and a stupid new PVP arena for weekends(which again, youll just lose if you dont have the P2W gear.) Had a lot of fun with this game at first, but the P2W aspect is just too heavy in this game. Recommend you play another game. Deleted.
We love this game so much we’ve been playing this for 1 month already, but we took a little break so we un installed it but when we decided to come back and re install the game it didnt let us play the game we were still stuck at the loading screen for at least 30 minutes so please fix this bug or issues.

We got 2 legendaries right off the bat with legendary equipment and boosts in Elune, gold, and player experience!! Constant rewards!!! Wow Im so amazed and impressed!! We do have one small complaint and can easily be fixed! For repeat auto battle!! If you get 3 stars youre able to leave it and it will build up!! However it leaves the phone on and our battery has drained numerous times!! Maybe adding skip battle x2, x5, or x10 would be helpful!! We did just throw in a couple example numbers but still! It will save time and battery!! Hope you take our suggestion into consideration with an action ASAP!! Please and thank you other wise good easy game no pay to win! Amazing graphics! Good job!!!

Best game hands down by far. We’ve always liked the repeat battle option in games and in this one is perfect for when you’re away from your phone.
We think this one might be better then other one. Both spins off with SW makes sense but for this game it fits a bit more but gameplay wise, think Hearthstone + Summoners Wars. Animation and voice acting is great and the 4x spd is well done too. All in all looking forward to this one.
This is a great game but we feel like the game ends once you have lvl 80 gear and maxed elunes there isnt much to do after that even the level 11-12 bosses dont feel rewarding for a 35 minute run needs more content and a flow of content that when you beat something you arent stuck for eternity to get to next level same goes for pvp the rewards are terrible and alliance battle is pretty lame. But amazing game up until this point it was very fun to get where Im up to now Im just bored.
If you want to compete with raid and summoners ,marvel ,Star Wars then your gonna NEED TO INCREASE the amount of characters that are available to obtain in game, whether grinding or god forbid purchasing but either way this is an absolute must if you dont wish to fizzle out. But overall the game is like all others of its type but has its pros and cons.

Pretty game but wont play past the 8th adventure – at least on our phone. Not even after reinstalling.
We would like to actually be able to play this game without waiting constantly for it to do anything. We have a new phone and current iOS plus high speed internet and it takes forever to go from one screen or task to another. None of our other games have this issue. So if you fix the game to actually work without constant load delays then we will play…. We dont need to be frustrated with a game, thats not the point of them.
We started playing this game and enjoyed it a decent but. We got far enough to unlock the free x10 pull with 30 rerolls to almost guarantee you receive at least one yellow tier/SR/legendary unit. We rerolled 30 times and not once received a unit above purple/epic rarity. It should have at least guaranteed one good unit pull. We considered restarting to get to the free pulls again and try our luck, then decided we do not wish to play a game where the pull rates for higher rarity are that abysmal when many other games are much more generous.

Closed the app and restarted countless times. Restarted our device as well. After the lucifers betrayal prelude and the short story that follows the game just sits there. We’ve let it sit for hours, it goes nowhere. Sometimes the screen is just black for the entire duration, sometimes it flips between those two starting images. Either way we are unable to play the game.
