The HOPs are especially fun. Most of the mini games are challenging but not tedious. Definitely try this one out. Well worth the purchase price.

We really enjoyed this game and the bonus game. Puzzles and hops evenly spaced. Collectibles. Great graphics and smooth game play.

Great game, good graphics and good degree of difficulty!

Long wonderful adventure. Just tough enough.

Okay, we don’t review very often no a play a lot of games. Usually it takes a game we really like or really hate to get us to bother leaving a review. This one is very worthy of an exceptional review. The graphics are very good. The storyline is well done and keeps you going like reading a good book. The puzzles are exceptional and we like puzzles; the are challenging enough to make you feel accomplished when you finish one, but no so challenging that you just finally give up. The HOS and there but no so many that you tire of playing the, the objects are easy enough to find so you don’t need to undoing strain. What we liked most of these HOS is that many required you to interact, that is you needed to find objects in a certain order and use them to find the next object. We’re sorry we didn’t get into this game when it was on sale. It would have been a steal. No the less it was worth every bit of the $6.99 we paid. For every one game like this there are 10 ho hum games out there. You will not be disappointed if you buy.

Absolutely lovely to play! This story expands on the tale of the Minotaur and the labyrinth in a unique way. Artwork is gorgeous, characters fleshed out, story is rich in detail and depth. One cute mouse give him cheese he’s gone. You get to interact and get the story behind a lot of figures in Greek mythology. Gameplay is smooth, hop and mini games well drawn. Great for all ages! Verdict: buy! And more endless fables please!

Just finished Myths of the World. NOBODY WARNED ME ABOUT THE BOATLOAD OF RATS! You’re lucky Lynxie is not dead at this point! Note to Izzyoc: we don’t think you are harping on it! Since we acquired the Air when it first came out, we believe it is only a first generation tablet. Still, we shouldn’t be dealing with the amount of lag time in the Elefun games, and BigFish agreed with us. We don’t know if they will really do as they say! Note to KimTwilight: we loved Queen’s Quest! Thanks for letting us know! We absolutely loved this game! You could customize settings and you could play in left-handed mode. The game was a decent length and had a bonus adventure as well. The graphics were exquisite and the cut-scenes were mesmerizing. We love Greek mythology so we enjoyed the storyline. Although there was no cohesive journal, objectives were regularly updated so the story was interesting and easy to understand. We liked the gimmick employed by Sunward, which was Ariadne’s thread, for which you find crystals and gain various powers to use. Inventory was labeled and interactive and there were complex items to assemble. Loading was instantaneous between locations and there was a marked teleport map to transport you. The HO puzzles had variety and held our interest. There were plenty of puzzles/mini-games to entertain everybody. Most of them were enjoyable, except for the rotational ones which we sometimes force myself to do. The gameplay was smooth and glitch-free; we did not find it hard to acquire inventory items or to use them. There was a RAT in the bonus chapter that nobody told us about, but we were actually pretty calm because we so loved this game! We wish Sunward had given us wallpapers because they would have been gorgeous. BigFish, why do we not get more games from this developer? Lynxie sends to the wonderful Dream Team Elite!

Well thought out & different storyline. Loved the interactive & thought provoking aspects so this game. Would have like a journal on the story, not just objectives. Overall, graphics, character voiceovers, morphing & collectibles well done. Some of the mini games were on the vague & difficult side without a reset option. Regardless, enjoyed & recommend purchasing this game. Lot’s of eye candy. Thanks to Big Fish & the developers – Please start releasing more than 2 games a week. KdBoots.

Had fun playing this game. Recommend.

Enjoying this game! Lots of fun!

We totally enjoy this game! Especially the Mini-Games! They are very Challenging! Even the puzzles took us more than a few minutes. The storyline and graphics are OUTSTANDING. Keep up the good work!!!

We really like this game. We thought the graphics were beautiful. The puzzles were a lot of fun. Worth the sale price of $2.99 because it was a little short.

3.5 stars bumped up to 4 stars Sunward Game originally released through Artifex Mundi but the iOS version released via Big Fish games. Really short demo but it was a buy for us. Interesting take on the story of the Minotaur (although secretly we feel a little sorry for him), and of Ariadne. Game play is smooth, customizable mode of play, collectible bugs (butterflies, dragonflies etc.) and morphing water lilies, but not in every scene. The HOGs are not the usual run-of-the-mill find the items on the list; they are far more interactive and interesting. We found the games a bit frustrating in terms of clarity of direction and must admit that we skipped a few. One cute mouse near the beginning of the game, and a dive-bombing crow to watch for! Lynxie – do you have an iPad Air 1st gen, or iPad Air 2? Not meaning to harp on this, but we do really want to figure out why some people have problems with games, while others don’t. There’s a pretty big difference in performance between 1st and 2nd gen iPad Airs – the Air 2 processor is supposed to be 40% faster and almost twice as fast graphics processing than the 1st Air. The Air 2 also has 2G of RAM while the Air has 1G of RAM so this would definitely make apps run better on the 2. But if you have the iPad Air 2, we’re all out of ideas! :) Upcoming Games from Big Fish Games: (# stars is average review on BigFishGames. Com for the PC or Mac version, date is the day the game was first released on any platform – usually PC or Mac) Enigmatis: Shadow of Karkhala (4.2 stars, Artifex Mundi, Jul. ’16) Mystery Tales: Eye of Fire (3.4 stars, Domini Games, Sept. ’16)

A very good game, a nice variety if mini games, constantly changing, challenging & fun.

We wish they had a longer trial to see if this game was really good. The free selection wasn’t bad, but too short to judge the entire game. It had two types of HO scenes, the fine the word and find the shape. They you were required to use the items in the puzzle. Not bad, though we hate find the shape activities. The puzzles were okay, though the directions could be better. Not sure if we’ll buy. We like long games.

We liked it. What else to say?

We enjoyed this game. Would have like a bonus game for the money.

This has everything we expect in a hidden object game: good HOSs and puzzles, plus a decent storyline and very good graphics. The bonus game was a bit short, but not bad as it tied into the main game very well. We were disappointed that the Extras didn’t let you search for the missing Collectibles without having to replay the game, but repaying the game didn’t require a reset or new profile so that was a plus.

We’re tempted to remove a star for each time the Big Fish ratings pop-up appears.. But there aren’t enough stars up there, and it would unfairly ding Sunward Games. The game plays well.. Except for one minor glitch with the ‘sun/planets’ puzzle, as someone else mentioned. (No need to restart the game.. Just back out and start the puzzle again.). Otherwise we enjoyed this one.. As we do anything based on Greek mythology.

This game was fun. Nice puzzles, good storyline, pretty graphics, BUT for $7(!!!!) it was very, very short. Was very disappointed with the length of the game. Finished it in less time than a movie would’ve been. Very poor value.

The plot is centered around Greek mythology as you set off to unravel the mystery of the mighty Minotaur, which existed some millennia ago. Is this powerful beast still alive, waiting to be reborn? You will meet some legendary creatures of folklore, such as mermaids with a physical structure comprising the head and upper body of a human female and the tail of a fish. The graphics appear grainy or speckled, and they need to be sharpened up to improve the quality of details. The inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. You can customize your settings. In custom mode, the teleport map enables brisk travel to labeled locations and indicates available tasks; furthermore, non-map transition between scenes is fluid as well. The notebook is strictly limited to docketing your updated objectives; story progression is not recorded. The HOS and puzzles are abounding, and they are equally balanced in presentation. The HOS are interactive and consist of a medley of assorted fashions; some have the "daisy chain" effect whereas one item is immediately used to obtain the next, and so on. They are a little challenging at times, so you will need to think about the next step rather than just locating items. The puzzles are varied and include the storybook type in which a narrator conveys the backstory while you complete a puzzle. You have two collection items, which are well camouflaged. To wrap it up, this game is not shy of irksome setbacks. We experienced a glitch on the first puzzle; the screen froze several times while placing the sun symbol on the ring. Once we changed the order by placing the sun last, the problem was rectified; and we were able to continue. In addition, we loathe the old-school programming where you have to repeatedly apply an action to the same area in order to effectuate a single result; for example, using a crowbar four consecutive times to remove four individual nails. Moreover, the inventory sensitivity needs a calibration adjustment; it is tedious to acquire items, and we need to tap multiple times to receive a response to our touch input. Finally, the outdated impression of the game and the frustrating technical flaws steadily diminished our overall satisfaction. We feel disconnected from the storyline since it fails to engage us enough to maintain our interest. We really cannot suggest it–3 stars for us. Play "Queen’s Quest 2: Stories of Forgotten Past" by Artifex Mundi for only $2.99. Awesome game!

Less filling then most light beerblack history month.

Wished we bought on sale. Too short for $6.99. Too much character interaction and takes up more playtime for the price. Im not big on the silly stories.

We started playing, was ready to buy, then we placed an item in the wrong place and the game stalled. We couldn’t change the wrong item, couldn’t access the guide, couldn’t place other items, couldn’t get a hint, zip, nada. We guess we could have skipped (I didn’t try), but if we have to skip every time we place a wrong item or don’t give the correct info on a puzzle, what’s the point. This is about the 3rd or 4th time we tried (or, unfortunately, bought) a Big Fish Game that was drastically reduced only for the game to not work’ so BEWARE!

We didn’t finish demo. The graphics are very muddy. We felt as if we were looking through an unfocused lens. We found myself squinting to much, as if that would help. We think we’ll skip this one. Trying Queens Quest 2.

There are some very professional games out there, this is not one of them. On puzzles found where it froze, either too easy, or too difficult. Animation ok, voices annoying.
