We love this game so much. Its an amazing rogue like and we just feel like its great but what would make it even better was if it added Backbone controller support.
Great game. Would rate 5 stars but there is a game save bug where we lose a lot of our progress when we open up the app. Like we used to have the -SPOILER ALERT- elevator floor skip shortcut unlocked but when we opened up the app one time it suddenly was not unlocked. Another time we defeated the chamber three boss, turned the screen off, and a few minutes later the game has us redo the third chamber boss. Please fix save bugs! Great game though.

We've been waiting for a port of this game on our phones for a long time and it didn't disappoint us :).
This is one of our all time favorite games! And Im hyped to see it moved to mobile, but if you want to get the best experience we highly recommend playing it on literally any other format. The controls are significantly better with a physical controller. And thats saying a lot considering the controls are done very well on mobile. Also Devolver PLEASE ADD THE COLAB TO OTHER VERSIONS OF THE GAME IF POSSIBLE.
We cannot open the map in the game please fix it PLEASE.
We have always loved this game and we were so freaking excited when it came out and we already have the switch version so we had to get it but one tiny question why cant it be already the full version like the switch one but that isnt a huge deal to us and we will always love this game and we will not stop playing it. Amazing game.
We love this game and was wanting to to but the full version but it keeps giving the failed to purchase full version notice and we dont know what to do.
We love the game so much but we recently got a new phone and put in our old Apple ID and it wont let us restore our purchase saying it was unable to restore our purchase.
We cannot use the map teleport on touch mode also please add more setting such as cross hair and fix the multiplayer bug where if we die our friend or the rat can't pick up our stuff we LOVE gungeon on switch and we love the lamb on here this would be a 5 if the bugs werent here also please fix the veteran bullet kins design hes in gray scale for no reason and we would love a console cross over with the lamb other than the bugs and pallet swaps above this game is the best rouge like ever also please fix the game so we can turn off aim aid for controller its really annoying we're still gonna play the game but rn its impossible for the touch mode use a controller folks.
Game started not responding to charts yet movement commands on mobile. He will start to move and then freeze while bullets are coming at us and we cannot do anything. We thought it was our memory but Ive got plenty of free space. (30G +).
There are some glitches that stop this game from being perfect. The first one is there is a glitch with air junk. Even after you got all the armor he still wont attack and will just stand there. Also when we would talk to an NPC just for the NPC to disappear and make us get stuck there. We tried everything even offloading the app but the glitches remain. Now it makes it useless when we use air junken. Please update a fix. Other than that its pretty fun game, lots of hours trying to beat it. We wish we could play with friends without them having to pay $10 Update another huge issue. We beat the game with the glitch and gun slinger. But he is still not unlocked. We spend so much time time and we still cant play as him.
Theres some bugs that are annoying but the major one is sometimes you beat the lich and you cant shot the final shot on him. You stay stuck unable to move the crosshair leaving you softlocked.
The gameplay is really well done but we have seen a few bugs. One game we were able to get Junkan which is a passive item of a little trash figure helping you in battle. In the console version of the game he will aid you in battle but for the mobile port he will just stand there looking at enemies and not attack. For another run we got the passive item called By the Badge. Which is an officer that also aids you in battle but in the mobile port it is the same issue. He just stood there not shooting and just died The game runs great but some passive abilities, specifically the items that spawn characters that are supposed to aid you in battle just dont support you. We also cant pet our little dog but thats just a minor issue. The game is great so far, just polish the minor issues.
We love Gungeon. Ive bought it on pc, ps5 and finally and most recently our phone. Our life has changed and because of that Gungeon on our phone is our main way to play right now. Unfortunately its not great. No shop keepers other than the first one show up on top so we cant unlock all the items and guns. Secondly junkan does nothing. In every single form they do no damage and just stand next to bulletkin and bosses. We love the game and the developers but Im afraid they need to update the game before we could honestly recommend the mobile version.

Why does the Full Game have to be bought? We love this game a lot especially on Switch, but we decided to try this but we have to pay for the full game, and we just wish that either a free trial is given or the paywall being down all together.
Us and our friend both absolutely love enter the gungeon and wished it was online co op on PC/Console. When we found out that mobile was gonna have online multiplayer we were so excited to finally be able to play this game online. Unfortunately multiplayer is a buggy mess that needs serious attention.
The game is very fun to play on the go, but the mobile controls are terrible especially when it comes to shooting and positioning. The aiming minigame is basically a toss up since shooting and aiming arent separate controls which it should be. Dodge rolling to platforms can be extremely difficult especially in the sewer obelisk since the joystick is very sensitive. As an original console player of this game we highly recommend playing this game with a controller or youll be dying a lot.
We were hoping to play while disconnected from everything out at sea with no service. Bought the full version, but out at sea for 2 weeks it wont let us past the first dungeon saying we need to buy the full version again. So fix an issue where we purchase it and it allows us to keep the game offline aswell.
Great game but not playable offline at all. As soon as you get on a flight it goes back into trial mode.
We absolutely love this game but Im having a huge issue where companions like fully leveled Junkan dont fire projectiles or do any damage. It would also be so helpful if the controls could be made even bigger. The auto aim also is a little too much and wont always target what we need it to. Having it be a slider like on Switch or PC would be perfect. Thank you Dodge Roll.
Great Fully that we fully beat on console. We are having an issue with the touch screen controls that we think have to do with us customizing the controls for a connected controller. Please fix this cause we cant open the map, blank, use items and we cant doge roll it hour the thumb stick version.
We like this game and all, but we can only play the game once and then it kicks us out. Please fix this.
ITS SO GOOD but hard as a gun, So many enemies, more boss fight, and MORE, but we needed something, something in multiplayer, We needed 2 players turn into 4 Players. You could play 4 Players! That should make the game MORE FUN.
But for some reason no one is ever online and we were hoping we would play with players soon.
As the title says. In 2025, this should not be an omission.
The games feel good, but we started last night and dont even think about talking to the bullet King cause he sued so many projectiles you cant even block him even even the blue bullets dont work on them. He still shoots you down and starts you over and sends you back to lobbystill, this is a great game but Nerf these bosses.
Ive never played a more engaging offline game, and this even comes close to some online games. If you like a challenge, just buy it. You wont regret it; this port is absolute gold.
Playing the game on mobile was amazing plus the exclusive multiplayer plus CotL crossover was nice but we do have a few complaints. Some of the sprites for enemies (veteran bullet kin and all shotgun kin when dead) are messed up. Another thing is that when im using the ammonomicon, it sometimes wont let us click on anything if im not using a controller. Aside from that however, this port is great.
Most of the functions are working within the game, which is pretty impressive! However there are a few things that we have noticed from playing the game. 1: No panning the map when aiming. This is a minor issue and we could see why you may not add it, but it was one of the first things we had noticed while playing. Can be helpful to spot anything else thats hard to see from the screen. 2: No red saving button from each chamber? Minor issue, but its something we couldnt help but notice as well. We feel as though this could be implemented again since the empty space is still there. And for those who are aware of it can use it for their benefits (changing magnificence). Regular save can still be a thing, but it doesnt affect that statalmost like a drawback if you choose to stop playing suddenly. 3: The moving belts in chamber 5 are inactive? The belts also look like theyre broken in a sense, and they dont cause the player or entities to move when standing on them. It looks like the textures for it are off. 4: When reaching the Gun, some textures dont load. Some of the background have floating black squares when youre going for the Gun, but again this is a minor issue. The most pressing features to us are the belts, the screen panning, and the red button save near the elevators. You guys did an amazing job so far, we hope you polish these bugs so it can be the perfect experience.
We know a lot of people right reviews but we just want you to respond we love your games. Theyre the best games Ive ever played. We have enter the gungeon. And exit the gungeon. Please make a new game yours truly gungeon fan.
Ive played this game on pc and console which we already passed, and with all our experience this is way better than the other versions, its more hard cuz we still dont get used to the buttons, and thats why we like it, Ive been playing this game since 4 years and it was way to easy for us and we were getting bored, as soon as we see enter the gungeon on phone we said okay we dont expect much, but Ill give it a shot and you dont know how satisfying was to play again as a noobie and btw we loved the collaboration, like Ive feel this is a new game, and tbh we dont like exit the gungeon its trash, but enter the gungeon omg just give this game award for the game of the year already.
We really wish there was better online support, because compared to other versions like Xbox dont even have online. And can actually stay connected in game without lag spikes. Why not add online for all versions? Sure its the same game.. But we wanna play with someone and not just disconnect after a Few rooms.
We love this game! We have been playing for awhile on different platforms and was really excited for it to come out on mobile. We paid for the full version first day it came out! We are out of service a lot for our job and was hoping to play it a bunch while Im out of service but it only lets us play the first chamber and then says we dont have the full version anymore until Im back in service. If you can fix this issue that would be amazing.
For some reason, we have had a much easier time progressing in this version of the game, compared to the PC version. And Im fine with that. But, there are some bugs with enemies that we cant help but notice. The Shotgunkin (Red) glitch a bit after they die, and Gigis disappear briefly upon defeat. Dont know if there are any other bugs like that, but those are the only ones Ive noticed so far.
So we got the game and we were excited, but we dont have any audio we turned it all the way up but nothing happened. We hope you see this.
One of our favorite games of all time and playing multiplayer is so fun when you play on call with someone else. There are a lot of bugs still unfortunately and we hope they get fixed, whenever you fight the trigger twins and win, the door still stays closed, especially in boss rush. We hope the developers read the bug reports and the community for insight, the dev team is well known for listening to its players so we trust a lot of bugs will be fixed Random note: hope they add the multiplayer here onto Xbox and PC.
The game is great, its definitely the original and Im glad that you guys brought it to mobile but the thing which needs to be fixed is offline play, we spent 10$ on the full version and when in offline mode it says we need to buy the full version to continue playing. Im in no service zones a lot and Im hoping to play during it. We hope you guys can fix it so we can continue playing everywhere hence it being a mobile game.
Is it just us or a legit bug, we remember when playing PC we can still roll with pilot in his past.
Game constantly freezes on ipad9 when you open the map or ammonomicon. Avoid using those menus after killing a boss until you enter the elevator, you will lose your boss drops othereise.
We love it so much us and our partner play it though there is an issue where sometimes one of the players doesnt show up or during gameplay the guest player nor the host can interact with the room and youre locked in a room. Please fix it.
The reload button isnt working every time. Im in a fight we get stuck and we die.
Please fix this bug. For some reason, our reload button doesnt work, we cant use the map, and the firing button uses blanks instead of shooting! Ive tried changing our controls and restarting the game but nothing works so please fix.
Bought the game and now we cant use the map to teleport. Having a feature just to not be able to use it is a turnoff.
