Written by the same Eric that developed the Eric's Solitaire Sample that came on every Mac in the U.S. and Eric's Ultimate Solitaire for Mac OS. You can drag and drop or tap cards to move them. You can even throw the cards with a shove! Supports portrait and landscape orientations and has a fun user interface.
FreeCell is one of the most popular variations of solitaire. It offers lots of room for skill so players don't have to rely on luck as much as in other solitaire variations.
Your game is saved when you quit or get a call and is quickly restored when you return.

Playing in landscape mode its almost impossible to select cards near the top of the screen without accidentally pulling down the Notification Center.
We learned this game with a deck of cards. It was very hard to win. With the app, we can use the undo button as much as we want which keeps our winning streak at 100%.
Just wish we could also donate some time to the game from our Windows laptop.Love thisa.

We, too, have enjoyed Eric Snider Games since the era of Classic Mac. In fact, we still play the CD-ROM version on our Indigo Clamshell! Eric Snider Games are impressive due to the beautiful, colorful UI and, of course, the humor and encouragement. The creation of the games is well-executed and highly detailed; thus, the games are exceptionally playable. Eric Snider's "open-door policy" regarding questions, etc. Is a boon. Thank you, Eric! (our fave is Free Cell, then Klondike Draw 3.).
We remember emailing with Eric in the early macintosh game days and really having a ball. We still love playing all of his solitaire series games more than anyone else's. Loving the new update graphics.
And this is just another example! ^.^ NOTE: The Eight Off game, while not always easy, IS always winnable! So if you like to have a positive experience (while still having to work for it), here it is! ^.^.

We've been playing Eric's card games since the classic Macintosh days. Freecell is still our favorite variant and it's fun to have on our phone! The 64-bit update seems to possibly be a tad lighter on battery usage.
Been playing this version for many years. Definitely the best FreeCell game out there.
The ability to undo moves makes the app especially enjoyable. It's a great way to zone out for a few minutes when you need a break. It counts how many games you've played giving total wins and losses. We've played it >1,800 times with no losses. Some games are quite easy and others take days or weeks to solve. It can almost meditative. It's our favorite game because for us it's relaxing.
This app has been our favorite for many years now, mainly the Freecell game, which is our very favorite. We've played hundreds of games and love it. The graphics are great and the game works very well on our iPhone. It's a great app, highly recommended.

Excellent implementation including the back up feature and the statistics. We have played other versions of this game and this is our favorite with over 4000 games played.
Usually hunt for a new card game every few months but keep coming back to this one. Been playing it for a long time. Even got our little girl playing it.

We're an avid Freecell fan, and this version works great for us. The graphics are good, without being distracting. We really like the clouds on the blue-sky background.
We have been playing freecell 8-off for a long time. We have bought many freecell game apps n this one is our go to game on our phone n iPad now. We could play this game for hours. We like this particular one because it has options to undo and has large easy to see cards (very important for us).
If you buy this, you will never get any more work done for the rest of your life. You've been warned… 4/1/17. Even better. Some dislike that you can go back and redo until you solve, we like this. Teaches you technique that otherwise would be hard to learn.
With over 9200 games played, it is safe to say we Love this app. Fast response and does not slow down the iPhone.

We downloaded several versions of free cell before we found this one This is by far the best version of free cell. Very intuitive, easy to play. Great game- thanks.
We recently updated to iOS 10.1 and we got a message when we opened this FreeCell app for the first time after updating. It said that it will slow down our iPhone because the app needs to be updated. We see that the last update was in 2014. Please update it to make it more compatible with iOS 10. This is our favorite game app and we play it more than any other. But we have stopped because of that message.
