So, just played a hand with bots where we had a sure thing loaner hand (both bowers, A, K,10 of spades). The player to our left has the deal, so our partner and the player to our right have first chances to call up a 9 of hearts. The player to our right calls it up. We play out the hand and the player to our right has the 10 of hearts and K/Q of diamonds and A/9 of clubs. The player to our left has J/A/K + 9 of hearts. Now, if we were playing with people and someone called up that card with only a 10 in that suit, Id be smashing the hands of those two players with a three pound sledgehammer.
Occasionally error in cards played . Adds are too long and do not reset. Have to reboot.
Gets to an ad and will not exit the ad. Tried deleting and reloading, same result.
Partner seems to make bad choices on an intermittent basis. Overall a fun app/game.
When playing with the computer partner, the compute keeps calling trump with just ONE trump in their hand. Very annoying.
Why do you need to know our location? Sadly wont run on Nord VPN due to its data collection.
This is the best Euchre game Ive played, however, your partner occasionally does irrational things and generally lacks a sense of intelligent strategy.
We love that for a free app. There are not near as many ads as the other free euchre apps.
Fun game. Unfortunately, even with the AI upgrade it's still easy to beat. We won 22 games in a row on expert.
Like it but volume only works on advertising and then the game volume shuts off- hate it without it.
Need a "throw them in" option. How does the opponent always have the ace.
After a number of games, the sound turns off, and after some more games, the bid choices (diamond hearys clubs spades and no trump display just question marks. If you havent memorized how the suits are arranged, youre out of luck.
Love this game, one observation on occasion it Renigs, noticed our team took a trick, but scored two points for opposite team, thought to get two points had to take all five tricks? Seems a little glitchy, still fun, wishing it had ability to have a friend be our online partner to play computer opponents.
This app will teach you the game, and can even teach you to play smartly. The program is rigged sometimes in your favor and more noticeably against you. When you play In Real Life youll notice Lady Luck smile upon you more than you would ever dream.
We have played many euchre game apps, and this one is the best by far! Playing at the normal level it is very even handed. Our partner plays very well and does not bid us into being set. Being able to set the speed of the game is a another plus. It is very easy to play one hour or more. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great Euchre game app.
App wont let south, as dealer, pass on second round.
Best euchre app out there. Just wish there was a dealer indicator on the table and not just tucked way up in the corner. Would also love landscape mode. Nit picks but otherwise primo.

We tried out around six or seven other euchre apps, but like this one the best (by far). Our only request: we wish there were an option in the settings for you to not be able to play Trump until it is broken. The Computer leads Trump at every opportunity, even when it hasnt been played/broken. Otherwise, a fantastic version.

Right now, the bots are smart but could be smarter. In bid euchre, they clearly check to see if a card has not been played yet, but dont check if the person theyre up against could have it. Still, fewest ads of any euchre game, so definitely would recommend. Heres how the bots could be smarter: For example, say trump is spades and the bot has jack of spades, jack of clubs, king of spades, queen of spades, queen of clubs, and 10 of clubs. Meanwhile we have all hearts. The bot is smart enough to play both of their jacks first, but they would then realize, oh, the ace has not been played yet, it must still be out there but it wont realize that we have yet to play any trump, and no one else is still in the round, so clearly they are safe. Instead of realizing that and continuing to play the trump they have, they will play the Queen of clubs next. We wish they would program this intelligence in and give the bots difficulty settings. That would be great.
While the bid euchre game plays very well, it has one glaring flaw when No Trump is called. Invariably, the opponents play their highest card first when they have more than one in that suit. For example, if No Trump is called and someone leads an ace, one of the players with a king and ten would throw out the king and play the 10 on the next hand instead of guarding the king. Too predictable in that sense and makes it easy to call No Trump without all the highest cards in a suit in your hand (this is at expert level as well).
Sometimes we lose a hand, we thought we were going to win, but the cards go away before we can see what happened. It would be great if there was an option to review last hand.
There should be an option to change partners on pro. We uninstalled the app because our partner constantly ordered us up without any trump cards or usually a 10 or queen. We would have throat punched her if we could for ruining our loners time after time. At pro level the computer partner should be smarter than that – ugh.
It is a decent Euchre Ap. We paid the $4.99 upgrade. We had to delete the Ap and reinstall due to the cards coming up as a question mark with a square around it. Once we reinstalled it, the ads came back. Can someone please help with this.
Once youve played this game for awhile, you will be able to predict who is going to win & with what cards theyll win with. Its the same exact set of cards & game youve played many times. If you choose difficult, the game becomes senseless in the fact that your partner plays against you. Its not the worst app but its a far cry from fun after awhile.
This is the euchre game we have ever played! We recommend it to everyone.
This is the only euchre app where your AI partner is not a moron, the AI does not know its partners hand ahead of time and plays off of that knowledge, and the deals in this game seem random instead of giving the AI the best cards at key moments. Our only beef is the AI partner never goes alone when the opponent AI team can and will. We have played this game for 8.5 hours according to the app, so we doubt it is random statistics.
This is the best euchre game we have found on line. Graphics are slightly more difficult that other games, but once you figure out how to bid it is fine. The best part is that your partner knows how to play and never over trumps your trick ! The bid euchre is equally good quality play.

Good practice for keeping your skill up fairly well, but some of the bonehead play of the other players is really stupid. Example: When opening the hand wiith the Right bower to our our partners trump suit, he played the left bower instead of his small trumps. Or, when signaling we were void in a suit he wouldnt lead it for us to trump.
Developer lets fake ads in the game. Royal Match is nothing like the advertisements allowed. Developer should ditch the adss as it doesnt look good for them. Giving it a 3 star because of this.
A lot of the time if we pick the trump it automatically picks going alone when we didnt even pick it. Really Irritating.
We CANNOT STAND when we call up the trump and our partner has the lead and they lead out trump. THE ONLY time they should do that is if they are showing us where the big boy is!!! We could be calling it on 3 or 4 aces and one off trump and you just pulled the trump out of our hand. And ALSO gave the opponents the lead. Also, sooo many times we have seen our partner call up a trump and wont have one trump in their hand and very few high cards. In BOTH Scenarios we get Euchred EVERY TIME!!!!!! Also, partner has a chance to take the book and throws off with trump in hand. Considering we had to follow suit, we both throw down trump on last book and couldve had 2 points instead of one! However, we DO like that the ads are short and not too often like many other apps. Now app is giving our books to the opposing team. WTH.
This game changed from Echre to an individual game and then back to Euchre. We enjoy both can we choose either to play? If so how.
Ads are held until end of game. It is annoying to see ads after every hand. Thank you.
Finally! We tried 7 other Euchre games, this one is perfect. Graphics and animation make it easy to see and follow the play. Computer players are quite good – almost as good as a human. People outside of Michigan can finally enjoy learning the great game that we grew up playing.
Nice App. The AI for the partner needs some work, it will always lead trump when a human wouldnt. That can get frustrating.
Clean screens without the fluff. Sometimes the hands dealt seem a little unrealistic. Nice options for game variations. Designer Note: Ads shown at start of game halt the game if you tap an X in the upper corners. Never used to, but its a chronic problem now.
Just started playing and Im completely satisfied so far.
Any chance well see future updates like card backs, table color, etc.? Worth the $4 to remove ads, especially if cosmetics come. Love the simplicity of the design.
Our partner has played poorly at times but the latest game has motived us to write this review. Our partner dealt and ordered up the right bower in spades. We took the first trick with an ace and then led our only spade, the king, back to him. It laid off taking the trick with a 9 and we lost the trick when our opponent played the ace! Our partner then took the next 2 tricks with both bowers! Our grandfather would have thumped us on the head.
Good layout small ad at beginning of game sometimes which is no big deal, and an ad after game, but it lets you play the entire game without ads. Ads keep game free to us so as long as they dont interrupt playing we dont mind them.
We were having fun playing regular Euchre, then tried Bid, and now we can't get back to regular Euchre. Nothing works to switch. Otherwise this would be a much higher rating.
We play this every day. Im really into Bid Euchre now. A lot of fun and really good. Theyve made improvements and the $1.99 upgrade to no ads is worth it (if theyre still doing that).
Is there a way to make the game stop forcing us to play a certain card?! Its maddening. Let us play what we want.

A good euchre game with few ads.
So far the game play seems pretty good, but the graphics really strain our eyes. Everything from the cards to the symbols showing who is the dealer are tiny. Even with readers they look blurry to our aging eyes. Our guess is the developer is a younger person with good vision. There is a setting to make the cards larger, but it looks awkward. It doesn't make the cards any bigger, it just makes the symbols bigger. It's probably fine on a tablet, but its a challenge on a phone. Other euchre apps do this better. As feedback to the developer, we would say there's so much unused space on the layout – please use it! Maybe overlap the cards like a normal fanned out hand so they can be bigger. And maybe indicate the dealer with a color change that's easier to see than a tiny arrow. Update: The game play is decent, but it has one glaring weakness. Our partner will never lead trump if we name trump unless they have the right bower. Leading trump to your partner is basic euchre strategy in our book.
