Finally! We tried 7 other Euchre games, this one is perfect. Graphics and animation make it easy to see and follow the play. Computer players are quite good – almost as good as a human. People outside of Michigan can finally enjoy learning the great game that we grew up playing.
Clean screens without the fluff. Sometimes the hands dealt seem a little unrealistic. Nice options for game variations. Designer Note: Ads shown at start of game halt the game if you tap an X in the upper corners. Never used to, but its a chronic problem now.
Good layout small ad at beginning of game sometimes which is no big deal, and an ad after game, but it lets you play the entire game without ads. Ads keep game free to us so as long as they dont interrupt playing we dont mind them.
We were having fun playing regular Euchre, then tried Bid, and now we can’t get back to regular Euchre. Nothing works to switch. Otherwise this would be a much higher rating.
We play this every day. Im really into Bid Euchre now. A lot of fun and really good. Theyve made improvements and the $1.99 upgrade to no ads is worth it (if theyre still doing that).
Is there a way to make the game stop forcing us to play a certain card?! Its maddening. Let us play what we want!

A good euchre game with few ads.
So far the game play seems pretty good, but the graphics really strain our eyes. Everything from the cards to the symbols showing who is the dealer are tiny. Even with readers they look blurry to our aging eyes. Our guess is the developer is a younger person with good vision. There is a setting to make the cards larger, but it looks awkward. It doesn’t make the cards any bigger, it just makes the symbols bigger. It’s probably fine on a tablet, but its a challenge on a phone. Other euchre apps do this better. As feedback to the developer, we would say there’s so much unused space on the layout – please use it! Maybe overlap the cards like a normal fanned out hand so they can be bigger. And maybe indicate the dealer with a color change that’s easier to see than a tiny arrow. Update: The game play is decent, but it has one glaring weakness. Our partner will never lead trump if we name trump unless they have the right bower. Leading trump to your partner is basic euchre strategy in our book.
Paid but wont upgrade to ad free. Never ending loading message. Game is fun otherwise.
Playing euchre is a pretty complex game. New players really do not understand that when a bower becomes the second highest trump if another suit, that their original suit cannot be used they now belong to the TRUMP suit. This game follows the rules and does not force you to play your bower when the undeclared original suit is played.
Good game but needs bigger cards and a better way to show who the dealer is.
Im consistently amazed at how often we get a hand full of nines and tens or how when we pass the west always picks the suit that we dont have in our hand. Weird. The A.I. Has definitely improved.
There is zero chance that the cards are randomly dealt. We get lay us down Loner hands dealt to us about 20% of the time. This does not happen in real Euchre.
Be forewarned. North plays like an idiot. If you call Trump and North has the lead, North will NEVER lead trump.
Tried a few other euchre apps and we like this one the best. Simple layout and no distractions, and AI seems to be better than the others. Paid the $2 to remove ads after the first game. One complaint though: Can you make our hand larger? We have to focus a little bit harder when taking quick glances at our hand because its so small. It would be nice if the cards being played on the table were larger too, but thats not as important. Maybe a settings switch? Our phone is a iPhone 11 Pro Max by the way. Thanks!
The ads are after the game, not hand. Which is amazing. Its a barebones Euchre game. We would like a small celebration for busting the other team or getting 4 pts on a loner. No ads between hands makes us want to pay for the game. Such a great move!!
Better than most other euchre apps. Sooo many 9/10 cards. So many. Opponents seem to call trump 75% of time. Then when we do finally get a good hand, its a loaner. Seems so often either a no doubter loan hand for us or full of 9/10s.
This is a great game, but we have to squint to see them and it slows us down!
629 games, 71% wins. If youve played Euchre youll find your partner to be the worst partner youve ever had. The reason Im 71% wins is because both the opposing players use the same logic. So its fun to play, but if you emulate the logic of this app you wont learn to play well. Now 78% wins. Our partner is basically a drunk toddler.

Pros – Great for learning the game Cons – Game crashed. Restarted phone and still crashedalsoSound off but commercials still loud, Partner glitches as they will play the Jack instead a 9 that would have taken the trick, leading to being Euchered. Opponents renig every 6th to 10th hand Action is soooo slllooooowwww.
Im enjoying this 6-card without partners, but we also liked the previous version of 5 cards with partners. Why did you remove it without notice when this one suddenly appeared? Cant we get both?
After playing several different euchre apps we have come to think that they all use the same base program because they all have the same kind of flaws. As an example, when the computer players dont have to follow suit they sometimes make the most stupid choice of cards as if they are just randomly picking one to throw off with no strategy programmed to influence the choice. This one might be a little different because it is the first one where the computer will actually lead rump on the first trick when the others predictably waited for the third trick to drop the right. (I was taught to always lead trump.) To call trump and then lead a low off suit card seems so wrong to us.
We’ve played many games with this app over 2 months. The graphics and playing mechanics are great. However it has game play flaws. Examples: Hearts were called as trump, East player led a Queen of hearts, we had the Jack of diamonds (Left Bower)but the game would not let us play it. Another: it was the 4th trick, diamonds were trump, our team had 2 tricks, East led a small off-suite card even though East had the Right Bower. We had the Left and took the trick and Euchred the east-west team.
80% of the time, your opponents are offered up a Jack for suit selection, to less than 5 % for you. During the course of play, opponents seem to have the edge, reading your mind, and seem to play well in to each others hand to set youjust too unreal to get dealt consistently good hands. Hard to beat the computer!
Downloaded to refresh our memory for how to play euchre and cant stop playing! Great app.
The hands dealt to the player are consistently awful. In an 12 round game, we were dealt 17 nines. Very rarely get a jack when dealer. Very frustrating game when the competitors get all the good cards.
We really like the simplicity of this game. Easy setup. Several playing options. Seems to work seamlessly. Would highly recommend this game.
Would like to see more options like McEvoy and throw in on a 3-1 split when the last hand in a round doesnt matter. Fast play is slow. Hoping that this is better than other Euchre games!
We have to strain to see what the cards are, they are way too small. Gave up after 2 hands cos that just isnt fun.
Downloaded it. Tried to play it. It locked up on the first hand of the first game.
