The game used to be great, but now it seems to freeze up during every game. Its happened the last 3 or 4 times that we have played. We dont know what has changed but please fix it.
We love this game, but this last year or two, it has consistently gotten frozen, even with decent WiFi connectivity, and data access. Now, ourselves and others have spoken, on the game, about how it gets frozen, and no one can finish a game because of the programming issues.

Game just keeps crashing and glitching, it will count down to 0 and then just pauses. Says waiting for players and is just stuck on it. Has happened to at least 5 games and it wont resolve no matter what we do. Is this a game issue or just user error somehow? Looking for clarification, thanks! Still really like the game though.
Lately the game has been crashing entirely every time someone snoozes during a game. People snooze in games often so it feels like we dont get to play this anymore. Please fix this and Ill rate it 5 stars.
Its great when you get a good group playing. When you are constantly having players snooze and leave after waiting for the timer to go down is frustrating. Thats our only complaint but still give 5 stars because its not the devs fault on that one.
Fun but enough players online. Lobby wait times are insanely long just to get 3 players waiting for the full 5 is basically torture.

Good game pretty much. Would like to see more update and whatnot and the matchmaking sucks. Still wont getting over making fun of Jesus and god like yall cant come up with anything else there is too much stuff on their making fun of the religion.
Ive been playing this game for a few years now and Ive always loved it but its becoming super frustrating when it loses connection randomly and you cant even get back into the game and if you do, you ran out of time and lose a point because you snoozed. Its not fair. Also the many glitches it has just makes it not fun anymore.
There needs to be a way to kick players who go idle too long. We waste too many cakes due to this.
Love the game, but honestly the previous 4 games we have been in bugged out. It says waiting for players when players in chat are clearly ready and the game is bugged. We were tempted to give 2 stars for this game breaking bug, albeit we do appreciate the work the developers have done creating the game. However the bug/delay at times makes this game sometimes unplayable. And then wasting your ingame currency starting inevitably bugged matches just feels wasteful. Not sure how dedicated they are still to this game, though its disappointing how this bug is gamebreaking and seems to be talked about in numerous other reviews.
This game is great! Unfortunately we can only finish one out of every 10 games because it glitches and wont let anyone finish playing. And it doesnt refund your cake when you are forced to quit the game. Super unfortunate :(.

Its fun and very similar to CAH.. However it times out a lot and kicks us out. Its not our internet, as its only this game that has issues.
Its so hard to play a full game with people constantly quitting or snoozing. There should be more penalties for constantly leaving/snoozing in games. It makes the app unenjoyable when you cant even use it.
Been playing this since 2019 so it makes us sad to leave a poor review. But there really isn't a player base for this game anymore. We catch ourselves playing with the same opponents all the time in random mode and half the time our cake gets refunded cause everyone snoozes or leaves. It really is sad. But it not really the fault of the developers. However we are kinda disappointed in the devs for using AI drawings for the deck pictures. Just doesn't seem like they care about the game anymore.
The game is pretty slick and fun, but the ads are relentless and theres no way to turn them off.
Ever since iOS 26 Im getting asked to enable notifications each time we open the app and we cant log in because the emails are never sent. We see the last update was 6 months ago.
Our game is updated and everything but everything we try to join a match it doesnt start. Whats going on.

We love the game. Its really fun and usually makes us grin. The only downside to the game is that sometimes there arent enough people online.

We were searching tirelessly for a game similar to cards against humanity that would just let you play online instead of with friends (we have none). This is IT! We love this game, it's our new addiction.

Ive been playing Evil Apples for at least 6 years. Its a really fun pastime. We very much enjoy playing Card Against Humanity at parties and gatherings, but wanted to be able to play it on our free time. Its a great game to play if you have time to kill and are looking for a good laugh. The chat feature can be fun as long as everyone is respectful. We have only 2 companies. One is the fact that sometimes games will end if too many people quit. The second complaint is that sometimes its hard to find enough players to start a game at certain times of the day. It might be a bit hard to get enough players late at night; however, for us thats not a deal breaker. Overall a very enjoyable and interactive game.
Fun game. But one thing Id wish they would add is to set customize timers for friends games. It be cool if a friend doesnt play for anywhere from 1 minute to like a week they will automatically be snoozed. And this applies to games that havent started yet. Because Ive been in a game lobby for like 2 weeks and the host hasnt pressed start and seems unresponsive. So itll be cool if the host can change after a bit. And it will be cool if a friends game gets to small that bots can be in the game.
the iPad interface really needs reworking. Too many times have we been struggling to use the chosen card, only to end up losing because it was stuck. Really annoying.
Sometimes It takes forever to find enough players to play.
Every time we launch the app, it asks us if we want to enable notifications. We already have notifications enabled. Why ask us EVERY single time we launch the app.
Been playin the game for a few years now — basically since covid — and we've noticed some things that could be changed to improve the gameplay experience. First — it should be free to join a game. Having to wait 4 hours because the ad button is broken really kills the urge to play let alone come back to the app second — it should cost less coins to make a wildcard than you receive upon getting your card picked. What's the point of making a wildcard if youre still losing coins even if you win that round? Third — you should be able to view the individual cards in your total card collection and have the ability to remove cards you dont like/find funny — you could even make it so people can pay coins/cake to add their own wildcards to their card collection. Anyway, we dont usually write reviews let alone keep playing mobile games for literal years so hopefully by commenting here we make a positive change to increase the fun of the game for everyone.
Honestly, we used to play this game quite frequently back in high school a decade ago. Decided to come back and play with some friends and come to realize push notifications are completely broken, so no one knows when its their turn. Makes it extremely annoying to use. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
Great game, so much fun! Weve been playing for several years and adding more friends to the games since they are hearing how fun it is. Now we rarely play because theres no notifications. Doesnt matter what you have set up as default for android or iOS, notifications do not happen anymore so you dont know its your turn to play until you pop into the app. Its slowing down the games and making it no longer fun to play. Please fix notifications.
The biggest annoyance with this game is often their servers kick you off!!!!! Either so many other players loose their connection that the bot has to take over OR you get disconnected!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY UNTIL THEY FIX THIS ISSUE.
The app developers have definitely given up on this game. Ive had this since 2018 and it was so active back then, but now you can barely play a game because theres rarely anyone online to join. Its sad to see this app die. The developers could literally do ANYTHING to advertise this game. Make ads so people will see it and download it. This app doesnt deserve to go out this way when its genuinely fun. Very disappointing.
We used to play this game years ago via Google Play. It is much harder to get a game started now because almost no one else is online at a given time.
Overall good game but add a way so you get 1 free cake everyday.

We recently upgraded our phone and lost our game. We play in a private group with family and ironically we were the judge and the game could not move forward. We could not find our way back to our game but have been playing for several years and was disappointed we might not be able to get back. We reached out to the EVIL crew and explained our situation and frustration. The game itself is most enjoyable and gives the fam a connection. It took a few weeks to locate us and get us back in the game but the EVIL crew was so patient and Im most grateful for their continued help. The game is great and support is the best.
Yall should make an Anime deck or even like individual decks for animes like dragonball or one piece.
So the game is amazing and all, we love it, Ive shared it with friends and they love it but how many players are allowed to play in one lobby? Is 5 the max? We would love to see to where you can have more players in one lobby. Excellent game that by far deserves an extraordinary rating. Keep up the great work.
The survivor mode is our absolute favorite, 10/10! We hope this game eventually gets more love; it takes a bit to find a full lobby to play with.
Great game, undoubtedly; the only thing is Ive been experiencing some problems recently such as: 1. We cant find the wild card option any longer. 2. We cant add our email for backups.
Super fun and you hardly ever even see an ad! Plus it's easy to grow your deck from their free cake giveaway program in the app.
Best customer service EVER. We lost our account due to buying a new phone and didnt save it, and wanted to play again, but we couldn't log in. The amazing team of Evil Apples helped us recover our account!! We worked so hard to get a bunch of decks so we were thrilled they could help!! Thank you guys for your time and effort, we appreciate it!!! Best team.
It's awesome. Never gets boring. The only issue is when too many people disconnect and they throw a bot in the game as a player. The cards are so random from the bots and it is very obvious which card was played by them, so we usually just restart the app and we'll get in a room with actual people again.
This game always makes us laugh! Its fun.
This game is so fun and so addictive. We love it!!!! And the support staff is so very helpful and responsive.
We love this game! It has been glitching the last few days and closes the app after it loads though. Hopefully it is fixed again soon.
