Exiled Kingdoms is a single player Action-RPG that allows you to roam freely through a unique world. It is an isometric game, inspired by some of the best role-playing games from the past decades; it brings back the old spirit of the classics in many ways: a challenging environment, choices with consequences, and a solid game system, with different paths to develop your character.
Explore the world: no one will point you to the best hidden secrets. Talk to hundreds of different characters, each with unique dialogues, and solve dozens of quests. Free version: allows to play as a Warrior or a Rogue. It includes 30 areas, 29 completable quests and many hours of gameplay, with a level cap adequate to the areas available.
Full version: requires a single in-app purchase, which unlocks everything, forever. No other activations are needed. Includes 135 areas, 90 quests (plus 200+ generated quests), hundreds of dialogues, counting over 130,000 words; approximately 120+ hours of gameplay, and more content gets added all the time. Additionally, the full version unlocks the Iron-Man mode (permadeath) and makes the Cleric and Mage classes available.
There are NO further micro-transactions. No pay-to-win, no "energy", no ads. Just a game, like they used to be.
STORY INTRODUCTION: A DARK TALE, AND A BRAVE NEW WORLD
A century ago, the Andorian Empire was destroyed by a magical cataclysm that brought The Horrors into our world; humanity was nearly annihilated. Many thousands managed to escape sailing away to the Imperial Colony of Varannar: a savage island, dangerous and unexplored. Mistrust and blame made impossible to elect a new Emperor, and the four Exiled Kingdoms were proclaimed.
Nowadays, the ragtag kingdoms still struggle to survive in a harsh land, often waging war on each other. Empire and the Horrors are, for many, just old legends and fairytales. You are a novice adventurer, rarely paying attention to such old stories; you're more concerned with your latest misadventures and lack of gold.
But for once, luck seems to be on your side. You received a letter from New Garand, stating that you are the sole beneficiary of a big inheritance. You don’t remember any relatives in the capital of the Kingdom of Varsilia, but certainly that won’t stop you from an opportunity like this! The road to New Garand will reveal many surprises, and will teach you that fairytales and legends can become, in fact, very real.

-Polish localization complete, german and turkish improved. Thanks, translation team!
-Achievements "Why the rush" and "Hardcore" will now be unlocked correctly with certain game ending.
-Beheaded Ones will stop respawning when the Executioner dies. (only if you kill the executioner after this update).
-Call of Blood quest: in rare cases, after the final battle certain cage wouldn't open. Added a second check to open it when approached.
-Hirge's Retribution skill should now work correctly.
-Updated internal libraries for future compatibility and improved stability.

Im actually amazed by how fun this is. Im only using the free version, but Im definitely buying the full version bc its a fair price, and the dev(s) deserve it Also, no subscriptions or purchasable currency in this game (which is so hard to find these days). 10 out of 5 stars from us.
Cant stop playing. The replay value is insane. Great leveling system and difficult to boot! Only thing that could make it better was being able to play audio in the background.
This game has gotten us through a hard time living at a sober house after a divorce. The immersion is great. But what can we say, we love rpgs and nerdy fantasy.
You can tell that the person who made this game loves RPGs. The graphics may not be triple A but it makes up for it with heart for days. Lots of fun missions and a great leveling system.

We played this game years ago, and Im only now writing a review, this, and necromancer are the best phone game experiences Ive had 10/10 we wish they made another.

Very nicely done and well worth the price, even more so now that it is finished (we started with this game back in 2016). You can avoid the annoying crashes when changing scenes (as when entering or leaving dungeons, especially when you go in the Steinz house in New Garand) simply by setting the in-game sounds and music to MUTE before you enter. Update 2025: still our favorite RPG in the App Store, and we really like the devs style, but to get the final update with additional areas and quests, you have to use a different platform.
Fun game with toons pig replay value.
Cant believe this game isnt more popular. Stardew valley meets original RuneScape. If you need a distraction and something engaging, with a challenge, but easy on the mind – this is it.
The fact this was made by a small team of people blew us away. The amount of content is totally worth $5. Gameplay is fun and sometimes grindy but feels dangerous and adventurous with the awesome music scores! Thats really where we decided to buy the game. Our heart started racing with that music in the goblin mines. The ambience is great too! Some random elements of enemy spawns to keep the world feeling like its living and changing. Great work you all. Really well done.
We are in the position where we were entering a building and was killed at the same time and now the game is frozen. Tried logging in day later but still stuck. Since paid for game not sure what will happen if try to reload game. Help.
Been looking for an iOS game like this for years, just a simple rpg with hatches some quests an open map and a nice level progression. Really wish we found out about this sooner and really dont have any complaints with spending the 5 bucks for the full game.

We live the long in depth world we get to emerge in with the chance to immerse our own role play in the game we wish there was more please please please creator please make it so that we iOS users can access soliga and elder forest we need it badly.
Ive been meaning to play this game for a while and we finally made the time to play it. We just beat the main story and completed all there was to do and hands down this is one of the best games Ive played. The story is powerful and gameplay is engaging. We just wish there was more to play. Truly stunning and worth every second.
This game is phenomenal and it would be a waste to not update it today 5years later.
Its a retro-feeling rpg with simple yet fun gameplay, story, and skill trees. We didnt have to pay for the extra classes, but it was reasonably-priced and well-worth the money! We would recommend anybody looking to sink time into a fun single-player rpg experience without ads every 5 minutes like all of todays app games. Im just hoping for a sequel, spiritual successor, or any other game thats like this one.
We were looking for a mobile game with a similar feel to Elder Scrolls and this one is our favorite.
The fact that this game is so fire. Now the whole municipality is being rebuilt but we all agree that it was worth it to finally find such a great game whose devs didnt monetize with the slimy modern mobile game pay to win business model that so many people choose to support. We downloaded this game when we saw someone on Reddit say that this is how mobile gaming should be, and we couldnt agree more.
No In-App purchases. True RPG with multiple classes and play-styles. We cant remember when we have played an actual good mobile RPG. Give this developer your money! They deserve it.

If you like games along the flavor of Baldurs Gate, Diablo, Dungeons and Dragons, or just narrative driven rpgs in general – check this game out. When you pick it up, it might come off as deceiving simplistic but dont let it fool you. This game has depth.

We love pretty much everything about this game!!! We just wish we had more types of this one. With different story and characters. A different world building even. But everything else the same. The same design and features. And u dont have to spend money on this game but if u want the full experience then its 110% worth it! We did it and no regrets.
We love this game so much and have it on both apple and android phones in the past. But we havent seen the same updates on the apple end as the android version has new location. We would just LOVE for the update to come out.
Im really enjoying the game. We never purchase games, but felt like this had a good old time feel that seemed just right. Im still really enjoying it! What could be improved: -It would be amazing to have the option to have some form of multiplayer available. Being able to import characters and whatnot into a server. Kind of like the original Diablo games-allow up to 8 people in a room. That could make things really fun and exciting, and allow a limited community aspect that isnt overbearing.
You need to make an online feature.
Like many here have said before, this is an old school style RPG and it brings all the amazing elements of one. You have a very good storyline with amazing twists, a great number of side quests that adds to the overall experience (both making your character stronger and giving you more depth into the EK world), great variety of monsters, equipments, and skills to build each of the four different classes into a direction. All in all its a solid game and we hope it grows! TIPS – (1) if youre starting now choose the easiest mode. (2) complete every side quest to give you EXP, gold, and equipment (3) follow the walkthroughs online to make sure youre making and getting the most out of your game (4) warrior is a good option for beginners.
Without a doubt one of our favorite rpgs of all time, all the way from the combat mechanics being simple enough for any age to play to the small remarks in character text with a hint of comedy. Overall a great choice for any hardcore fans or medieval/fantasy lovers.
An amazing game with a huge degree of content. Well worth the low cost. The PC version has a few quests and locations not seen here and we hope to see those added to IOS. Great game, 10/10.
This game is fun and hard. Its a real time Action RPG but with more focus on a strategy approach than just going and trying to kill everything. The enemies are tough and you will have to plan your path when going for quests. Its fun and its really worth the price. Good job from the Devs.
Its clear that love has gone into creating this game. Most importantly the game is fun. Yet its also a love letter to RPGs of bygone decades, and it holds its own among them. Its not perfect, and thats part of the charm, but it is solid. Also, while the game is quite expansive as we have it here, it looks like theres a slim chance that it may be expanded. And thats an added bonus to an excellent throwback RPG available for ios.

Kids hit the silent switch on our phone. So problem solved No music or sounds coming through the game. Went to settings and phone volume. Rest phone no changes. Definitely a 5 star game but not without music.
We always look forward to opening this app on our phone. Its such a simple game. When we do damage, or take damage, its not hard to perceive how effective our attacks are or our armor bonuses are. Some other games, the values of damage are too large ( ex. 50). The old-school style of the game is relaxing and pleasing to the eyes.
Ive gotten so much more out of this little game than we couldve ever imagined. We often find ourselves thinking about it. This game, in its simplicity, offers a tasteful and entertaining fantasy RPG experience. This world is massive compared to what you might expect and the quests/dungeons are interesting and memorable. For us at least. This is a 5/5 amazing little fantasy RPG gem. We wish there were more like it.
This game lets you play before requiring a purchase to move on, and it gives you enough time to decide if you want to buy. For us it was a definite yes. It cost less than 5 bucks, and thats it. Thats all. No more purchases. While this game doesnt have good graphics, it doesnt really need them! Theres lots to explore, and lots of quests, along with an intriguing story. Theres a bit of a learning curve for starting out, as it might seem really hard, but it isnt too difficult once you get the hang of it(There are different difficulties though). Also, if you experience a glitch that makes you have to reset a dungeon, try turning the games sound off. Solved the problem for us. P.S. Our only complaint is that some expansion updates are on android and computer etc. But arent on Apple iPad. We learned theres a lot of content we dont have access to unfortunately(there is plenty normally, but we just want more!), and we really hope you can get it on here. We will attempt to not gild the lily too much here, but yall, this is what weve been missing. The epitome of role playing adventure is Dungeons & Dragons, an undisputed fact, however, when properly applied to an algorithmic, story driven, fully-immersive rogue/party experience we have precious few gems. Like the great works of Saada and Vogel, this rogue-like will keep you wanting to plunge once more into the fray. Netflix once said that sleep was its biggest competitor, how little they knew.
This is a game you will want to play. It has everything.
Its challenging, makes you think about your builds in the different areas. That being said theres so much loot and secrets and silly dialog. Its one of the best games you can get in the store. Get it, get the upgrade. You wont regret it.
We love this game but we havent beaten it yet because we wanted to complete all the side quests before completing the main story. So finding out that theres more stuff we could do if we had a different phone is a bit disheartening. But we still love this game and am excited about future updates if there are any. If we get to level 30 before the update then Ill go beat the game.

We got this and instantly fell in love with the game. This game is full of quests than you can do even after finishing the game. Truly is a wonderful game. Although one problem, we got a new phone and and restored our data from our old phone but on our old phone, we had the full license but for some reason, it says we have the free license even though we were using a level 13 person.

Games like this make the world go round. Spot on adventure Dungeons and Dragons style ARPG. We dont like to spend money but the $3.99 for the full game on IOS is a no-brainer. Thanks dev team, and if youre a solo programmer Im vastly more impressed.

Our only issue is that we have recently started using an iPhone and we previously purchased with a previous android phone wondering if we can restore our purchase on an iPhone.
