We just wish we could put our trees closer together. And another expansion. Hows that for short and sweet? Buy the millionaire cow too, gives you RC daily and its worth it.
We have been playing this game for over 3 years. Plenty to do to keep interest. Recently, however, there are a few items we want to get, but cannot find them anywhere on the game. Annoying, thus, only 4 stars.
We used to love this game but you have wayyy too much going on at the same time.
Our problem with purchasing RC has not been fixed for us we have played this game12 years and we joyed it we get gift from family off Apple Card that we have always redeem at the app withe a camera of the card and our password to make purchases. You have not helped in any way months we have tried to fix this asking for helppp.
Ever since the last update, the game keeps getting stuck, it takes forever to launch, and you do a bunch of stuff just to find out that none of them were actually done because game got stuck and you didnt know. Im giving up on this, we dont have that kinda patience in us. Its been great, thats you all. Ill be back when its fixed.
We really like the game. But the app is starting to crash more and more.
The game is freezing every 5-10 minutes. And it is getting unresponsible. Customer support blames our iPad, our network connection, everything but their issues. We are playing on newest model of iPad and fastest internet connection that only possible (close to 1 GB). But issue is getting worse with each new release. Stay away of this game and their terrible Customer Support.
Id like to get access through app settings on how to play and use items collected in the red box w arrow.
The animals and decorations are very cute. Its fun to get lost in a world when you just need a little time to relax and thats the keyword. It should be relaxing. But the developers love to make things by random and its frustrating and when you open a ticket to write to support, they will respond, but mostly by saying oh thank you for your patience and understanding we cant do anything well pass it along to the developers. Oh, and yes, were going to close the ticket now. We were like why would you close the ticket if you havent actually resolve the problem?. A lot of people complain that they keep coming out with things that cost money and they are money grubbing. Many people can play without spending any of their money. Can watch some videos to get resources. And just get out of the activities that cost money until you build up more resources. And the people who enjoy getting more out of the game can spend some money.
This game would be a lot better if everything didnt require RC. Unlike their Facebook game which is a much better balance. You cant really complete quests unless you use RC and you can only earn RC when you level up. Otherwise you have to spend real dollars to get more. The Facebook version lets you earn RC weekly we believe. Their RC panel doesnt give you a good chance to earn RC either.
This game is fun and addictive but when purchased the RC for double the amount and did not receive it is definitely a game changer. We should not have to take a screenshot etc to prove that something was purchased. Especially since the items purchased has disappeared. Hmm. Will give more stars when this is resolved ASAP!!!!!

We love this game! Play it everyday! Never missed a day. But Im having a hard time trying to figure out how to unlock the new items for like popcorn machine, juice machine etc. Can anyone help us please?
We really like this game. We just wish you would change it so we can expand it easier. Im at the point where you have to have way to many landscape points we have 2019 and need 5700. Theirs no way Im ever going to get that. Please change that. Other than that we really like the game. Thank you.
They are insisting we buy expensive animals that are only used once. Fun though the game may be, many players will be lost due to the price.
The timed special missions are impossible to complete. They end up requiring machines and plants that cost high amounts of RC, which is impossible to do because the game rarely rewards you with RC. The only way to possibly afford the things for special missions is to use real money to purchase RC. And at that point, what is the fun in playing the game if you have to pay money.
Good Evening, we format our IPhone and we lost our original farm, we didnt use Facebook or gmail , we only played after download the game by App Store How can we bring back our original Farm?
If you ever played farmtown or Farmville on Facebook, this is a game to play! You have neighbors we come and help you on the farm that you can become friends with and be a community with. Its an addicting game. Its a game where you can either spend real money or just save up your RC but you still can have fun and get assistance from your neighbors your buddies and your community to level up. The graphics are fun and amazing. We really do enjoy playing this game!
The gameplays great with its activities and special missions, but sometimes you have to buy RC to get certain items or decoration have to be bought. Maybe make the game a bit more free 2 play and less pay 2 win?
Why did original FarmVille die out?
We started playing this game in 2014, invested time and money as well. We deleted our fb acct which is what we used to log into the game now we can no longer access our farm. We dont remember the id but we did remember our farm name, it was BUGSBY. Customer support has asked for receipts, our most recent one was from 2019 yet they cant locate our farm. If anyone is neighbors with us pls add this other farm we are playing on temporarily the farm Id for the new farm is FJDENWE and send a msg. Update: our account was found a few weeks ago they were very patient and actively trying to help and they did, really appreciate them finding it! Thanks you guys.
We would give this game 5 stars IF you didnt have to spend actual money to complete quests! You should be able to delete quest that wont be finished because you actually have to spend money and its frustrating.
We literally cannot progress in the game because the quests are asking us to buy stuff that costs RC we dont have. The only way to get it is buying it. The game will tell you oh you can get RC through missions and the spinny wheel and club rewards!! Im level 30 and have yet to get it from anything other than the wheel, but thats like a one in a million chance, and the wheel makes you pay 2 RC to get the 2 RC you landed on. Please add some kind of feature (BESIDES WATCHING ADS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD) where we can get RC so we can continue playing without paying.
This is the only farming game we want to play regularly, ever. We love it. One of the few mobile games for which we are okay with dropping $$$ on IAPs.

Been playing a little over a year now and when we started it was Amazing could do so much with out spending a lot of cash, in the past 4 or more months that all they want is for you to spend money!! You have to buy machines to do missions and after the mission you never use the machines again! And the last mission (reindeer mission) was icing on the cake!! Im looking for a new game to play!!! Like we said Loved this game at 1st yet not anymore!!!
This game has always been one of our favorites, but your new side game, Treasure Adventure added December 2022, has turned out to be a money pit. We dont mind spending a little on a game but this is ridiculous. You can keep your reindeer. We dont need it that badly.
Love it but gets to a certain point where you cant move on unless you pay.

Frustration with lack of customer support (they nicely tell you its your problem – but NEVER solve anything to your slight satisfaction). You can expect to spend money if you want to advance. Its ridiculous how many mini activities they want to you complete also. And there are far too many activities to know what needs to be completed without explanation. We hate to ask questions because it is met with a smarmy your stupid nice.

This game is awesome. There are so many things to do. We have played this game for 6 years and never run out of things to do. When we were in Covid lockdown this game helped us escape to our farm and rest our mind away from all the horrible things happening. Im a senior and we were afraid to get out of the house and go anywhere. But we could always escape to our beautiful farm. Thank you employees for keeping us updated on the farm and all of your hard work. We will continue to work our farm as long as we we are able. Happy farming to everyone who plays this game!
Fun and enjoyable game, but would like it if you could decrease the amount of time it takes for certain crops to grow. We feel as if 16 hours for the blue rose to grow is too long. Prehaps 3 hours at most. Just a suggestion.

We really liked this game It was really fun to play for the time we had it, and it had been our favorite game for the past few months until a few days ago when it wouldn’t let us into the game. We thought maybe it was another maintenance thing, however after a few days of it still not letting us in we figured it was most likely the game. And we would’ve been fine with it being 2 or three days so we wouldn’t lose our login streak, but at this point It would mean I’d have to start over from day one. So we deleted it. It’s a really good game tho, we just wish j hadn’t lost our streak. Also we really hate how difficult it is to get RC like it’s really annoying because you can’t really advance if you don’t have RC, and you also can’t participate in events if you don’t have RC to spend on Stuff for the events, which would be fine if the items didn’t cost a lot of RC.
Cannot get the top left folder to open at all. How can we respond fulfilling request, etc?
There is a glitch in the app. We are trying to rearrange our farm, so we are moving stuff to the warehouse, but every time we tap the the item to go in the box it closes the app.

We’ve been playing this game for like seven years. But please stop making us buy new machines with our RC to finish the quests.
We have been playing this game since 2013 and really enjoying it. We were just told to update to the latest version and when we tried, we were told it wasn’t compatible with our device (iPad). What on earth was changed to make it incompatible with older iPads?? We are beyond disgusted that we can no longer play unless we get a new iPad, which we can’t afford. Hopefully we can still play it on our iPhone, but we preferred the iPad because of the larger screen. We hope this is a glitch because otherwise this doesn’t make sense . Was the update that extensive to no longer make the game compatible on certain devices? Please fix this.
