Its fun and super addicting, but we beat all the levels and now we have nothing to do on it until a new shop is released. We wish we could go back and replay old levels.
Im on level 25 of the sports store and Im supposed to get likes to pass the level. But in the beginning of the game when they are ready to be put into a changing room and their bubble is green we tapped to put in room and it doesnt register a like so it makes us lose the level every single time because Im short likes. Ive tried to beat this level at least 30 times and does the same thing. Please fix.
We love the game and its a great way to pass the time. Its a little glitchy on some levels where the task we wanted Mark to do wouldnt register. It takes a few days of not playing to get your gems and money up of you need to upgrade something (that is if you got the patience to wait.). We didnt have to pay anything to beat all the levels they have. Now Im playing Doran story while waiting on the new update for more levels. Anybody know when that is.
We updated the app. But it wont let us open to play. Once we hit the open button it goes back to the game telling us to update again.
Ive been playing this game for awhile and now theres an update and its hosing up the game.
We enjoyed the game and was having fun but after a while we were unable to pass the levels even when we did everything perfectly. Had to keep spending diamonds to get more people to hit the coin goal. We would have had to upgrade things but with no way to make money we would have had to keep spending diamonds and they dont give out that many for free. Maybe if we got to keep the coins we earned even we dont pass level it would be better. At least that way we would be able to upgrade the things.
We really like this game but passing through the levels is impossible unless you stack boosters and of course, you dont earn enough to constantly get boosters for every single level. Hard levels thrown in are definitely fun, but level after level that just cannot be beat is pointless. Time to delete and move on.
Even when you do everything they want, serve all customers on green meter on time, still cant pass level. They want you to spend your money.
We like this game and the way its storys made and the general concept. Our problem is when the hard levels gets too hard for even when we have ALL the improvements. We bought the water machine even though we regret because it affected our customers and it seems like you HAVE to use boosters in order to complete a level. We were in the first store, level 60 and did it multiple times with all improvements but to no avail. It wasnt until we had to buy boosters to get us to complete it and we wish we didnt have to do that because we had used them in the previous hard levels. It would be nice to have a hard level but possible to beat it without the needed use for boosters. Otherwise its a fun game.
We are unable to progress. We dont have enough coins for an upgrade, and cant pass the level without upgrading. Unfortunately we can only get coins by passing levels, so am at an impasse. The gameplay is perfect, wish we could play some older levels to increase our coins.
This is the worst one of these types up games Ive ever played. Unrealistic goals. Wants a payout around every corner. Cant complete levels unless you pay. Big cash grab game. Dont waste your time. Go play diner dash instead. Itll save you a headache.
Stuck on screen that says update the app. We updated it. Says click here to open.. And then goes back to screen that says to update.. Can no longer get into the game as it stays on that screen to update after you already did.
Just did the update and now we cant play. The game wont go past the first screen. It keeps saying we need to update even though we already have.
This game is honestly too challenging. The balloon maker in masquerade is so slow and three people want it at the exact same time. To get upgrades its so expensive. If we could go back and forth between stores to make money we would. But it seems if you want anything good you have to spend extra money. We really liked it but its honestly rather impossible at times.
Passing levels are extremely hard unless u pay real money.
Every time we would open the app the game kept crashing and we have the new iPad update.
We made an in app purchase of 7.99 to get boosts and gems. We purchased a VIP boost with our GEMS. We got 3 we used one when we tried to use it again the other two were gone. We have tried to contact support and get a resolution to this and have been patient but have gotten nothing but the run around. We are very disappointed. We love playing this game but will not purchase anything else which will probably not allow us to continue playing.
You cant get through evils without additional help. So you end up buying jewels. Sorry but after awhile its just too much.
This game really needs improvements. First of all, we are on level six and its impossible to pass it. Could you please give us boosters by watching an ad, also how do we get coins for upgrades and also it would be nice to have more staff in the game and also give us quests in the game and bonuses. We are having a difficult time right now on level six.
Ever since we downloaded the last Apple update, apps on our iPad that used to work crash. We just downloaded this app and it crashed.
Great game until recent update. It wont load for us to play anymore.
This game is actually really fun, and we loved it until level 56 of the second shop. It started becoming really glitchy, and levels 56-59 would never end. We used rubies to get extra customers to meet our goal, and the extra customers never came.so the game was just stuck and wouldnt finish the level. We ended up having to play all these levels multiple times, and use rubies each time. We paid actual money for the rubies, so due to all the glitches we lost about $10 worth of rubies and power ups. We tried contacting them and was completely ignored. We are now scared to play future levels in case this happens again and we lose even more money. If you play, dont buy anything because you will just lose it all due to poor gameplay. We feel robbed.
We keep watching the videos to double the payments and we never get the extra payments. Very scammy. Then the game crashed and we had to delete and reinstall and lost all our progress. And apparently there is no way to restore progress OR purchases. As of now this game is getting permanently deleted.
Theres still a glitch on the game. Idk why they think they can scam people like this.. The level Im on wont take the likes that Im clearly fulfilling.

We really love this game but when we got to around level 50 it started to not have enough people to reach the amount of money we needed to make and we had to spend all our gems getting more people, we thought this was a glitch and kept playing but then it kept happening with other levels as well so we guess we will have to stop playing.
We were loving this game until we got to level 47, then the game stopped counting all the coins we were actually getting so we couldnt pass the level. Plus the times for when things are requested just to have the same thing requested .2 seconds later by the next customer is totally unfair. Please fix this game and make it actually worth playing. Im not going to put money into it and will just delete it if you dont fix it. We watch ads to get stuff but it was just supposed to be a fun game, sad to say its not fun anymore when we lose every time we try and do everything right.
This game is really addictive and fun however we have a problem with the fact that we cant complete levels in the first shop after we unlock the second one. When the levels on the second shop become too hard, we wish we had the option to go back to the first shop and earn money to get upgrades for the new shop. This is not the case. Because of this we will have to sit on one level for days trying to pass it. We also dont like that we have to buy a new item such as the water cooler every shop. We bought the water cooler thinking that we would have it for every shop but theres a toy machine you must buy for the second shop. This is very disappointing and clearly very money motivated. We wont be buying anything else from this game because its not worth it to continuously purchase these items just to not be able to use them when you open a new shop.
Couldnt even get past level 11 without the game making it so you have to spend money to pass. Ridiculous! We deleted this game. We miss the days when you could pay once for a game instead of games like this that want to constantly rip you off.
Ive played plenty of games similar to this one and more. We play games on console, pc, and mobile. With that said this game is trash. Its a money grab. Level design is made for you to failed. After the 2-4 level you is already bombarded with buy us items. This is sad. We dont mind spending money but Im not about to feel pressured or scam into spending money. You need to take notes from diner dash. Implement these things better. We really wish companies stopped treating their customers like cash cows.
After getting to level 45 in the sport store you cant get the possible number of thumbs up to win without using gems to add customers or if you were to pay to use the energy bar machine. Liked the game till that.
We were excited for the newest level (freaking finally), but its literally impossible to pass certain levels without spending diamonds to continue the level.
We like this game a lot and Im on level 48 and it says not to lose a single a customer. We played it perfectly, no one was in the red or anything. We only made 178 out of the 192 required coins how? We want to play the game but we are not about to spend our real money on gems if its not being reasonable without needing gems. Fix this and we will play. Good day.
We liked this game a lot until we reached level 47. It is impossible to beat the game. We played this round at least 10 times and am confused on how we didnt beat it. We made sure none of the customers were unhappy but somehow we didnt earn enough coins. The game developers are just desperate for money. They force you to buy gems or power ups just to beat a single level. Greedy developers. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
We usually love this app & the doorman story. But theres a bug in our fashion shop app where it doesnt register the thumbs up that we earn per task. Which does not allow us to level up so im just stuck on one level. We are super annoyed.
We are on sports shop level 3 and you need 24 likes to pass. Ive played it with our fast feet and everything. So we screen recorded it. When you check them into a dressing room you arent getting likes. So theres no way to pass the level.
We love this game but it frustrates us that it glitches badly when Im trying to tap certain items to pick up or perform the task. We hope you guys fix this issue because its very annoying being stuck and its not our fault.
Its very fun and intense it just wont let us press on people or things and always glitches out and is very annoying and causes us to lose those purple coin things.
We love playing this game, just having issues delivering to customers on levels, Ill grab the item then try and hand them to the customer and it will not let us has been doing it for a few days sadly.
This game was good for the first few levels but unless you buy certain things you cant win or get anywhere. Ive never played a game like this that you basically have to pay for everything. Deleted this the first day of playing.
Its alright theres always a time in sleeveless where the rush gets hefty than your not able to click on the things that need to get done.
Theres an aggravating glitch in the game that will sometimes rear its ugly head by becoming unresponsive to taps. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes it stays until you fail the level. Please fix this.
We played Doorman Story until it ran out of levels and suggested this game. We started this one and we like it but it gets SO frustrating that the game forces you to get the upgrades no matter how well you do on a level. Im currently on level 54 and we are always 6 coins short. Legit – it doesnt matter if we have the perfect game or some people who get in the red zone we are exactly 6 coins short from beating it. Ive also run into the problem of trying to tap on someone and it wouldnt work so we are forced to waste a life. Please, atleast make this game fair. We get yall want to make money but we watch the ads we do what we need to. The least you could do when we get a perfect level is allow us to pass it and not say Im 6 coins short.
After the new sportswear update we were excited but in the new store you must make a purchase in the app in order to buy the sports bar to get enough likes to pass the levelI liked this game because even though maybe a bit more challenging to pass levels without money, it was still possible to pass the levels until now.
We really want to love this game but it is so buggy. Taps dont register 1/2 the time and you gotta sit there and wildly tap on something repeatedly to get it to register the tap.

Game is a little slow as in the helper does not respond to commands right away. Otherwise the game is fine.

We never had a problem with this game but we beat all the different shops a couple of months ago. When is an update with new levels coming? We bought diamonds and we havent been able to use them.
Its a fun and cool game but the water machine should not cost real life money maybe affordable coins they should change that.
