We have tried to contact this company On numerous occasions and no one has bother to respond. Apparently there was a recent change and we were unable to login. After two days we were able to and everything we have done is completely gone. We had saved everything to the cloud, but when we try to restore purchases and login, we have only 2000 coins. Prior to today, we had approximately 300,000 coins. We had completed almost everyone of the episodes and now none! We love this game so much and for that we would give it a five star, but we dont wanna start all over and the customer service is a zero star.
We couldnt find a way to turn off automatic hints. We like finding the differences without using them.
Should not be a timed game. The time makes it frustrating.
Our subscription just recently renewed. You have not sent any new picture topics in over a month. REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO ME. We NO LONGER WISH TO SUBSCRIBE. Thank you.
Great game but it keeps freezing up on our brand new ipad3, maybe not compatible. We have to keep shutting our iPad down and restart it. We tried to down load the next level and it wont just a white line. Ill find a new game thats similar.
Downloaded,but, wont start. Error message says no internet connection. Everything else works with connection. App bug.
Where are the tutorials. We hunted for instructions to play the game and found an option that said restore tutorials. We clicked on it but cannot find where they are. Any explanation on how this game works would be great. One thing said you get one game a week but as we finished one there was another and another. Im confused. We saw somewhere that you get one a week and something about paying. Now we dont see anything about paying so we hope Im not being charged. We also thought we saw that we get one game a week but as the previous person said, when we finish one we get another. Explain please!! When we ask for a hint, which we’ve only done twice the whole picture disappears. What or where is the hint? We dont expect the hint to be the answer. That makes it way too easy and still leaves our mind going so wheres the one we missedI dont. Want we dont want the searches to be timed. When we first started playing itt was not timed. How do we stop the timing?
Im giving this app three stars only because there are a lot of advertisements which we paid so they wouldnt appear as often although they still do. And second we paid for one year subscription with the description they would have a new game every week? Every week we havent had a new game in a month or more! We absolutely love playing the game but once you beat all the levels youre just in limbo until they release the another level that has only 10 puzzles which takes us one day so every week Im hoping for one puzzle to do for our one year subscription and we are only getting one every few months. Otherwise play in the game is very fun and addicting and besides the lack of levels and then puzzles, and then advertisement we would love to give this app five stars. Thank you.
