Reminds us of the good ole days!
We’ve always loved the original fish tycoon game, with its realistic ‘ grow while you’re gone ‘ and with how most apps nowadays require you to wait to progress, it only feels more natural with this game. Which has btw kept all of its old features and include new ones ! We were scared to play this game and see it be ‘ruined’ by removing features from the past which is what made the game great, but that didn’t happen here ! We’re really enjoying the new features and the pacing with the game, feels like something we can play forever <#3.
We really enjoy last day of work games as they are always peaceful, relaxing and lots of fun. However we recently can across an issue that we hope gets resolved soon. The goals on the goals page do not seem to update properly even when you do the task. The most recent was to raise 10 fish to age 50. We have breed and raised 40 fish to age 167 and the task is still only registering 6/10. Perhaps it just need a bugs fixed update? Besides that keep up the great work and we hope to see more games in the future.
This game is cool and the fish do die and they are specs fish to.

We love this game! We enjoy having to figure out how to breed the magic fish! We also really like that the game isnt over in a few days! This game can take months to figure it all out.
We’ve only had this game a few hours and we cant stop! We simply have a hard time putting it down which is saying something! Im a workaholic and never can relax, and we found this game and whew… Definitely worth the time and money if you wanna spend a little to buy gems. There are so many free ads to watch to get boatloads of goodies!!
We keep getting errors when trying to watch ads for free coins/gems. Something went wrong. All defined ad networks are used up for this campaign. ADC001 Something went wrong. The operation couldnt be completed. (ISFACEBOOKADAPTER ERROR 100.)
This game is lots of fun. It’s also very relaxing.
We like the game but you can run out of coins quick and lots of things cost gems but you can make it through the game without spending money.
This is our absolute favorite fish game. Very relaxing. Only things we would change is when you select a fish in the exclypedia the it would show the breeding tree.
We love this game, its great! Just some things, we took our a while to get the upgrades needed to keep our rare fish alive, but even overnight they all die… And now the videos/ads are crashing our game and we need to close the app completely and reopen it every time we play an add for coins/gems/or to revive our fish. SUPER annoying.
Enjoy the game altho have connectivity issues with this game constantly where we dont with anything else. Didnt start out that way. Seems just recently.
We love this game, and would love to see more like it! We played the original on the computer back when it was new, so its a splash of nostalgia for us. Heres what keeps it from being 5 Star, and this is just our opinion. We would love to see more customization options. Let us decorate our own store with items we buy or earn that have different impacts on the customers and aesthetic. Implement a customer reviews category and a bit of business management with it as well. Maybe EVENTUALLY let us branch out from fish and learn to breed other types of aquatics. – make it a bit easier for us to obtain a few extra tanks.
We like the game but cant seem to keep up. We wont play the game for a couple hours and all the fish will loose health and die. Not going to spend our time watching videos to revive them.
We like it overall, but we have our main progress saved on our tablet and logged into Facebook so we could play it on our iPhone but it wont let us play our saved data. It gives us the choice to resume or override but either one we click it restarts new.
Really enjoy the game. Aside from the fact that to continue doing the missions given to you and obtain the final tank, gems are required. Its a shame.
The daily rewards that say like 4.99 value 9.99 value are we paying for those because we sure as heck hope not . Or does it mean what we get in the chests is worth that much money.

This is mind numbingly boring. We deleted it after a few hours.
Great game but after you spend money to get them healed just for them to get sick 5 minutes later seems like a rip off. Ill pass. Wish it was better.
How do we earn money faster?? We’ve been playing for days and earned hardly any money. All the money we get from selling fish we have to spend buying them medicine! We need to save up enough money to upgrade our environment but we cant save any of we have to spend it all!!
We bought coins with our REAL MONEY so we could add a tank. We went to get the tank, it froze, we came back and there was no new tank but all our coins were gone! This needs to be fixed. NOW.
This is the worst game we have ever played!! You work hard to breed your fish and play the game, then poof! Everything is gone because the game has restarted itself!! This has happened to us several times, and if you paid actual money for coins or gems, you lose that too. Tech support is a joke and can never get your original game back and very minimal refund on coins and gems. Im would not recommend this game to anyone!
This game is a complete waste of time. You cant even leave it alone so you can take a nap without most of the fish dying of environmental issues. We’ve had the game for 3 days and already regret it. The fish sell for crap, the tank upgrades are too expensive ( urging you to spend real money), which combined end up with repeatedly dead fish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Our game shut down, restarted and we lost progress and 2-4.99 coins!
An unwanted payment was made. Suddenly, a series of payment windows appeared and eventually the payment was made even though we didn’t want to. We want a cancellation (refund) for this. Please help us. 2.99.
Waste of time! Seriously having to buy ick and fungus medicine every 2 hours because the fish get sick right away. Losing all the rare fish because your environment isnt highly leveled. If its money you want youre definitely not gonna get it with us. And why cant we change the price of the fish we wanna sell not worth getting this game and Ill be deleting it from our apps!
A good, fun game to play when we’re bored. If you like fish then we would recommend it! Its cool seeing all the different styles of fish.

While we find it to be a little grind heavy, we enjoy the game a lot.
Have always enjoyed LDWs games. We are close to finding all the fish and as we can see once we do all our quests will be finished. Hopefully there will be something else in store..
We love the game concept but it makes us get on every 20-30 minutes! The breeding process is fast ;but it takes 27 minuets to hatch? Dont get us wrong we do think kids over 4 could play this.. Its really that simple! But for some reason the supplies button is small while the sell fish button is big; but why do you have to add a findex in between? This game did not make us feel happy. Like we think its a hassle with this game and like 6 more games most of which are constantly being updated and theyre actually good so this game seems lame!
So we’ve played this game before and we love it so we were redownloading it to play again, but the app wont even get past the loading screen before it crashes on our iPad. We can play on our iPhone just fine though.

We would love to play this game since we played the original one years and years ago. But we cannot for the life of us get the app to open and actually work. We open and it stays open for about 5-10 seconds and then closes. Very frustrating to us.
It doesnt open anymore on iPhone five…. Is that to be expected? Bummed out since we are going on our 28th day in a row..
Last edit: Welp. The latest update deleted all our progress, and we apparently have to start all over. We’ve deleted the app. EDIT: The latest update fixed the crashing issue and allowed us to unveil the centerpiece fountain with in-game currency instead of gems that cost real money. The second sales tank was also a nice touch. THANK YOU!! (Old review) we played this game with little issue over the last month and really enjoyed, but recently, we haven’t been able to play our game because the app crashes as soon as our tank has loaded. It happened occasionally at first, but it has reached the point where we can’t play the game any more. We’re also not a fan of the pay to play model. It’s not too bad here–you can make it through the game without spending any real money. However, there are certain items, like a third tank or unveiling this awkwardly placed monument right in the middle of the store that cost so many gems (only obtainable through real money, or watching 20 second ads for 2 gems at a time to reach 1000 gems) that it’s honestly not worth trying to get through watching ads. I’d give the game one star because it’s unplayable now, but we did enjoy the game while it was working.
We love this game, not only is it fun we have not had to spend any money on this game, they give you enough gems l prizes daily and ads to earn to earn gems, thats amazing! Not too many games does that .. Ill continue to play this play, the only game thats easy to play without hounding you for money..
The game itself isnt bad, but fish die to easily. Your constantly having to buy eggs cause because everything has died. Also when you get more rare fish theres all these things to do so that way you can keep them alive, but it cost way to much.
It’s a fun game that’s easy to play. The only problem is the supposed pause button, we can pause the game but it doesn’t work, so every morning we have to watch videos to revive the fish that died. Other then that it’s good.
Game doesnt recognize fish becoming adults. Stuck at 0 of 40.
We hav3 been a fan of LDW since VVI. Well excluding virtual families, those were just okay. We had a problem here with the game freezing while selling items, crashing after losing connection with server. We wrote about the issue and we were happily recompensed (way above what should have been given). And the issue is gone. So, thank you LDW for being one of the very few developers that cares about the customers that spend money on their games!
Love the came, especially since they put the pause in. One problem we have is the findex for the species. You should have it so that when you tap on a fish species in the findex it will tell you the fish line on how it got there so you can either repeat it, if you want, or make sure that you dont repeat it. That is our biggest complaint. Also, you need a storage box. This way you can put items away that you already bought so you can change the way the tanks look, especially for seasonal. We hope you fix it. Thank for a great game otherwise.
We were really starting to like this game after playing for a few days. Before we went to bed about 2 night ago, we woke up to all our fish gone and our game restarting. We brushed it off because all games have flaws, we figured there was no harm since we just started. But once we started our new game, we wasnt given fish food. All our fish keep dying because we cant feed them. Also, everything is too expensive. If you need to buy something, you have to keep watching ads to get money. Its a good game but definitely needs many improvements.
