And we dont mean the regular if constant ads, Im used to that. We dont know what happened, but whenever we try to play itll randomly send us to our browser and open a website that has an ad for free ipads for amazon or whatever and we have no clue how to stop it. Like did this game give our phone a virus or something what is going on. We mean the overheating and sudden screen freezing that gets rid of our progress is also unfortunate, but the weird pop up ad is wayyy more concerning right now. Like great graphics, love the game itself, but should we be concerned about this?

We personally LOVE this game until the last couple days the ads didnt bother us at all either until we started getting Amazon scam pop ups that took us out of the game every 30 seconds and opened our phones browser with out asking. Makes the app borderline unusable.

We’ve totally gotten addicted to playing spider before going to sleep. Im anxiously awaiting gathering all the cards in a deck. BUT what are the coins for?!?!! They have NO purpose! You get more coins on Friday but for what? What can they be used for??? There is no redeem or exchange or card buying. Any option found in the menu is for actual purchasing – which coins are included in those packages. But why?!!???

This is the best feeling and prettiest solitaire game out, but the changes to how coins work made it impossible to get new decks. Even when you watch ads. Coins dont buy decks anymore, they just unlock the ability for RNG rolls for cards. Used to get a new deck every couple months. Wasnt able to get a single new deck since the change was made. They included cards you already own and duplicates in the the free ones you get after a game which means every deck you unlock makes it harder for you to get new cards. At 52 cards per deck, if you have more than 3 or 4 decks it takes literally thousands of games (and thus thousands of ads) to get new cards, and the cards you get dont add up to a deck.

This is the most aesthetically pleasing and fun solitaire app we’ve found. Collecting different decks is really fun, and flicking the cards is really satisfying. We also enjoy that it has more card games than just solitaire. However, the ads almost make the game unbearable to play. You get an ad every single time you finish a game. Even just restarting a level or going to the menu prompts an ad sometimes! Yes, the ads are only 5 seconds long, but theyre so aggressive and plentiful that the short length really doesnt make it feel better. We honestly would prefer 30 second ads that show up less often, having our gameplay interrupted constantly is just too irritating. We would 100% buy an IAP to remove the ads, but all they offer is a subscription we get the reasoning, but a subscription is extremely unappealing and judging by the reviews some people feel the same. The subscription already offers more perks than just getting rid of ads, so we dont see why a separate no ads IAP cant exist alongside it. That would take the game to 5 stars for us. A small nitpick as well: it takes extremely long to complete decks because we just keep getting duplicate cards. We love this game but Id also love to see some changes to how advertising is handled. We hope the devs start considering a no ads IAP.

We have played many solitaire games but this is by far the best one The card designs are amazing and for us we find the levels of game play arent too difficult bottom are they over simplistic. Keep new designs coming. Brilliant fun. !!!!!!!

Do not waste your money to remove the ads , it is a scam. Twice we have spent money on the game to remove the ads and even have proof on Apple that we spent the money . The ads and banners always come back do not waste the money.

We started using this app and am pleased with the gameplay and options you have.

We love the fact that they have designers to create unique decks. Also all games are very fun. Ads are add usual very annoying, so they push you to purchase it.

This game has been a favorite for us since day one. The new update has not been well received, but we like it quite a lot now that the "relock" option is available for the collected deck area. In addition, we don’t think there’s an app out there with better customer service than Flick Solitaire – our queries have been answered with promptness and good cheer.

We love this game, but the latest update you dont earn a new card at the end of a game. You earn a card you already unlocked, it doesnt do anything, and we cant purchase anything with the in game coins?

This game is fine and all. The ads are not completely invasive, and we love the artists they hire for the card artwork. Its fun to collect cards for the decks. We take issue with the fact they want to tell us how to play the game. We understand that flicking the cards is the whole niche, but we dont need to be told every 5 minutes while Im tapping the cards or dragging the cards that flicking them is so much faster and easier and more accurate! We just think it comes off super rude and judgmental for people that want to play it differently. Also, they made the option to tap and drag. If they didnt want people to do it, why add it to the game? We dont know. Personally, we think it would be nice to be able to turn those pop ups off that keep telling us we need to play it their way. Other than that, its a good game full of several different solitaire games with a fun little twist and pretty artwork.

We play this game ALL the time, but just saw the update today. Im upset that all of the cards and backgrounds that we had are now gone. It very much upsets us.

We absolutely love this app but the latest update is atrocious. The new block system takes too long to navigate and is hard to understand. It was very satisfying seeing a simple level 500 but now its block 40 level 3 or whatever and it is not as fulfilling as it was seeing a regular level number. Overall amazing app, could cut down on apps a tad bit but that doesnt not interfere or takeaway from the gameplay like the new level system does.

We liked the original way to collect decks of cards. This new way is really confusing and hard to understand. We wish we could downgrade it back to the update before. We just spent most of our coins getting a pack that we ALREADY HAD ENOUGH TO BUY before the update, and now we dont have enough. Please bring the old way back.

We enjoyed the game before the latest update. We had fun collecting cards and the global flick challenges were a fun way to test our reflexes. Your latest update made the banner ads at the top obscure the top row of cards in normal solitaire for us. This forced us to manually move the board so we could see. Then when finishing a game and returning to the main menu an ad popped on the bottom of the screen obscuring the circular navigation button in the bottom right. In addition the app usually makes our phone run a bit hot before, but we also experienced some pretty bad lag making flicking impossible.

You can play Solitaire anywhere. There are thousands and thousands of solitaire apps to choose from to get the same game. Dont play this one. We liked Flick Solitaire when the ads werent prevalent and it didnt feel like they were shoving a subscription in your face. Well that was short lived. Now this game has slid back into the worst kind of app where you cant play the game as intended without slogging through incredibly intrusive ads. You used to be able to choose your background and card art, but now you have to pay for the privilege of a once permanent feature of the app. Thats greedy. Putting a paywall between something that used to be free. Gross. Plus a ton of rewards were removed and make it harder to earn coins to unlock back backs. Hate this update and lost all desire to push through the ads for a worse experience.

The new update makes the app hard to use, locks previously free features behind a paywall, and makes apps more intrusive. We were once a fan of this app because of the variety of independent artists featured in the deck art, and we think it made it a unique solitaire app. Now we can barely use it due to the update, and it is such a shame.

Really fun! But in the new update we somehow spent our card deck ticket thing on a deck we already owned.

The ads are pornographic. We are a subscriber, love the creativity, ASMR sounds, some of the card backs are really cute, others; not so much. However, today we were shocked by 2 obviously underaged models dressed scantily depicted with attitudes that are right out of pediophile pornography. The explicit nature of the ads doesnt stop there, the other day a actual porno ad was put up for we subs to gain extra points so we can buy designer cards and get points for hints. We did not pull the loincloth off the man as instructed by his groin shoved into the screen, yet we are writing this review. We advise you get support ads from legitimate sources that dont risk your apps future. ASAP. Post Script, Id never consider this game safe for anyone under 18.

Its very pretty and the decks are beautiful, and the flicking feels awesome. The gameplay is fun, but the decks are frustratingly hard to unlock without paying money, as you only get one card per game from one of forty decks, AND you can get duplicate cards which do nothing. Additionally, it makes your phone crazy hot and drains battery.

You should check it out for yourself!! Every feature in this app is well-designed & made with love. <3 there are many different ways to play & endless decks to use that have their own unique style. There arent many ads either, & its not like the pay-to-play games that you see everywhere.

The art and design of this app is so much fun. Our only complaint is that the ads in this app are more aggressive than any other app we’ve ever experienced. They typically have three stages, and you have to exit out three times like its a pop up. The ways to exit are often hidden or small so that you accidentally click on them and pull up the App Store. We understand needing ad revenue, and we enjoy this enough to pay a one-time price, but its a highly-priced subscription service instead. It really lowers the quality of the app, but at least its very pretty and fun, so those win out over how bad the ads are. We just felt like we should write a review and warn people what theyre getting into if they dont pay the subscription service.

We really hate to write this review as on first impression we absolutely love this concept. The beautiful card art and backgrounds, the flick animation is satisfying and makes it easy to play with one hand, lastly we adore the ASMR option for sound. It would be the PERFECT solitaire app for us and we wouldve even been willing to pay the over expensive annual fee if it werent for the fact that the game continues to try to micro transaction constantly even if if you pay the $35 for the year. The second thing is that we are a semi-beginner at solitaire and we prefer to play in bed as Im going to sleep as a soothing and relaxing activity. But even the easy levels on this app get frustratingly hard fast (this is in comparison to the two other solitaire games we play in which we’ve never had trouble finishing easy games). This is again because they want to micro transaction you to buy more hints (which they only give you ten even if you buy premium). If they ever added an endless random deal game option rather than the level system (that deals the same exact hand over and over) we would gladly pay them to play it. Until then we are deleting this app. We genuinely hope they read the reviews and make changes as we would love to come back to it eventually.

We downloaded this game and after playing it our phone completely crashed. It broke our iPhone beyond repair and now we have to buy a new iPhone. We’ve never known a game to do this before. Stay away from it. Play something else!

By far the best solitaire game we’ve played yet. The game is perfect, ads arent annoying and they are always skippable. Many card designs for personalization and a few cool game modes with 3 different difficulties. We really really recommend trying it out.

The best solitaire game we’ve ever played. It has amazing art, great solitaire game modes, very good quality. We feel like the makers of this game really care about the players and the game itself, not just the money (that we are assuming you make.) If we could live this game 10 stars, we would.

We normally dont write a review but this game deserve it. We really enjoy playing it every day. We like how the game are actually solvable and you really dont have to spend money if you dont want too. Ads are not annoying you can skip it and you easily can earn coins or clues by playing. Thank you.

Wish this app didnt overheat our phone.

We like the card decks, variety of games, and unique movement mechanic. The app has some bugs, like cards freezing when we try to tap or flick them, but the devs seem to be constantly working on fixing such bugs. Also, the GameCenter syncing doesnt seem to be working properly (shortly after downloading the app we upgraded, and was forced to start over from the beginning), so an alternate way to backup data would be appreciated. Nevertheless, Im enjoying the app so far, and we cant wait to see what further improvements, game modes, and decks will be coming in the future!

We absolutely love this game! We’ve been on the lookout for a new solitaire app that has different themes rather than the generic most other games have. We’ve had so much fun with this game! However we have chronic pain and on our bad days its difficult to try and play any other game mode than the regular solitaire since its the only one where you can just tap on a card and dont have to flick them the entire time, which we know is the whole point since the game is called flick, we just think itd be worth considering having an option in settings that you can turn on or off the flicking motions. When Im not hurting we love doing the flicking, just would be nice to being able to switch it off when needed.

We were asked to leave a review and chose not to, and was never bugged about it again, which is part of why we wanted to come back and leave a review. This is the best solitaire app we’ve seen. The ads dont bother us at all, theyre the most well-behaved ads we’ve seen all year and theyre all skippable after a few seconds. We love having multiple games to choose from. Best part: all levels are winnable, you will never get dealt a hand that is impossible to win, so youll never wonder whose fault it was that you lost. Thats great for our mental health lol. Been playing for hours and days. Not bored, not fed up with ads. We honestly Cant say that about any other solitaire app we’ve ever tried.

Please tell us there’s a way to shut off the music while keeping the sfx, the sfx sounds are really fun but the music gets to be a lot after a minute or so. We cant find an option in the settings to turn off just the music. There’s also often a delay in the music where it plays over itself out of sync if we leave the app and come back.

We know you say that all levels are solvable, but todays Daily Double Solitaire isnt. After tanking it a couple of times, we decided to burn through the hints we had to see how the game said it could be solved and after two or three moves, using the hint each time, we got the, Muni, Retry, Resume, option. And you cant use keys to solve the Daily Double. The game is mostly fun, but this kind of thing is annoying. We second the concept of reshuffling when you retry rather than have the same set up each time.

This is a really good app, the aesthetics of it are beautiful, its easy to use, and always fun. Its so calming, and sure; adds can be annoying, but their all skip able. XOXO.

We absolutely enjoy this game, we like that theres different modes in one app without having to download multiple apps to be able to do different card games. But, when we play long of period of time like maybe for 20-30 mins our phone starts to heat up and the app becomes laggy and unplayable. It will freeze our phone but it will fix up if we turn our phone off and open back up. Im not sure if this is our phone or the app itself. We use IPhone XR and we dont have too many games or apps on our phone, Id like to hear or hoping yall can fix this issue. Its still playable for us but it is annoying that itll starts getting laggy in middle of our game and we have to stop few mins to get it back to normal. So hopefully if you can, please fix this issue!

Update: Due to dev response, which we appreciate as we did miss the ability to remove ad bar with any purchase, we felt we should add that if youre able to remove ad bar, couldnt you then just remove ad breaks as well? Again for a flat rate. If Im paying to remove the bar, that means we dont want ads dispiriting our play, ergo we dont want ad breaks either. We understand they gotta happen in the meantime, but again our point is Id love to be able to remove them all with like a $15 charge or something to that effect. Otherwise, thanks for response and largely great game. Old review: we just wish there was a small, flat price to pay to get rid of the ad bar. Id pay it in a heart beat as we love playing every once in a while, but do not want to pay a monthly subscription for solitaire. That ad bar really makes us want to not play as long. It really detracts from the cool, flick atmosphere that the table/game sets up.

Really fun, but since the new update it crashes almost instantly. Before the update, it was really laggy after playing for a while, and that was manageable. This is one of the best solitaire games we’ve come across, but the constant crashing is a dealbreaker.

Tired of playing these solitaire puzzles with only one solution pathway and the same draw every time. Why is there no random option? Why is the easy puzzle three in the draw three mode so godamn difficult? We shouldnt fail six pathways and have to redo over and over just to enjoy a game of solitaire.

Amazing game, we love to play in our free time. Theres one flaw that we dislike, auto complete. Personally we like tapping the cards so the go where the need to, could you make a setting for that?

The devs clearly care about their base. Not long after our initial review, the game was given a major update and now it never crashes. Happy to update our rating bc we really love this collection :) really like the diff game modes and game play but it crashes so frequently and doesn’t save progress that it becomes frustrating having to play the same levels over again.

Not a big fan of the levels. Its a card game not a puzzle, its supposed to be random. If Im stuck on a game we want to restart to reshuffle, not restart the same exact layout of cards again. Would be a lot cooler with a random option at the very least, we love the mechanics and the ability to choose a deck, just the whole level system really ruins it for us.

We love this game but the crashing, slowing our phone, and overheating is too much to deal with. This game is beautiful and fun, but you cant enjoy it. Will redownload when its fixed and hopefully update our review.

The only problem we have is it sometimes lags. But the controls are incredible, and it seems like there is actually a way to progress through the game (unlike all of the other solitaire games). 10/10 would play again.

This solitaire game, and we cannot stress this enough, is really awesome! Personally, we think the subscription is worth it (even if we have yet to purchase it myself) and collecting cards for different sets is a really awesome idea! The sets are all beautiful and you can choose from ANY of them at the start! Only drawback is its kind of a battery drain and will on occasion crash or zoom weirdly if we turn our phone, but this is honestly a really impressive game from a team of only two! Plus, unlike some other similar apps, this has every solitaire mode! Spider, Klondike, pyramid, elevens, and theres even a flick challenge! Even with the drawbacks its definitely a worthy download if you enjoy solitaire.

We like the concept of the app a lot. We know in game currency is something easy to hate but playing a mobile game without it feels so empty these days so im glad this card game had it actually. Global statistics is a feature that we thought was pretty cool. And the customization of cards and backgrounds is phenomenal and creative. Its especially helpful for us with our bad vision, there are tons of ways to customize without it becoming unreadable for us which we really appreciate. Issues: our main one would probably be OVERHEATING. Its a card game how much does it take to run?? We’ve turned off every special effect imaginable in settings (60 fps (?), textured cards, etc.) and no improvement in frustrating freezes or a ridiculously hot phone. Second big problem, the reason why im finally deleting it, is the progress plateau, if you could call it that. We’ve hit a wall in every difficulty, every game and every variation now, and its frustrating to never actually win a game anymore. This makes us really sad cause we’ve enjoyed the app a lot thus far but we guess ill have to get a different card game now. Other smaller random issues: its been a while since we checked but landscape for spider doesnt work the way you would want it to if youre laying on your side: itll just switch back to portrait mode. And at some point for us, solitaire just completely stopped giving us lost game notifications which is pretty bothersome.

The perfect solitaire app. We love the variety of card decks and solitaire games to play! Probably the only game we actually play on our phone.

We actually really love this game . Love that you have cool cards to collect and backgrounds as well make it intertwining but Im on the verge of deleting soon because the game keeps crashing . Its not once in a blue moon . Its multiple times in one sitting. We’ve been playing for the last 15 minutes and its crashed more than 5 times.
