This game is fun. We just am having problems making an account so we can save the game. It says that our username has to 6 characters long which the username was Dazrhin which equals to 6 characters. Also it says that our email was invalid when we know it is not. Is there a way to trouble shoot this problem? Also Facebook login seems to not work either.
The game is a cool game, we personally love playing challenging games, but it has a bad glitch, when your working on a multiple homes the games makes you loose money, also you cannot connect with FB nor your account, when you try to connect it will make you loos track in the app and you would lose your money. If these glitches get fixed we think this game would be A1 to play. The challenge is good but we hate restarting all over so we can get ahead. Please work on these issues. Love the game but hate to keep having to restart it.
Decent idea Constant ads tho. You only get 5 minutes to upgrade a house to flip to sell. 90% of the time rain comes and you have to sell for a loss anyway. If you rent, you get ads every time you collect the rent.. TLDR; decent idea but not enough time to do anything and too many ads.
Your game has a glitch and needs an update. It isnt working correctly. Ordinarily, we would just delete this game. But we paid for the ad free version and now Im rather annoyed. So, please fix your game or refund us the ad free money because your game is busted.
They play way too many ads, we like the concept of the game but 4 ads in a matter of 1 minute is kinda ridiculous.
Its really hard to go broke in this game however its not that fair with deals. Ill have a house that we spent $250,000 on valued well over $300,000 and the customers will give us a 240,000 dollar deal. Should be some type of negotiation. Like a counter offer.
We love these types of games but this is just too glitchy. If you leave the app sometimes it wont finish repairs and you take a loss. We lost 400k and have no idea where it went. Just got.
Are you developers serious with the excessive amount of ads you allow/put in place? We literally JUST downloaded the game, after 2 steps of instructions an Ad pops up? Are we serious? The greed is real and so is our lack of patience, we deleted immediately.
Every time we get a lot of money from flipping houses, the game messes up and we we have to uninstall the game and when we re-install the game we are set all the way. Ack to the beginning. This needs to be fixed ASAP because this has happened to us more than once.
He ran out of money to buy a house and cant play anymore.
We like this game a lot only one thing we dont like a lot of advertising and error.
First of all, this is a very good game. Very fun and ads arent that long but we have some suggestions. We made 17 million dollars in the game currency, but the most expensive houses dont even reach 8 million. Itd be great to see what the developers could create for something like a 20 million house.

Its amazing as a gamedev ourselves its good theres one thing 1. You need to lower your adds 1. Reason: see Ive made a few games in our life and we never do adds we understand you need to make money but just die down Other then that good game we love it and we would suggest downloading.
We like the newly developed option of being able to rent out or sell. This really helps you conceptualize what it takes to buy a house, fix it up & make some money flipping it right away or renting it from 1 to 5 years. Im still trying to figure out if we can make more money renting it one year, two, three or five.
We really love this game but we wish it would work without WiFi.
So if we own 100 houses we have to run your ADS 100 times? Why not just put a price on the game instead of free.
We like the game. We have 3 rental properties but cannot collect or even see them when we click the rent button. It has a red 3 on the rent button but then you click it and you dont see any houses. Also, like someone else had mentioned, the buyers are never close to the value of the home. Needs an update ASAP.
Is 7 mil the most expensive house? Bc we have 22.6 mil and we wantbto buy a more expensive house.
Im really enjoying the game, but the timer when purchasing a home is a little annoying, its like youre forced to spend money to buy time or lose profits on the home youre working on… Also, Im getting tired of buying a home, we cant do anything to it until we close the app and re-enter it which we again, we lose time and have to rush or lose profit… These issues need to be fixed ASAP.
Fun and informative for people interested in real estate but everytime you collect money there is an ad. Thats mad annoying.
We love this game but, you need to be able to reset the game when you mess up also when you click the rent button you cant back out if you accidentally click it . We think there should not be those incident notice cause if you have no money and gems you cant get it back renting. We know you are a game that just started and we wanted you to fix it so you can make your game better.
This wouldve been our favorite game if you could actually do the renovation your self. Like actually being able to go into the house. And if the adds dont come after every buy that would be better also. But we guess its pretty good.
Okay just a couple of things Ive discovered. Its important to check in on your renters frequently as they break their lease when something needs fixed in the home and youre not fixing it. Sometimes homes that are really damaged go through foreclosure and the price drops 10% Fully closing and reopening the app reloads new for sale properties You can buy cash with gems if you try and purchase a property thats more then what you have on hand The price shown on the renters screen can fluctuate from month to month and is an appraisal value. Homes dont sale for appraisal value Once you choose sale or rent you cannot change that selection. Its good to rent before selling as you can time the market Closing the game fully in the middle of a home purchase will bug your game and you will lose both money and home Thats about all we can think of for things we wish we had known :D good luck.
We like the game, we like how it gives you a little bit of the feel of flipping houses and being able to sell or rent but we dont like how you have to keep buying new people to help work on the homes, we feel like it should be like you should have your team n of course they have to be paid but its weird to have to keep buying them especially when youre buying multiple homes at once so then its kind of like over pay to us. But other than that one thing we like it but we can tell we will be deleting it soon and finding another game similar to it.

Great game, but glitchy. Our rental properties wont show up and its ruined the whole game.
This game would not connect to Facebook. We installed this game and click to connect to Facebook. It got freezing twice. It never work well from this game to Facebook.
The game has potential but its soooo glitchy! Ads freeze the game a lot and if that happens in the middle of a sale then you have to reload the game and you lose the ability to do repairs so you take a loss. Sometimes the buttons dont work for repairs so you end up losing money. Sometimes if you try to reload during a glitch it buys houses with your money and then you have to sell them at a loss. We cant figure out the rental feature, every time Ive tried it if we go out of the game the rent is gone when we come back so its not like an idle game where it accumulates while youre offline, you have to stay in the game to collect it and the amount of time its rented is arbitrary even though you have a lease. Every time Ive tried to do multiple houses it glitches and freezes the game. There is an ad every time you load the game, buy a house, and sell a house so its a lot of ads! Plus every repair takes about 2-4 minutes and you cant do more than one or get out of the game or else it will glitch or lose your progress so you just have to sit there and wait without anything else to do and that gets pretty boring. We think the developers need to put more time and thought into it.
The top ranks shows that we have a negative amount of money or profit (not sure which one since it doesnt say) even though we have been very successful in the game so far. After we set-up an account for the top ranks section we noticed the amount of money we had went up. Something seems flawed with this and would like it fixed.
On the upgraded houses. We upgraded everything and these people are offering $20,000 less than what the house is worth. Its a major flaw in the game.
Ive played a few rounds of this game. Tutorial wasnt all that helpful. Our biggest issue is not being able to see the amount we purchased the house along with the added expenses of the flip (repair cost, handymen, etc) before the final sale. Our short sales have been upward to $4500.
We like this game a lot. Changes we would recommend: Every single time material is delayed or it is raining. We have never flipped a house without having to spend gems. 2nd thing is many many times the highest offered price is way lower than the value. We should be able to reset with people willing to pay whats it worth. We would gladly update our review after this, but we just sold a house for 30k less than what it was worth. Ridiculous.
Fun concept. Ive encountered several glitches as Ive progressed.

Great Concept but way too many ads.
Get an ad before the game even finishes opening, that is if the game even loads at all. Very limited things to do, still entertaining when you can play tho.
Hello. Please fix the game. Made a purchase for house over $1.6m didnt save because game forced close/quit. Repair button stopped working. We have to close out app and reopen every time costing us time and money. We paid for the ad free version for a reason but not the game has more bugs.
To many ads after every action is an ad how is anyone supposed to accomplish anything. Huge turn off with the ads; good idea for a game though.
We love this app but now when we get in there we can only see 3 rental propertys and we have like 21 and we cant buy new property because it says that we need to Resolve all pending offers Which we cant do SMH money wasted if youll cant fix it.
First, this game is very glitchy. When we first got this app, it kept on bringing us back to our home screen. Second, we will spend more than $58,000 on a house, and the biggest price someone will buy it for is $1,000! How will we ever make any money?! Last, we thought we were gonna be able to do some designing too, but its just clicking buttons that say improve bathroom so its not that fun. Also, we dont even get to see the inside of the house! We are just pressing buttons that say fix while looking at the outside of the house. This game really isnt that entertaining.
This might be a good game, but the ads cover the GUI making it impossible to play on an iPhone 8. Larger screens may have better success.
We really like this game but the timer when we bought the house and have limit time to build it. We hate that with our anxiety. We will be ok with employee timer but not the house timer.
It wont load the game for us and we have service/internet so we dont know what the problem is.

Too many ads, basically the only way to have fun is if you pay money on gems. Designed very well and a good concept for a game but you can tell theyre just greedy and dont care about the user experience.
The app crashes non stop but when it works it a good game.
Too buggy to actually play. The mechanism is fun – but momentum is impossible to achieve with parts of the app not updating or remaining after the app is closed.
If we were to pay $6 for a game Id want it to be worth our money. If we needed to watch 1 bil ads for an idle game, Id also want more content. The good does not outweigh the bad, here.. Moving on. The art is great! And the concept of this game is good, but if we were to pay for this Id want some improvements to be made. (we.e.) 1. The ability to edit the look of the house. (More of a designing game). 2. More options for rent; trying to give the tenant warning before eviction, more IRL experience in general. 3. Buying/Selling; Auction properties, more variety, etc. 4. More in-depth neighborhood information to be able to affect the base payment and eviction rate averages. 5. NO ADS on load-up. This is very inconvenient for players, and increases the rate of giving up on and deleting this application. 6. Offline play.
