Waiting for more quests so we can do more pictures when are more quests coming?
Please update the game and add more stories. You can’t even play and color pictures to save up stars for when the game is finally updated. We’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now for a story update. Hopefully you can do that before updating with an event next time for those of us who are waiting to play again. We want to keep the game and continue using it but how long will it be until the next chapter?
Very addicting game, however we do wish that we could change canvases without having to fill the star picture things to do so And we REALLY wish that we can still collect stars even when theres no new quests!
The game keeps hanging at a scenario about event paintings and we cannot move on or pass it. We cant play the game !
2 1/2 months and still no resolution to issues with game on iPhone. Maybe its because we are a high level in the game or because they dont listen to ppl who are having problems with this game since one of the latest update. Impossible to make progress in the game with one hand tied behind your back. Ill check back with you all in a month to update you on the situation. Trying to save you frustration as you get higher in the game or use an iPhone.
So we’ve had this game on our iPad forever and we spent $10 to get a giant pack of energy after running out waayyyy too fast of the free amount they give you. It got rid of ads and got us pretty far. Then you also get a bunch of free pictures to color that dont cost energy, however they dont give you stars to decorate but theyre still fun to complete. The update made it easier to choose which painting you spend your energy on too!
Stopped doing ads for special events so its impossible to unlock pictures unless you want to spend money. Kind of a cheap trick.
Why does the app back completely out of the folder when you are done coloring every picture, every time? We really dont like the new way to get to the pictures to color them. Have to hunt through every folder to find our pictures (either earned or purchased). When we do find the picture we want and color it, the app takes us all the way back to the beginning and we have to hunt all over again! It is so frustrating! We shouldnt have to search that much to find the pictures we purchased or earned. What was wrong with the old way? This new system stinks!
We stopped playing because we would have to paint almost 10 paintings to do small tasks and it was just ridicules, In the beginning it was a good blend of painting and renovations but now that we’re farther in the game it’s almost impossible to get anything done because of how many stars it requires, please bring the star cost down, 6 is ok but 24 is ridicules please fix this, besides this new problem we loved the game.
We’ve been playing for about 2 years or longer and spend money every month on their new puzzles and games. We play with only this game running at a time on an almost new iPad with tons of space. There is no conflict from any other app. We did the last upgrade and the videos all stopped working, which limits the Art Show, Curiosities, Pets, etc. We did the upgrade to the apple O/S, everything that the developers recommended initially, but does not work. Now we get a repeat response saying ad_issues none. This game relies on videos and we have a bit more fun spending money each fun. But without the videos this game does work the way it is intended. Unless there is a response from game support here, we are no longer interested in this game.

One of our absolute favorite games for over a year or two now! The devs do a great job in so many ways! So many regular events and new pictures! The only thing we wish, is that they could bring back the OG tournament. Not the recent one. And we wish the developers could make new days faster but we completely understand it takes a lot of work.
We’ve been playing this game daily for over 4 years, so needless to say, we love it. And Im very excited for the new area , flower shop, update, thank you! The story itself so far seems interesting . But! Its a huge disappointment to only have two options to choose from for a decor! We were hoping that after the previous update the game will get back to giving 3 options. At least, it was fun to mix and match the decor. And we were more than happy to watch all the ads theres to earn more game money and all to be able to buy it. Now its boring, to put it bluntly. And there are other changes not for the better that happened over the past year.
We LOVE playing this game but the constant barrage of the same disgusting pull worms out of skin ads over and over and over has made us decide to quit playing.
We love to color and absolutely love the game. We leveled up to the max and kept coloring all the other pages. However, since the update we came get in. It gets stuck on the loading menu.
Really enjoy the game; its very relaxing and a lot of fun. But recently, every time we try to make an in-app purchase, it says the transaction was not successful but we get charged for it anyway. We’ve had almost 60 dollars taken from our account for purchases that were unsuccessful. We would really like a refund; this is essentially fraud at this point. We have loved this game for years and never had any problems with purchases but this week we tried to buy the coin safe and it rejected our payment 6 times -only to find out it still charged us and we never got even 1 that we paid for! Apple says Im not eligible for a refund, can you help us?
Only game we play at all really and is the only one we’ve ever paid for multiple things. Today they took our money but we got nothing back. Fix the piggy bank bug cause Im out $15 our max for this game is $30 but not if its gonna keep being like this! Im seriously so bummed out right now! Please fix ASAP!
Recently, we bought the piggy bank that was full, and was told that the purchase didnt go through, but we got billed for this, and then the ally billed us again when we didnt want to make that purchase again. And we had also made a bundle purchase of 1.99. We were told that the purchase couldnt go through, but again, we were billed. And now we would like to speak to an actual person, but all we get are emails taking about how they understand theres and issue. We just want our money back.
We’ve been playing this game for a LONG time and we love it. It helps us unwind after a long day and we enjoy the different in-game events. However, we tried three separate times yesterday to purchase mg piggy bank and each time Apple said our purchase was successful but the game said the purchase was not completed or unsuccessful. We checked our purchase history and credit card and, sure enough, we were charged $23.97 and received NOTHING. We reported the problem and, just like the last time something like this happened on another app, Apple says its not eligible, which is completely and utter nonsense. We dont know why Apple even allows you to report a problem if every legitimate problem is deemed ineligible. So, if you enjoy just donating your hard earned money in this economy to a game and getting nothing in return, download it. If you value the money you work for, find another game. This is ridiculous.
We havent played this game app in a while but now its so buggy and crashing with ads what happened ?
We love this game and have played it for years. Im on level 1193 and have put a ton of money and time into this game. We love love love it and we love the new update with different energy uses. When we opened the app today it will not let us play. It says to choose save progress and wont let us click out of it. This is our favourite app please help :(
We admit, we spend more money than we really should on this game, but its the only game that we’ve become so addicted to that Im more than willing to make purchases such as on a full piggy bank or as a way to unlock a bundle of new photos. BUT! This is a transaction between the game & our wallet. So when we hold up our end of the bargain & pay for a full piggy bank, additional coins, etc, but the game doesnt follow through with providing us with what we paid for? We mean.. Thats pretty not okay. And we see that its not only us that has been effected. We can understand that technology has glitches at times in life, but unless this is resolved stat, we dont see this game continuing to profit monetarily. Would really appreciate a full refund. Or even better, maybe all those who have been charged & not rewarded, like myself, not only receive a refund, but also receive what they originally purchased at no charge- ya know, maybe as a way to make up for a glitch that really shouldnt happen to begin with (& at an extended period of time like this).
When we get into the game we see it load about 1% then it stops. Its pretty annoying when we exit the game and go back into it, it just does the same thing. Its a great game! It just needs improvement.
We love this game and all the paintings but with the recent update, they removed the Paintings for Masters and instead made it so you use energy to unlock paintings but you dont see what painting you will unlock. We liked ten paintings for masters because they were all unlocked and we got to CHOOSE which painting we wanted to do and use our energy points on. We feel like not knowing what you will get is a waste of energy points if you get a picture you dont really want to do.
We dont like being forced to do new challenges. There should be a way to get out of them. Also we wish you could at least access your collection even when you cant access the internet.
If you are like us, we like artist games and home decode games. But most of the art games are OK and all of the home decore games have puzzles involved. Yuck! But we swear this game is amazing! And there is a story that goes with it which is awesome! This is an age apropet game for sure and we think u should try it!! We cant say one bad this about this app!

Its fun until you get the levels in the cafe. It takes 6 stars to get anything done. 3-4 stars is reasonable, but 6 is way too much work to be able to unlock one item for a game thats supposed to be a fun coloring game. Im not spending money or our coins on energy, because we think thats bogus you have to spend money or coins on a game to level up. Id rather spend the coins on the upgraded items.
We can not get the game to update, all it does it open back to the old screen!
We won 4 new pictures in the Curiosities Fair but have no idea where they were put to color them. Please advise. You sent us a link and below was the answer. We’ve been playing this game for years and have tons of albums. Nothing was ever ticked and we have now gone through them all and do not have the pictures we posted. We just want to color and now all our albums are in some weird order and anytime we finish a picture again it automates back to the beginning and we need to scroll all the way back again. And now this whole replace/reject a picture thing is like being punished for being a loyal player. We’ve finished every picture ever and now get nothing to color. Q: Where will the pictures we’ve bought be located? A: The pictures you just bought will be in your collection. Albums with the purchased pictures will be marked with a tick.
Why the heck would you change the app icon to this? If this is the icon, Im not updating. If you wont allow us to play without updating, then we wont use your app anymore.
We absolutely adore this game! It has great graphics, an interesting story line, funny characters, and GORGEOUS paintings! Only one complaint! Id like there to not be lightning bolt energies, because it puts a limit on how long you can play, and Id like to play for hours, but cant because of these. Id really appreciate if the developers could take into account our complaint and fix the game. Otherwise, the absolute BEST color by number game!
Im hooked on this game its one of our all time Favorites.
We’ve been playing this game for well over a year maybe 2years, we just love it. The beautiful art work is so relaxing, the back and forth with Mia and Leo is fun, we love their different characters. What happened to the glitter paint? That was one of our favorite parts of the art work, please bring it back. We know its been gone for awhile we just thought maybe it would have come back with one of the updates. Hopefully youll bring it back with the new renovations, we miss that part of the game also. Please consider bringing back the glitter, it will make a fan very happy.
We enjoy this game and play it most days. But please bring back the weekend artist tournament!!
Absolutely love this game but every once in awhile it locks up on a screen, and we have to wait days for it to reset missing out on days working on the add ons. If we try to restart the game it starts from the beginning.
We’ve had this game for years. We have spent tons of time and resources on it, and now its all screwed up. Guys. 12 stars for a stupid plant? And whats with the energy? Now the haptics when you finish a color are gone, so youre not alerted to completion. We dont mind things getting better, but youve not made it better, youve messed it up and taken away the fun. At least put the haptics back in the game. And if its going to cost so much to get a picture, then make it worth it.
The games advertisements is nothing like the game itself? If you want people to be interested in your game, show ads that represents YOUR game, not some dumb dating simulator???
We are on the Lake House quest and it says that a new quest will coming soon. We just have to know when we are addicted!!! We love this game so much! We ask our daughters for their input on some of the decorations! Its very relaxing.
We personally love coloring type of games AND home improving games, so when we saw this we had to download it. This game is great except for one thing; the energy. You get max 100 energy bolts and one new bolt every minute, well it takes over an hour to refill them all and each level is between 30-60 energy bolts which makes it hard to continuously play, especially when we have to start using more stars to decorate, a good way to help with that is buy the gold pass when they have an event. After buying that we almost always had energy whenever we got on between 300-1k energy.
We got this game back in february of 2020 while searching for a home design game. We were originally skeptical because a lot of games similar to this one are very annoying with ads and almost impossible to play for free. This game on the other hand has been amazing. You get 100 energy which is enough to do 2 paintings, then if you watch an ad, you get 20 more energy points. It is super quick when regenerating energy too! The coins are super easy to get and buying energy with them is the best. We havent spent any real money on this game and it is our favorite app by far! The developers are super quick with event updates too, so there is always something to work towards. Im looking forward to the next story update!!!
So we’ve had this game for years. Its one of our favorites! However the increase of stars required to do something to energy used to get the stars is getting ridiculous. We remember when it was like one or two stars per object so having paintings require 40 to 50 energy was fine because you have hundred so you could at least do like one or two things. Then you increased it to it had to be 5-6 stars maybe even SEVEN with the same amount of energy so it takes like hours or days to complete one objective. Now there is the option to build up pictures except they still cost 40 energy with only 100 bar and to make things worse it now requires 21 stars which is just out of this world. Where is the subtle increase there. Youre really just gonna quadruple the amount of stars required but keep the same amount of pitiful energy we get so that it takes now like four days and watching a bunch of ads to just get one thing done. Pictures now will give you a range from one to four stars but thats nothing when it takes 21 stars FOR ONE OBJECTIVE!!!
We do really love this game, but you run out of energy so quickly. We want to keep coloring so Ill color other extra pictures we’ve earned, but we’ve noticed that the energy timer stops when you do this. It should still keep going while Im coloring something else. Can you guys change this please?
The one issue we have is the we play everyday and the pet food part of the game, you used to get tickets when you colored each game. Youve changed it so there is no way to get all the food to win the animal at the end. The only way is to purchase more tickets. Its a lot more fun when you earn it on your own, having to pay takes the fun out of it.
We have played this so much that we are waiting for more things to update in the story line? When will we get more things to update?
